Objective To discuss the main reason of re -pregnant patients'delivery mode selection after cesarean delivery and to guide the future clinical work. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the 181 cases of re -pregnancy after cesarean delivery and compare the clinical data of 140 cases of reselecting cesarean delivery with 41 cases of selecting vaginal trial production. Results Calculated the risks of vaginal trial production and cesarean delivery of scarred uterus by Smith formula. There was no statistically significant difference in two groups (P >0.05). Reselection of cesarean delivery accounted for 77.0% among the cases of re -pregnancy after cesarean delivery. In the investigation on the reason for re -pregnant patients reselecting cesarean delivery,38 patients chose cesarean delivery for the first time owing to social factors, accounted for 27.1%,taking the first place. While in the investiga-tion on the reason for re -pregnant patients selecting vaginal trial production,10 patients were operated on cesarean section for the first time due to fetal distress, accounted for 24.4%,coming first. Conclusion In the investigation on the reason for re -pregnant patients reselecting cesarean delivery, the result shows that the high possibility of reselect-ing cesarean delivery lies on those who chose cesarean delivery for the first time owing to social factors. While those who were transferred to cesarean section due to abnormal fetal heart rate during the first vaginal trial production, may have high possibility to select vaginal trial production when re -pregnancy.As a result, the key is to decrease the rate of cesarean delivery for the first time.

Chinese Journal of Emergency Medicine 2011;20(4):418-420
Objective Demonstrate the implication of Emergency Severity Index (ESI) in pediatric emergency room (ER). Method ESI categories of 21 904 visitors to ER of Beijing Children's Hospital's international department were reviewed. SPSS statistic software was employed to compare the results of ESI categories by doctors and nurses separately using x2 analysis. Results There are highly consistency in ESI categories by doctors and nurses. ESI is an easy-learned and effective triage method. Conclusions ESI is capable in pediatric emergency room regarding recognizing serious cases and saving clinical resources.

Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2004;0(11):-
Objective To compare traditional arthroscopic reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and the arthroscopic ACL reconstruction assisted by fluoroscopy-based navigation system in accuracy and reproducibility of the tunnel placement. Methods Fluoroscopy-based navigation system was used in 40 cases of arthroscopic ACL reconstruction from December 2005 to March 2006. Another 40 cases of traditional arthroscopic ACL reconstruction performed between June 2005 and March 2006 were used as control. The positions of the femoral and tibial tunnels were measured on their radiograms and compared statistically. Results The femoral tunnel position measurements averaged 62. 3%?5. 6% (52% - 73% ) in navigation-assisted ACL reconstruction, and 56. 6%?7. 3% (46% - 77% ) in the traditional arthroscopic operation. The tibial tunnel position measurements averaged 45.4%?3. 8% (37%-53% ) in the navigation-assisted ACL reconstruction, and 41. 1%?6. 0% (25% - 54% ) in the traditional arthroscopic operation. The differences were statistically significant ( P

Chinese Journal of Nursing 2017;52(8):916-920
Objective To evaluate ECG-aided tip localization of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC),and to explore the predictive value of in vitro measurement length to optimal length. Methods Convenience sampling method was used to recruit 743 patients from 18 tertiary hospitals in 11 provinces.Patients received ECG-aided tip localization during PICC placement. After PICC was inserted, orthophoria chest radiograph (OCR) was conducted to check whether the tip position of PICC was appropriate. Results Totally 624 valid questionnaires were collected.OCR showed that all tips of PICCs were located in the optimal position. The optimal length was positively correlated with in vitro measurement length (r=0.920,P<0.01).Linear regression showed regression equation was Y(the optimal length inserted through left basilic vein)=4.290+0.897X(in vitro measurement length)(R2=0.834,F=942.459,P<0.001),and Y(the optimal length inserted through right basilic vein)=3.097+0.922X(in vitro measurement length)(R2=0.855,F=2055,P<0.001).Conclusion Change of P-wave can be used to guide PICC placement and predict tip location.ECG-aided tip localization of PICC is accurate, and can be used as an alternative way.Besides, regression equation can be used to predict the optimal length of PICC.
8.Determination of Sulfuric Acid Mist in Air by Ion Chromatography
Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(12):-
Objective To develop a quick, simple and sensitive method for determination of sulfuric acid mist in the air by ion chromatography. Methods The samples were collected by Nillipore filter, Na2CO3-NaHCO3 solution was used and the samples were analyzed by using ion-chromatography as well as external standard curve. Results The linear range of the method was 0.5-10.0 ?g/ml and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8. The RSD for the test accuracy and variation of repeat tests within one day or between the different days was

Clinical Medicine of China 2001;0(06):-
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of high thoracic washing in leakage of thoracic esophageal anastomosis. Methods 16 cases of anastomosis leakage after esophageaoctomy were treated with high thoracic washing. Results 13 of 16 patients were cured, with a cure rate of 81.25% and the average hospital time of 46 days. One patient died of bleeding and one died of lung infection and respiratory failure. The other one gave up therapy and discharged selfishly. Conclusion High thoracic washing in treating leakage of thoracic esophageal anastomosis is a reliable way with effect, simple procedure and less complication

Objective To acquire high spatial resolution two-dimension pulse pressure distribution for objectifying research of pulse diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods A sensor array with flexible packing was designed and implemented. The array was formed on a circle substrate with 37 silicon piezoresistive pressure sensors, which were distributed as equilateral triangles with 1.95 mm pitch. The diameter of the substrate was 15 mm.By using flexible packing, the array had the hardness similar to that of human finger, which made this method closer to the traditional Chinese diagnosis. After differential amplifying,37-way pulse pressure signals were digitalized and reconstructed to obtain the pulse pressure distribution. Results With the application of the sensor array, the pulse pressure signals were measured and transformed into pulse pressure distribution. Conclusions The experimental result contains the relevant characteristics of traditional Chinese pulse diagnosis' description, providing a new way for objective study of traditional Chinese pulse diagnosis and further study.
