Objective To examine and assess the clinical effect of Er ∶ YAG 2940 nm fractional laser resurfacing for skin wrinkles.Methods A total of 16 patients with Fitzpatrick skin type Ⅳ and facial wrinkles,were treated with Er ∶ YAG 2940 nm fractional laser resurfacing and follow-up were given every week after treatment,four weeks in all.Response to treatment was evaluated by observers and patients themselves.Photos were analyzed by the photoshop 12.0 software.Results During the four-week follow-up,the skin of patients was more and more better than pretreatment,and a large part of wrinkles was disappeared.The assessment of observers for wrinkle amelioration rose from (6.50--2.33) ％ to (34.80±5.24) ％ and the scores of content of patients was up to 4.00±0.27(generally satisfied),whereas no one satisfied at beginning.Analyzed by photoshop 12.0 software,the data of average and middle values were on the trend of increasing in all these four weeks while SD was basically on the trend of decreasing.Conclusions Fractional ablative photothemolysis using Er ∶ YAG 2940 nm laser is a promising option for skin wrinkles.

Objective To explore the clinical outcome of self-designed bilateral external fixator combined with limited internal fixation for the treatment of open fracture of tibial plateau.Methods From February 2001 to September 2005,23 cases of open tibial plateau fractures were treated with bilateral external fixator combined with limited internal fixation.According to Schatzker classification,there were 35 patients with type Ⅴ fracture and 18 patients with type Ⅵ fracture.According to Gustilo classification,there were type Ⅰ in 15 eases,type Ⅱ in 22 cases, type Ⅲ in 16 cases.Results The follow-up period was 5 to 22 months(mean 10 months).All the fractures got unit- ed.According to Merchant grade,18 eases were evaluated as excellent,25 as good,9 as fair.The rate of excellent and good resuhs was 83 %.Conclusion Operation by using bilateral fixator combined with limited internal fixator can make fixation stable and reduce complication.It is an effective method to treat complex fractures of open tibial plateau.

Objective To investigate the speciality of clinical features,histology and immunohistochemical of GIST,and to explore the therapy of GIST.Methods The clinical datas and immunohistochemical of 32 patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumor were reviewed.Results Of them,18 tumorus originated in the stomach,10 cases were in small bowel;2 cases were originated in the colorectal.Positive of CD117 and CD34 in the GIST were 93.75% and 76.8%.Conclusions GIST is the most common tumor in gastrointestinal mesenchymal tumor,CD117 and CD34 is a senitive marker for GIST,which plays an important role in the differential diagnosis of gastrointestinal mesenchymal tumor.Surgical operation is the main method to manage GIST.

OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard of Compound Yiganling dropping pills.METHODS:Fructus Silybi and Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis were identified by TLC.The content of Silybin was determined by HPLC.RESULTS:The qualitative identification was of high resolution and free of interference of negative substance.The linear ranges of Silybin was 0.09～0.54 mg?mL-1,and the average recovery was 97.38%(RSD=1.19%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The method can be used for the quality control of Compound Yiganling dropping pills.

Biological process is an important approach to treat the dye wastewater. The azo dyes decolouration by special azoreductase of different aerobic bacteria and fungi was summarized. Under anaerobic condition, reductive decolourization of azo dyes was carried in the presence of redox mediators which act as electron shuttle. It was also pointed out that azo dye reduction occurred mainly under anaerobic condition. Different electron donor resulted in different decolourization rate. Problems of current biotechnology were analyzed and corresponding measures were discussed.

Objective Investigate the clinical efficacy of treating retreated smear-positive tuberculosis patients with conventional anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy combined with levofloxacin. Methods Divide 60 retreated smear-positive tuberculosis patients registered in our hospital between October 2012 and October 2014 into two groups using random number table method: levofloxacin group and conventional treatment group. Each group contains 30 patients that were treated for 9 months , and the efficacy the both treatment methods were compared. Results The sputum conversion rate in the levofloxacin group is 93.33% and 96.67% after treating for 6 months and 9 months , respectively; which are substantial higher than that of the conventional treatment group with sputum conversion rate of 70% and 73.33% after 6 months and 9 months of treatment , respectively (P < 0.05). The absorption rate of the levofloxacin group is significantly higher than that of the conventional treatment group (P < 0.05). The cavity improvement rate of the levofloxacin group is 73.33%, which is significantly higher than that of the conventional treatment group (33.33%) (P < 0.05). The clinical efficacy of the LVFX group is substantially higher than the routine treatment group (P < 0.05). The overall effectiveness of LVFX group reached 100% , which is significantly higher than that of the conventional treatment group (86.67%) (P < 0.05). Conclusions Levofloxacin combined with conventional anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy can effectively improve the clinical efficacy in the treatment of tuberculosis.

A bacterial strain having 3-deoxyglucosone-metabolizing enzyme was selected from 31 marine bacterial stains. The conditions for enzyme production of the strain was examined. The optimal tempreture, initial pH. and cultivate time for enzyme formation were 28℃, pH7.8~8.0, and 96 hours respectively. Composition of the suitable medium was as following (%): Fish peptone 1.0, Sucrose 0.3, Yeast extract 0.2, NaCI 5.0.3-deoxyglucosone can induce formation of enzyme.
