1.AFFECTING FACTORS OF THE PREVALENCE OF MENTAL RETARDATION IN THE QIN-BA MOUNTAIN AREA IN SOUTH- SHAANXI(1987)
Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1981;0(03):-
The prevalence and adjusted rate of Mental Retardation(M. R.) were 2.70% and 2.68% in the Qin-Ba Mountain Area in South-Shaanxi; 2.78% and 2.80% in childhood respectivety. These rates were all higher than overall rates in Shaanxi and in It is obvious that the prevalence of M. R. could be reduced by the social-environmental factors such as natural geographic situation, social development level, mean income per capita, mother's schooling, the family relationship with stepmother/stepfather, etc. Reducing prevalence rate of M. R., we need to take the multiple measures and services. It may help the reduction of M. R. prevalence and it is very important to continuously supply iodine salt in these area.
3.Clinical analysis of 320 cases of hysterectomy
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(07):-
Ohjective To study the indications, clinical effect and complications of hysterectomy so as to im- prove therapeutic effect. Methods The clinical data involving 320 cases of hysterectomy in this hospital from 2000 to 2006 were reviewed, and the pathogenesis, operation mode, curative effect and post-operation complications were analysed. Results Patients who received hysterectomy due to benign gynecologic diseases were cured well cliniclly; those who received hysterectomy due to malignant gynecologic diseases or diseases with the tendency of malignant change were cured well in early stage but the effect was not so satisfactory in later stage. The operation mode was de- cided by considering the pathogenesis and individual difference. Conclusion For benign gynecologic diseases,hys- terectomy can be conducted with good effect after conservative treatment becomes ineffective. For malignant gyneco logic diseases, early treatment will bring good resuh, while late treatment will generate not so satisfactory effect.Indi- cations for operation should be controlled strictly for hysterectomy to guard against complications.
4.Hemophilia B replacement therapy drugs.
Chinese Journal of Biotechnology 2016;32(2):164-171
Hemophilia B is an X chromosome linked hereditary hemorrhagic disease, which is caused by the lose function mutation of factor IX (FIX), and significantly affects the patients' lifespan and life quality. The severity of hemophilia B depends on the FIX level in the plasma. By referring to the relevant literatures, we reviewed and summarized hemophilia B replacement therapies. Specifically, we focus on recombinant factor IX products on the market and those in the pipeline, especially on the long-acting factor IX drugs, to provide the basis for researches of new hemophilia B drugs.

5.Efficacy of nasotracheal intubation using blind tracheal intubation device combined with end-tidal carbon dioxide monitoring technique in patients with difficult airway
Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 2012;32(5):579-581
Objective To evaluate the effiicacy of nasotracheal intubation using blind tracheal intubation device and end-tidal carbon dioxide monitoring technique in patients with difficult airway. Methods Sixty ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients of both sexes, aged 35-60 yr,weighing 55-75 kg,requiring nasotracheal intubation, undergoing selective oral and maxillofacial surgery, were involoved in this study. All of them were expected to have difficuh airway such as mouth opening < 3 cm,neck upward degree < 30° and Mallampati classification Ⅲ or Ⅳ,The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups(n =30):group Ⅰ received tracheal intubation with the blind tracheal intubation device and group H received tracheal intubation with the blind intubation device combined with end-tidal carbon dioxide monitoring technique. The number of successful intubation, the inlubation time and adverse effects during intubation(epistaxis, tachycardia, hypertension and hypoxemia)and after operation(sore throat and hoarseness)were recorded. Results The rate of successful intubation in the two groups was 100%.Tachycardia,hypertension,hypoxemia and hoarseness were not found in the two groups.Compared with group I,the rate of successful intubation at first attempt was significantly increased, the intubation time was significantly shortened, and the incidence of epistaxis and sore throat was decreased in group Ⅱ(P < 0.05).Conclusion The blind intubation device combined with end-tidal carbon dioxide monitoring technique used in diffficult airway can shorten the intubation time, increase the success rate of tracheal intubation, and decrease the occurrence of adverse effects.
