Objective:To analyze and determine the main component in volatilization oil which is extracted from the Chinese herbal medicine Kaempferia galanga L.Methods:Volatilization oil is obtained by steam-distillation from commercial available Kaempferia galanga L..After re-crystallization,GC-MS,UV-Vis,NMR,IR were processed for analysis and structure determination.Results:The m/z=205 peak in MS represents the quasi-molecular ion peak.The strongest absorption peak at 304nm in UV-Vis shows that there is big conjugated system in the molecule.Along with the data of chemical shifts and coupling constants of 1H-NMR,13C-NMR and wave numbers of IR absorption peaks,the main ingredient of Kaempferia galanga L.volatilization oil is verified as ethyl 3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-(E)-acrylate.Conclusion:We have employed advanced methods in separation and analysis in the determination of structure of the main ingredient in volatilization oil extracted from Kaempferia galanga L.and get detailed data to support the results,the methods are reliable and the results are dependable.

Based on the data of the ISI "Journal Citation Report" in 2006 edition,a statistics for the 88 mi-crobiology science journals has been made. The results showed that these 88 learned journals were published in 16 countries with 3 languages,especially English. And the main countries were United States,England,Netherlands and Japan. The average data of articles and total cites of the 88 journals were 165 and 5226.64,respectively. Moreover,the average data of impact factor and immediacy factor were 3.154,0.45 and 5.84,respectively. Objective:To investigate the effect of brain tissue extract of hypoxia-preconditioned mice (BHP) on tolerance of NGF-induced differentiated PC12 cells to hypoxia and the optimal concentration for protective effect.Methods:The mice model of acute repetitive hypoxia was reproduced and BHP was prepared.BHP was added into the cultures of 4～5 day differentiated PC12 cells and the final protein concentrations of BHP were 1.0、10.0、100.0?g/ml(BHP groups) respectively.Brain tissue ex- tract of normal mice(BN) at the same three protein concentrations were used as controls(BN groups) and PBS solvent control groups were also prepared in which only PBS was added(PBS groups).Then differentiated PC12 cells were cultured in hypoxia (2%O_2).After 24,48,72 hours'hypoxia,colorimetric method(OD_(570nm)) of tetrazolium salt MTT staining was adopted to determine cell viability and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) leakage assays were also conducted at the same time.Besides,apoptotic per- centages at late stage(72 hours' hypoxia) were detected.Results:After 24 hours' hypoxia,OD_(570nm) values of BHP groups with protein concentrations being 10.0、100.0?g/ml were significantly higher,but their LDH leakage percentages were significantly lower than those of BN groups with the same protein concentrations and of hypoxic PBS group.With hypoxia prolonging,BHP gradually lost the protective effect.At the time point of 72 hours' hypoxia,OD_(570nm) values of only BHP group at 100.0?g/ml protein concentration was significantly higher than that of the corresponding BN groups,its LDH leakage percentage and apop- totic percentage was significantly lower than those of the hypoxic PBS group.Conclusion:The effects of BHP on tolerance of differentiated PC12 cells to hypoxia depend on its concentrations and on its treating time.Besides,BHP at final concentration of 100.01?g/ml protein showed steady,prolonged protective effect.

Objective:To investigate genetic polymorphism of four X chromosome short tandem repeats(X-STR)loci(DXS7132、 DXS6789,HPRTB,DXS8378)in Chongqing Han population.Methods:EDTA-blood samples were collected from the unrelated individuals in Chongqing.After being extracted with Chelex-100 method,the DNA samples were amplified by PCR technique.The PCR products were analyzed by PAGE,genotyped with silver stain method.Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium was tested,and then used direct counting method to calculate allele and genotype frequency of these four loci.Results:The polymorphisms of all four STR loci were obtained from 120 unrelated females and 91 unrelated males from Chinese Han group.?2 tests on the genotype frequencies in female reveal that genotype frequencies in females did not depart from Hardy—Weinberg equilibrium.Conclusion:It was suggested that DXS7132,DXS6789,HPRTB,DXS8378 locus are suitable for individual identification and paternity testing,and we provide new selectable STR markers for chromosome X haplotype in forensic application.

Results The linear range was 6.008 to 48.064 ? g/mL( r=0.999 9) for Circanetten New tablets and the average recovery of rutin was 100.3% (RSD=0.5 % , n=5) .Conclusion The method is simple and effective, and can be used to control the quality of Circanetten New tablets.

Objective To investigate the effect of entecavir in the treatment of chronic severe hepatitis B and the influence on peripheral blood T cell subsets and liver function.Methods 100 patients with chronic severe hepati-tis B were selected as research subjects,who met the inclusion criteria.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases),then the clinical effects were assessed after treatment. Results The CD +4 ,CD +4 /CD +8 of the observation group and control group after treatment were (40.65 ±5.06)%and (35.32 ±5.18)%,(1.83 ±0.35)% and (1.30 ±0.26)%,which were significantly higher than before treat-ment,the differences were statistically significant(t =7.762 and 5.192,6.319 and 3.392,all P <0.05),the CD +8 levels were (22.13 ±4.85)% and (27.24 ±4.66)%,which were significantly lower than before treatment,the differences were significant(t =8.553,3.667,all P <0.05).The CD +4 ,CD +4 /CD +8 of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t =3.479,5.413,all P <0.05),the CD +8 was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was significant(t =3.551,P <0.05). Objective To explore the clinical value of Holter heart rate turbulence in diagnosis of patients at high risk for coronary heart disease.Methods 110 patients with suspected coronary artery disease,according to the results of coronary angiography (CAG),were divided into CAG positive group (67 cases) and CAG negative group (43 cases).Heart rate turbulence and heart rate variability were analyzed in two groups.The atrial fibrillation,atrial flutter,and pseudo-differential interference were removed,the qualified ventricular contraction was selected.Two parameters of HRT,the initial shock value (TO) and turbulence slope value (TS) were calculated.Results The average value of TO and TS was (0.36 ± 0.15) ％,(1.98 ± 0.52) ms/RR in positive group,those in the negative group were (-0.87 ± 0.36) ％ and (4.83 ± 0.65) ms/RR,there were statistically significant differences between two groups (t =1.953,1.976,all P ＜ 0.05).After 1 year follow-up,9 cases (13.44％) died in positive group,2 cases (4.65％) died in negative group,the difference was statistically significant (x2 =5.476,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The heart rate turbulence with dynamic cardiogram can help to early diagnose the patients at high risk of coronary heart disease.It was important to improve the survival rate of patients.The method is simple,inexpensive,effective,which is worth promoting in the clinic.
