In liver transplantation, hepatic sinusoidal obstruction syndrome (HSOS) is rare, which results in misdiagnosis and mistreatment. The prognosis of HSOS after liver transplantation is related to the implementation of early specific treatment. No systematic review has been reported on HSOS after liver transplantation. To raise awareness of HSOS after liver transplantation, this review summarizes the aetiology, pathology, clinical manifestations, laboratory findings, imaging features, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the condition.

Primovist is a newly developed hepatocytespecific agent that is transported into the hepatocyte through organic anion transporting polypeptides (OATPs) and excre ted into bile through canalicular multiorganic anion trans porters.Primovist uptake is usually reduced in HCC cells that present hypointensity on the hepatobiliary phase, there fore this agent may help differentiate HCC from other neoplasms and improve histological grading. This article will further explore the use of Primovist in liver cirrhosis and small hepatocellular carcinoma.

95%; D, coronary acute total occluded, according to the results of selective coronary angiography. Myocardial reperfusion levels were evaluated using the different methods mentioned above at 15 min after PCI. The quantitative parameters of MCE involved contrast peak intensity (A), time to peak intensity (TP) and area under the curve (AUC), representing myocardial blood volume, reperfusion velocity and myocardial blood flow respectively. Results The CTFC was not different between the coronary artery stenosis groups and the normal group. Coronary artery blood flow was slower in group D than that in group A while myocardial blood volume and myocardial blood flow of MCE quantitative parameters markedly decreased in group C than those in group A, and three MCE parameters in D group were significant difference compared with group A. Conclusion Quantitative intracoronary MCE was more accurate in the evaluation of myocardial reperfusion than the other two methods.

Objective To explore the functional expression and temporality of MDR1 gene in bone marrow of rabbits after autologous bone marrow transplantation with MDR1 transferred bone marrow mononuclear cells. Methods The supernatant of the amphotropic virus producer cell line PA317-HaMDR1/A was collected and concentrated to cocultivate with the bone marrow mononuclear cells of the rabbits. After large dose of chemotherapy with cyclophosphamide, the transferred cells were autotransplanted into the bone marrow. The integration, transfection rate and physiological function of MDR1 gene were tested by PCR,SP immunohistochemical method and daunorubicin (DNR) extrusion test respectively. Results After autologous bone marrow transplantation had been executed for 1-4 months, the integration of MDR1 gene in genome of bone marrow mononuclear cells was detected by PCR,and the expression rates of P-gp in cells tested by SP immunohistochemical method were 9.5%,8.5%,6.0% and 3.5% respectively. The physiological function of MDR1 gene in bone marrow cells was proved by DNR extrusion test. Conclusion After the autotransplantation with bone marrow mononuclear cells transferred by MDR1 gene, the MDR1 gene can implant into the bone marrow of rabbits and has expressed functionally for 4 months, which has provided a basis for further research on chemoprotection experiment of the MDR1 gene transferred into the bone marrow cells.

Objective To explore the relationship between respiratory viruses infection and the episode of steroid responsive simple nephrotic syndrome(SRSNS).Methods Thirty-eight children with SRSNS were selected, including the active stage group(n=28)and the remission group(n=10).The urine from 18 cases of nephritic nephrosis,16 cases of bronchiolitis,15 cases of secondary glomerular diseases and 15 cases of healthy children were served as controls.By using the method of reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)and alkaline phosphoesterase-anti alkaline phosphoesterase enzyme-linked assay(APAAP),viral genes and antigens in urine were assayed, respectively. Results The positive rate of detecting viruses in the active stage group of SRSNS children was higher than that in the remission group and the other control groups(Pa

[Objective] To observe the effects of regulating Qi and strengthening spleen on the patients of chronic ulcerative colitis.[Methods] 38 patients of chronic ulcerative colitis(UC)were randomized and divided into experiment group(20 patients)and control group(18 patients)according to the selected standard. The patients of experiment group were treated with complex prescription of regulating Qi and strengthening spleen, the patients of control group were treated with granules of Mesalazine. To observe the symptom of accumulated points and enteroscope appearance on two groups.[Results] The difference on the symptom of accumulated points of experiment group exceeded the control group(P0.05).[Conclusion] There is effect of regulating Qi and strengthening spleen on the patients of chronic UC.

China Pharmacist 2015;(11):2015-2017
Objective:To establish a GC method for the determination of metacresol. Methods:The separation was performed on an Agilent DB-225 MS column (30 m × 0. 25 mm,0. 25 μm). The initial column temperature was set at 90℃,maintained 10 min, raised to120℃ with a rate of 2℃·min-1 ,and then raised to 150℃ with a rate of 10℃·min-1 and maintained for 5 min. The inlet temperature was 200℃. The detector was a flame ionization detector (FID) and the temperature was 250℃. The flow rate was 1. 8 ml ·min-1 split ratio was 1∶30 and the carrier gas was nitrogen. Results:The linear range was 0. 6-1. 8 mg·ml-1 . The average recovery was 96. 0% (RSD=2. 6%,n=9). The content of 3 batches of the samples was 99. 3%, 98. 7% and 98. 4%, respectively. Conclu-sion:The established quantitative analysis method is applicable in the quality control of metacresol.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(04):-
Objective Sphingosine kinase 1 (SPK1) has been identified as a central mediator of ischemia preconditioning, and it has been shown to protect reactive oxygen species (ROS)-induced cardiomyocytes death. The present study aims at investigating the protective effects of adenovirus-mediated sphingosine kinase 1 gene (Ad-SPK1) transfer on ischemia-reperfusion induced cardiac injury. Methods Wistar rats were anesthetized and a left thoracotomy was performed. About 5?108 PFU of Ad-SPK1 in total volume of 100?l was injected intramyocardially into four separate sites of the left ventricular wall with a 30-gauge needle. The control rats received the same injection of adenovirus carrying green fluorescent protein gene (Ad-GFP). Three days later, hearts were isolated and subjected to ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) (30min/30min) ex vivo. Heart performance was evaluated by measuring the left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP) and left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP). The incidence of arrhythmia was recorded. Cardiomyocyte viability was detected by the detection of the release of creatine kinase (CK). The cardiac SPK1 activity was measured using an enzyme method. The forced and the total SKP1 expression was analyzed by immunoblotting with anti-FLAG and anti-SPK1 antibodies. Results The cardiac SPK1 activity was increased by about five-fold by injection of Ad-SPK1, compared to Ad-GFP control group. A more potent performance and a lower incidence of arrhythmia were observed in Ad-SPK1-injected hearts during the reperfusion period, compared with Ad-GFP-injected ones. Enzymatic activity assay showed that creatine kinase release was also less in Ad-SPK1-injected hearts. Conclusion Adenovirus-mediated SPK1 gene transfer efficiently protects heart from injury induced by ischemia-reperfusion.
