Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(8):689-691
ObjectiveTo investigate the effort of MHA-bBMP implantation combined with limited contacted titanium net duct fixation on femoral shaft bone defect of rabbit.Methods48 rabbits were divided into the experimental group (treated with bionic bone MHA-bBMP plus titanium net duck) and control group (treated with iliac autograft plus titanium net duct) with 24 animals in each group. The rabbit femoral shaft bone defect model was established by cutting 10 mm bone fragment off. After operation, bionic bone MHA-bBMP/iliac autograft was implanted into bone defect area and fixed with limited contacted titanium net duck. The general condition, serum alkaline phosphatase, X-ray, histopathologic examination and electron microscope were performed.ResultsThe fixation stability of titanium net duck in two groups was good. The bone defect of two groups was repaired. The results of phosphatase, X-ray, histopathologic examination and electron microscope of two groups were not significantly different.ConclusionBionic bone MHA-bBMP is a high bioactivity substitute, and can obtain therapeutic effect equal to iliac autograft when repairing rabbit's femoral shaft defect.

Chinese Journal of Interventional Imaging and Therapy 2017;14(5):283-286
Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment of biliary cardiac reflex in the interventional treatment of obstructive jaundice. Methods Totally 600 patients with obstructive jaundice were selected and divided into group A (without any preventive measures) and group B (with prevention and treatment, injection of atropine),and each group had 300 cases. The incidence of biliary cardiac reflex was observed in two groups. The relationship between the incidence of biliary cardiac reflex and gender, age,ECG abnormalities were analyzed in both groups. The timing of biliary cardiac reflex in interventional surgery was observed. Results The incidence of biliary cardiac reflex in group A was 30.67% (92/300),which was significantly higher than that in group B (22/300,7.33 %),and the difference was statistically significant (x2 =53.06,P<0.05).But there was no significant difference between group A (4/300,1.33%) and group B (0) in the incidence of severe biliary cardiac reflex (x2 =0.45,P>0.05).The incidence of biliary cardiac reflex in both groups was not associated with gender (both Φ=0.022,P>0.05),but the incidence of biliary cardiac reflex in both groups was positively correlated with age and ECG abnormalities (Φage =0.593,0.229,ΦEcG =0.508,0.216,all P<0.05).The incidence of biliary cardiac reflex was the highest in the balloon catheter on the stenosis or occlusion of the expansion in group A (55.43%,51/92) and group B (63.64%,14/22),which were higher than those of in puncture and angiography (all P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative injection of atropine can effectively prevent the occurrence of biliary cardiac reflex in interventional therapy, meanwhile the patients' own conditions are still need to be attention.

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical outcomes of posterior lumbar interbody fusion using BTwin expandable spinal spacer with microendoscopic discectomy (MED) for lumbar disc herniation accompanying degenerative instability.MethodsFrom March 2006 to May 2010,87 patients with lumbar disc heniation (only one level) accompanying degenerative instability were managed with posterior lumbar interbody fusion using B-Twin with MED,includeing 49 males and 38 females with an average of 47.6 years(range,37-65).Objective level located in L3,4 in 2 cases,L4,5 in 43,and L5S1 in 41.The patients were treated with single BTwin(Single group,n=51) and double B-Twin(Double group,n=36).Clinical outcomes were evaluated with surgical time, blood loss, visual analogue scale (VAS) scores,Oswestry disability questionnaire (ODI),and the pre- and post-operative disk space heights.ResultsThe patients were followed up for an average of 35.8months (range,12-46).All the patients felt the low back pain and radiation pain disappeared or relieved apparently. The mean preoperative ODI and VAS scores decreased from 78%±3% to 18%±3%,and (8.70±11.3)to (0.65±10.48) at the final follow-up respectively.Disc space increased from a pre-operative height of (8.76±1.3) mm to a post-operative of (11.8±0.6) mm.ODI,VAS and the disk space heights in all patient showed statistical significance, which revealed no statistical significance between the two groups. However, the operation time, blood loss were statistical difference between the two groups. All the patients achieved solid union or probable union at a mean time of 5.6 months (range,3.9-8.6).ConclusionPosterior lumbar interbody fusion using B-Twin with MED can obtain satisfactory outcomes in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation accompanying degenerative instability.Single B-Twin can get similar clinical outcomes, but shorter surgical time, less blood loss, and less medical costs.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2013;48(2):269-75
A series of quinoline-polyamine conjugates (8a-8n) were designed, synthesized and evaluated as inhibitors of cholinesterases (ChEs). Some of these compounds had potent ChEs inhibitory activity with IC50 values at micromolar range. Compound 8n exhibited the strongest inhibition on acetylcholinesterase (AChE) with an IC50 value of 8.78 micromol x L(-1), and compound 8i showed the most potent inhibition on butyrylcholinesterase (BChE) with IC50 value of 1.60 micromol x L(-1) which was slightly better than rivastigmine. The structure-activity relationship revealed that the chain length of polyamine and linker played important roles for inhibitory activity. Molecular modeling studies showed that 8i targeted both the catalytic active site (CAS) and the peripheral anionic site (PAS) of cholinesterases.

National Journal of Andrology 2016;22(2):175-179
The G protein-coupled estrogen receptor (GPER), also known as G protein-coupled receptor 30 (GPR30), was identified in the recent years as a functional membrane receptor different from the classical nuclear estrogen receptors. This receptor is widely expressed in the cortex, cerebellum, hippocampus, heart, lung, liver, skeletal muscle, and the urogenital system. It is responsible for the mediation of nongenomic effects associated with estrogen and its derivatives, participating in the physiological activities of the body. The present study reviews the molecular structure, subcellular localization, signaling pathways, distribution, and function of GPER in the male reproductive system.

Practical Oncology Journal 2015;(1):17-21
[Abstratc] Objective The function of cIAP1 in the progression of ovarian cancer has not been clarified . This study is to explore the involvement of cIAP 1 in regulating biological behaviors of ovarian cancer cells by u-sing RNA interference(RNAi)technology.Mte hods The short hairpin RNA plasmid targeting cIAP1 was con-structed and transfected into Skov 3 cells. The levels of cIAP1 mRNA and protein were investigated by RT -PCR and Western Blot respectively .MTT assay and flow cytometry were used to evaluate cell proliferation and apopto-sis.R esults The rate of cIAP1 transfection was 74.7%performed by flow cytometric analysis .cIAP1 expression was significantly down -regulated at both mRNA and protein levels ,which resulted in a decrease of cell prolifera-tion and invasion capability in vitro .Conclusion This study implies that cIAP 1 might play an important role in the progression of ovarian cancer ,and it could be a potential target for therapeutic anti -cancer drugs .
