Objective To investigate the pile protein (paxillin) and carbonic anhydrases Ⅸ (CA Ⅸ)expression and its significance in duodenal papilla carcinoma patients. Methods Eighty-seven cases of duodenal papilla carcinoma were enrolled as our subject.Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expressions of paxillin and CAⅨ in site of tumor, adjacent tissue and duodenal papillitis tissue. Results Sixtyfive cases (74.7% (65/87)) were showed a higher expression of paxillin in cancer site than that of adjacent tissue (41% (16/39),P < 0.05) and duodenal papillitis tissue (41.3% (19/46),P < 0.05),and the difference was statisically significant (x2 =19.869,P <0.05).While a higher expression of CA Ⅸ in 62 cases (71.3%) in cancer site was seen, higher than that of adjacent tissue (33.3% (13/39),P < 0.05) and duodenal papillitis tissue (30.4% (14/46),P < 0.05),and the difference was statisically significant (x2 =26.936,P < 0.05).As the increase of the cancer tissue malignant degree and the surrounding tissue invasion or distant metastasis degree, paxillin and CA Ⅸ expression increased. Conclusion The paxillin and CAⅨ might served as the early indicators for diagnosis and judgment of prognosis of duodenal papilla cancer.

Objective To investigate the expression of SEL1L and p63 protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and precarcinomacous lesion. Methods Immunohistochemical staining(EnVision method)was employed to detect the expression of SEL1L and p63 protein in 60 samples of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,32 samples of high grade esophageal intraepithelial neoplasia,13 samples of low grade esophageal intraepithelial neoplasia and 33 samples of normal esophageal mucosa. Results The positive rate of SEL1L protein expression was 61.5%in low grade intraepithelia neoplasia,90.6%in high grade intraepithelial neoplasia and 96.7%in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, significantly higher than that in normal esophageal mucosa(6.1%)(P0.05).Conclusion Both the expression of SEL1L and p63 protein increases steadily in the progression of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, which indicates that the two genes may play a role and cooperate with each other in the carcinogenesis.

Objective To observe the changes in levels of plasma leukocyte cell-derived chemnotaxin 2 (LECT2) in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes (T2DM) complicated with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD),and to investigate the clinical significance. Methods A total of 137 subjects were enrolled in the study, including 50 patients with newly diagnosed T2DM complicated with NAFLD,47 patients with newly diagnosed T2DM with non-NAFLD and 40 healthy subjects. The level of plasma LECT2 was determined by ELISA.Anthropometric data and other biochemical indicators were measured in three groups. The body mass index (BMI) and waist-to-hip ratio (WHR) were calculated.Insulin resistance and pancreas β-cell function were determined by homeostasis model assessment (HOMA-IR,HOMA-%β).Results Plasma concentration of LECT2 in patients with newly diagnosed T2DM complicated with non-NAFLD was higher than that in type 2 diabetic patients with non-NAFLD [(32.95 ± 10.11 vs 29.08 ± 7.54) ng/mL,P < 0.01].Plasma LECT2 levels in both groups were significantly higher than that in normal control group [(22.38 ± 4.40) ng/mL,P < 0.01].Plasma LECT2 level was positively correlated with BMI,FPG,FINS,C peptide,HbA1c,GGT,TG and HOMA-IR,while negatively with HDL-C and HOMA-% β (all P < 0.01).Multivariate regression analysis showed that levels of BMI,FPG and HDL-C were important factors affecting plasma LECT2 level. Conclusions Plasma LECT2 concentration significantly elevates in patients with newly diagnosed T2DM complicated with non-NAFLD.Plasma level of LECT2 is closely correlated with insulin resistance and glycolipid metabolism.LECT2 may play an important role in the patho genesis of insulin resistance and T2DM.

China Pharmacy 1991;0(04):-
OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy of small dose of uremic clearance granule combined with colon enema on aged patients with chronic renal failure(CRF) . METHODS:60 aged CRF patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30) and control group(n=30) . Two groups were given essential treatment. Control group were treated with medicinal carbon additionally. Treatment group were additionally treated with uremic clearance granule(p.o.) combined with colon enema. The course of treatment was 15 days and curative effects were compared between two groups after 30 days of treatment. RESULTS:30 days later clinical symptom of patients in treatment group was obviously improved and the levels of blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, blood uric acid and serum potassium were lower than before treatment with significant difference. CONCLUSION:Small dose of uremic clearance granule combined with colon enema show satisfactory effect on CRF in aged patients as well as simple, practical and good compliance. This therapy is worth of spreading and putting into application.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(08):-
Blood-brain barrier(BBB)is mainly composed of brain microvascular endothelial cells(BMECs).According to the special cell membrane transport system and the extensive tight junctions, the brain microvascular endothelial cells play an important role in the CNS.Also, there is a close relationship between BMECs and the cerebrovascular diseases, such as cerebral ischemia, cerebral edema, and so on.Therefore, the culture of brain microvascular endothelial cells provides a new tool for studying the cerebrovascular diseases in vitro. The researches in recent years have been reviewed in this test, approaching the cultivation of the rat brain microvascular endothelial cell from the segregation, purification and culture in turns,in order to provide a foundation for the studies of the brain microvascular endothelial cell;in vitro.
9.Influence factors of visual quality after phacoemulsification for cataract
International Eye Science 2017;17(12):2252-2255
·Cataract refers to the degenerative changes in lens quality caused by various causes of reduced transparency or color change. Surgical treatment is the main treatment modality at present. Among them, phacoemulsification has become the main surgical treatment for cataract because of its advantages such as short operation time, small incision and quicker healing. Today, cataract surgery has gradually shift to refractive surgery, and is no longer simply as cataract surgery. But after cataract phacoemulsification, the symptoms and visual quality are different. The main causes include refractive error, postoperative dry eyes and postoperative corneal astigmatism. This article reviews the factors that influence the visual quality of cataract phacoemulsification and its future trends.

Objective To discuss the risk factor of infection after intracavity lithotripsy in upper urinary tract calculi, and establish a pre-operation warming score system. Methods From Jan.2013 to May 2016,412 upper urinary calculi patients who underwent intracavity lithotripsy were analyzed to evaluate the associated risk factors before operation and infection after operationg by non-conditional logistic regression analysis. The pre-operation warming score system was established by giving those risk factor 1-4 point based on OR value. The best threshold was then determined by ROC curve. Results Diabetes mellitus, infection history, renal calculus and uretero-pelvic junction calculus, stone burden, the degree of hydronephrosis and the gender of female were high-risk factors contributed to infection after intracavity lithotripsy, which were given 3,3,3,2,2,2point respectively based on their OR value(8.660,7.046,3.723,2.675,2.256,1.891),and the patients who got high socre were more likely to suffered infection. The sensitivity and specificity of the wanning score system for infection after intracavity lithotripsy were 74.3% and 84.0% respectively when its truncation point was 7.5 point(total score was 15 piont). Conclusions Patients who got more than 7.5 point according to the wanning score system were high risk groups of infection after intracavity lithotripsy.
