2.Characters of Organochlorine Pestcides Residues in Vegetable Field,Orchard and Paddy Soil in Guangzhou Suburban Areas
Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(11):-
Objective To analyze the characteristics of of organochlorine pesticides(OCPs) residues in the soil of the suburbs of Guangzhou. Methods In Baiyun,Conghua,Zengcheng,Panyu,Nansha, surface soil(0-20 cm) samples of vegetable fields, orchard and paddy soil were collected, soil profile(20-40cm,40-60cm) of Baiyun and Panyu were also collected,in Aug,2008.Gas chromatography-electron capture detector method(GC-ECD)was used to determine 17 kinds of organochlorine pesticides. Results The detection rate of 17 kinds of organochlorine pesticides was 90.59% in topsoil, the residue level was 4.19-39.89 ng/g,and the detection rate in profiles soil was 76.70 %,the residue level was 2.35-91.26 ng/g.OCPs residues were mainly HCHs and DDTs.Conclusion Detection rate of organochlorine pesticides is high in soil in the investigated soil and in the 20-40 cm profiles of Baiyun and Panyu, the level of OCPs exceeds the related standard limit, which may have adverse effects on soil environment.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(12):-
Objective Due to redundant valuations and inaccurate quantities and specifications in processing temporary medical orders, expensive medicines, water and cream medications, program patches of electronic prescriptions included in the nurse work station were designed and developed. Methods Based on the software and hardware platforms of No.1 Military Medical Project, it was developed under Powerbuilder 9.0 without more tables and database expenses. Result Paperless prescription was realized. Conclusion The clinician's workload is reduced. Inaccurate patient expenses and drugs data are stopped.

Objective To investigate the safety of infusion and effective care of cryopreserved umbilical cord blood. Methods Side effects happened during transfusion of cord blood in 78 patients of 111times of transfusion were observed and nursed. Results During intravenous transfusion way:1 case with acute hemolytic reaction; 1 case with sudden loss of consciousness and convulsions; 4 cases with severe headache, difficulty with breathing, rapid increase of blood; 46 patients with high blood pressure, heart rate or blood pressure, heart rate, 1 patient had symptoms of frequent premature beats; most of the cases have hemoglobinuria after the infusion. Transfusion of bone marrow injection of ways: 11 patients have radioactive soreness in leg, hemoglobinuria hemoglobinuria mild symptoms or no symptoms during the process of infusion. Conclusions Systemic reactions were the main side effects during intravenous transfusion of cord blood, conditions change fast and complex, Nursing should focus on preventive care and preparation, close observation and active and effective symptomatic treatment; reaction of bone marrow injection of umbilical cord blood was local pain, the focus of nursing was aseptic operation and injection time.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(16):-
Objective To evaluate the characters of respiratory function in children with chronic cough and explore the correlative association between cough variant asthma(CVA) and etiology of chronic cough. Methods One hundred and forty patients with chronic cough were divided into 2 groups based on peak expiratory flow(PEF) or forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1).Ninty-three cases were done exercise test and 47 cases were done bronchoditor rest. The parameters included forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV1,PEF,forced expiratory flow at 50% and 75%(FEF50,FEF75).Results The measurement 35 cases with positive bronchoditor rest, and 30 cases with positive exercise test were found. The PEF and FEV1 variation rate were(18.30?10.50)%,(18.78?9.44)% in exercise test groups,and(30.36?27.27)%,(36.13?26.83)% in bronchoditor rest groups, respectively. Conclusions FEV1,PEF may be used as markers for the reversibility of airway obstructe in children with CVA.There is significant correlation between PEF and FEV1.Respiratory function mensurate may reflect the change and degree of inflammation in the airway of children with chronic cough.

0.05).Immunohistochemical staining for intratumoral aromatase in endometrial cancer was positive,21(42 %)in stromal cells. The expression of P450 aromatase in stromal cells correlated positively with advanced surgical stage and histologic grade, indepedent on muscular invasion and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion Aromatase P450 play an important function in establishment and devel- opment of the endometrioid endometrial cancer. The expression of P450 aromatase in intratumoral stromal cells correlated positively with the development and prognosis of endometrioid endometrial cancer.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1986;0(01):-
Objective To evaluate the correlation of the depths of detecting arteries vessel in transcranial dopplor(TCD) and child head circumference. Methods Five hundreds and eighty-eight health children were selected at random for the study. TCD ultrasonography was used to detect the optimal depths of arteries, middle and anterior and posterior cerebral arteries for each child, together with the head circumference. Results The data showed that the depths of detecting cerebral arteries significantly changed in different age groups, probably due to the growth of the head circumference. Conclusion There was close relationship between the depths of detecting cerebral arteries and child head circumference, which is of clinical significance.

Objective To analyze the mutation characteristics of GBA gene in one patient with Gaucher disease and platelet transfusion refractoriness. Methods A female patient with anemia and thrombocytopenia showed platelet transfusion refractoriness, and then the proband and her family were performed bone marrow smear,β-glucocerebrosidase activity in leukocytes (dried blood spot assay),Bultrasonography and gene sequencing examination and pedigree investigation. Results Pedigree investigation showed that the heterozygous mutation of GBA gene existed in the father, mother, son, daughter and sister of the proband.Bone marrow cytomorphologic examination showed that Gaucher cells accounted for 6.0% in the female patient. The β-glucocerebrosidase activity in leukocytes was 3.78 nmol/(h · mg Pro).B-ultrasonography showed slightly splenomegaly.Gene sequencing found that the homozygous mutation of GBA gene,c.484A > G,existed in the female patient. Conclusion The patients with Gaucher disease may appear platelet transfusion refractoriness due to hypersplenism. The mutation of GBA gene is the main pathogenic factor of the family with Gaucher disease.
