Objective To investigate the effect of intermedin (IMD) on tubular cells apoptosis induced by renal ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury and its associated mechanism.Methods A total of twenty-four male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups (control group, I/R group, empty plasmid group and IMD group). One week after the removal of right kidney, ultrasound plasmid was used to transfect empty or IMD plasmid into the left kidney. Renal I/R model was made by clasping the left renal artery for 45 minutes. Tubular cell apoptosis was determined by TUNEL. Expression of Bax, Bcl-2, Fas was detected by semi-quantitative RT-PCR.Activity of caspase-8 and caspase-9 was evaluated with commercially available kits respectively.Protein level of caspase-3 was measured by Western blotting analysis. Results Compared with control group, apoptosis of tubular epithelial cells, expression of Bax and Fas, activities of caspase-8 and caspase-9, as well as protein level of caspase-3 were all significantly increased in I/R group (all P＜0.05). IMD pre-treatment significantly inhibited all these effects (all P＜0.05). There were no differences of above parameters between empty plasmid group and I/R group. Conclusion IMD pre-treatment protects against renal I/R injury by inhibion of tubular epithelial cell apoptosis.

[Objective] To search a suitable preoperative intestinal cleansing method for the operation of colon and rectum. [Methods] A randomized controlled trial was applied in 70 cases before colic and rectal operations. Group A was give:n decoction of Folium Cassiae for oral use and saline enema and Group B was treated with saline enema only. The effect on intestinal cleansing was observed during the operation. Objective To investigate the drug resistance situation and the epidemiological characteristicin the tuberculoupatientin ordeto provide the reference foeffective prevention and treatmenof T.MethodTotally 2 271 patientwith posi-tive sputum smeapulmonary tuberculosi(TB) in the Jiangbei Branch Hospital of Chongqing Zhongshan Hospital from January 2009 to Decembe2013 were performed the drug resistance detection of 10 kindof anti-Tdrugs(isoniazid ,streptomycin ,rifampi-cin ,ethambutol ,para-aminosailcyliacid ,kanamycin ,pasiniazid ,protionamide ,capreomycin ,and ofloxacin) .ResultOf all 2 271 ca-seof positive sputum culture pulmonary T,the total drug resistance rate and total multi-drug resistance rate were 61 .91% and 26 .29% ,respectively ;the total drug resistance ratein initial treatmenand retreatmenpatientwere 52 .85% and 78 .06% respec-tively ,and the multi-drug resistance ratewere 16 .70% and 43 .38% ,respectively ;the top five in the average drug resistance ratefrom high to low were streptomycin(39 .45% ) ,isoniazid(33 .20% ) ,rifampicin(32 .94% ) ,para-aminosailcyliacid(31 .40% ) and pasiniazid(21 .53% );the anti-Ttreatmenhistory ,gende,age and occupation were significantly associated with the drug resist-ance occurrence (P＜0 .05) .Conclusion The drug resistance situation of the Tpatientin the local areof Chongqing iseriouin the recen5 year.The standardized managemenand treatmenon the Tpatientwith drug resistance should be strengthened .

Objective To investigate the value of theory-practice integrated in the course of medical imaging diagnosis. Methods The teaching method of bone and joint system was adjusted based on theory-practice integration. 212 students of department of medical imaging were divided into group A (95 students, Grade 2009) and group B (117 students, Grade 2010). The traditional teaching method was adopted in group A, and the theory-practice integrated teaching method was adopted in group B. The teaching effect was evaluated by the exam results(theory and experimentation) and ques-tionnaire. SPSS 13.0 software was used and the measurement date were expressed by x±s. Statistical analysis was performed using t test, with the level of test α=0.05. Results The results of theoretical exam (P=0.024),practical exam (P=0.017) and questionnaire of group B was higher than group A (P=0.00). Conclusions LBL、CBL、TBL integrated teaching method is better than traditional teaching method, especially in improving the students' ability of linking up theory with practice, learning initia-tive, teamwork.
