A series of innovations in EMP teaching have been carried out in the 7-year-program clinical medicine from such aspects as curriculum design,teaching methodology and strategies,form of examination and establishment of an open teaching system.This paper is to compare the 5 language skills before and after the innovation.

7-year-program clinical medicine is a major that fuses master with bachelor degree education and has higher demand in the integrated ability training.It is in 2002 that Southeast University first admitted students of this major,which,therefore,is brand new challenge to every educators,including EMP teachers.Thus,we initiated teaching innovation and put it into practice,which proved beneficial.

In this article, the authors summarized both domestic and foreign researches on the problem of intellectual influence of sports activities on mental retardation children, and put forward the future research direction and prospect.

Objective To establish standard liver volume formula of healthy Chinese and to explore if there is a correlation between changes of hepatic volume and hepatic functional reserve.Methods Two hundred and eighty healthy volunteers and 85 cirrhotics undergone serial abdominal H-CT scanning. The relation between normal liver volume measured by CT and body surface area(BSA) was studied by linear regression and correlation method, the standard liver volume formula was deduced. For cirrhotic patients, the change rate of liver volume was calculated and was compared with their Child class and postoperative complications.Results The mean normal hepatic volume for Chinese adults was (1?250?141)?cm 3. There is a positive correlation between estimated liver volume in vivo and body surface area[r=0.96, LV(cm 3)=613?BSA(cm 3)+162.8]. Aim To investige the protective effect of FMCL on the apoptosis of PC12 cells induced by H_2O_2 and its mechanisms.Methods Apoptosis of PC12 cells induced by H_2O_2 at the concentration of 0.5 mmol?L~(-1).The cell activity was determined by MTT.The morpholog changes were observed by invert microscope.DNA ladder was observed through agarose gel electrophoresis.The subdiploid peaks showing cell apoptosis rate and △?m were detected by flow cytometry.Results Compared with those of the Model group the cell activity of FMCL 100、30 mg?L~(-1) group reinforced,the injury of the cell relieved.The apoptosis rate of those two groups decreased,but the△?m and the cell activity increased in a dose-dependent manner.Conclusion FMCL can inhibit the apoptosis of PC12 induced by H_2O_2 which might be correlated with the increasion of △?m.

ObjectiveTo observe effects of modulated medium frequency low frequency current hydroelectric bath therapy on sequela of ankle fracture.Methods32 sequela patients of ankle fracture were treated with ZM-C type intellectual faculties intermediate frequency therapeutics instrument. Modulated medium frequency square all wave,the frequency of carry wave was 4 KHz,and the frequency of modulated wave was 100 Hz. The water temperature was 40℃. 30 minutes was a time,12 times was a course. Before and after treatment,results were contrasted themselves.ResultsAfter treatment,32 patients all got satisfactory effects,the shorter of the course,the better of the effect.ConclusionThe modulated medium frequency low frequency current hydroelectric bath therapy is a simple,safe and better effect method for sequela of ankle fracture.

Objective To analyze the type of acid-base disturbance caused by severe pneumonia in newborn infants .Methods Venous blood of neonate with severe pneumonia(SP group) were collected to detect serum electrolyte and blood gas analysis 12 hours before and after oxygen therapy .The results of serum electrolyte and blood gas were compared 12 hours before and after oxygen therapy ,and the results of acid-base disturbance between SP group and control groups were compared.Results There were mostly metabolic acidosis incorporated respiratory acidosis in all neonate in SP group,which were with increased anion gap (AG) and obviously higher than that of control group(t=1.27 P