6.The clinical significance on typing of hyperplastic gastric pits
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(6):982-983
Objective To explore the clinical significance of gastric hyperplastic polyp pits under magnifying endoscopy. Methods Summary confirmed by magnifying endoscopy and pathological examination gastric hyperplastic po]yp's performance of magnifying endoscopy,Hp positive and the results of pathology during February 2004 to De-cember 2006. Results 55 patients found 116 gastric polyp,41.4% (48/116) with type A,26.7% (31/116) with type B,19. 8% (23/116) with type C,8. 6% (10/116) with type D,2. 6% (3/116) with type E,one case gastric pits blurred(type F) 0. 9% (1/116). 4 cases with type E and type F found moderate-severe atypical hyperplasia. Conclu-sion Gastric hyperplastic polyp pits with type E and type F ,their results of pathology to display atypical hyperplasia.
7.An information system evaluation tool built with customer satisfaction model theory
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2010;26(5):361-364
This research applied the theory of customer satisfaction model in the evaluation of the clinical information system. By means of qualitative and quantitative methods, it made validity and reliability measurement on the measurement tools in use. In addition, it extracted the structure validity of the factor regulating scale via a factor analysis, and developed the scale for clinical information system measurement These efforts provided the hospitals with the useful measurement tool to improve their information system, promoting positive and practical hospital informationziation.
8.The Prevalence of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and its Risk Factors in the Elderly in Gushan Town,Fuzhou City
Chinese Journal of Prevention and Control of Chronic Diseases 2006;0(02):-
Objective To know the prevalence of type 2 diabetes and its risk factors in the elderly in Gushan Town, Fuzhou City. Methods From July to November of 2007, 4653 elderly permanent residents from 14 administrative units were selected using random cluster sampling. Results The prevalence of elderly type 2 diabetes was 11.2%. Non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed that age, occupation, monthly income (OR=1.42, 95%CI: 1.13~1.77), family history of diabetes (OR=6.49, 95%CI: 4.62~9.10), concen- tric obesity (OR=1.47, 95%CI: 1.15~1.88) were independent risk factors for diabetes. Conclusion The type 2 diabetes prevalence rate of the elderly was higher, and the health education and interventions should be strengthened to the people who have family history of diabetes and concentric obesity.
9.Clinical Value of Peripheral Vessel Diagnostic System on TCM Syndrome Differentiation of Diabetes
Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1993;0(02):-
Objective To observe the relation between functions of vessels of lower extremities and TCM syndromes differentiation in diabetes patients. Methods Totally 168 diabetics of Type II were differentiated into 5 syndromes, i.e. 29 cases of yin deficiency with excessive heat, 41 cases of qi and yin deficiency, 30 cases of yin and yang deficiency, 37 cases of blood stasis in channels, and 31 cases of damp heat affecting the spleen, and 26 healthy people were involved in the control group. The peripheral vessel diagnostic system was adopted to get the toe photoplethysmogram (PPG) and ankle brachial index (ABI) to observe the blood perfusion of limb terminals and the functional state of lower limb arteries. The relation between function of vessels of lower extremities and TCM syndrome was analyzed. Results All the diabetic groups were related with the arterial blood supply of toe terminals. Diabetes was the main risk factor in affecting the terminal blood supply (P
10.Aspirin resistance and the relative factor research in old-aged patients with cerebral infarction
Journal of Chinese Physician 2009;11(7):896-898
Objective To evaluate the prevalence of aspirin resistance in old-aged patients with cerebral infarction and to analyze the mechanisms and clinical predictors of aspirin resistance. Methods 300 old-aged patients with cerebra] infarction were selected and the platelet aggregation ratio was determined by nephelometry with CHRONO-LOG PA-meter. And some information of these patients, such as age, sex, smoking, taking non-steroid anti-inflammatory drug (NSAD)or proton pump inhibitor (PPI), obesity, coronary artery disease (CAD), peripheral vascular disease, hyperpiesia, diabetes and hyperlipemia were recorded. Results 112 cases (37.33%) were aspirin sensitiveness, 108 cases(36.0%) were aspirin semi-resistance and 80 cases (26.67%) were aspirin resistance. These cases were divided into two groups. One was aspirin sensitive (AS) group, which included 112 patients of aspirin sensitiveness. The other was aspirin resistant (AR) group, which consisted of 188 patients of aspirin semi-resistance and aspirin resistance. The prevalence of CAD, hypercho]esteremia and RBC count in AR group was higher than that in AS group The percentage of patients who took NSAD, PPI and smoke in AR group was also higher than that in AS group. Conclusion Aspirin resistance existed in old-aged patients with cerebral infarction to great extent, and which was correlated with CAD, hypercholesteremia, smoking, RBC count, taking NSAD and PPI.
