[Objective]To investigate the effect of Zhenghai biological membrane in the prevention of adhesion of tendon. [Method]Eighteen chicken were divided into 2 groups.Zhenghai biological membrane was used in the experimental group, while simple Kessler suture was applied in the control group. The tendon adhesion degrees were compared between 2 groups with the methods of gross observation, adhesion criterion, histological observation and electron microscopy,et al.[Result]The adhesion degree was lower significantly in experimental group than that in control group.[Conclusion]Zhenghai biological membrane could prevent tendon adhesion effectively, without any obvious rejection reaction. It would not affect the healing of the tendon.

Objective To observe the effect of stellate ganglion block on patients with cerebral infarction.Methods36 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the control group and research group. Both two groups were treated with traditional treatment. The research group was added with stellate ganglion block.ResultsAfter 20 days treatment, the Neuro-function Deficit(NFD) scores of both two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01);but the NFD scores of the research group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).The scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA) and Barthel Index(BI) of both two groups were significantly higher after treatment(P<0.01);but the scores of FMA and BI of the research group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).ConclusionStellate ganglion block can improve the nerve function of patients with cerebral infarction.

Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 2005;0(09):-
Objective To study the effects of continuous oxygenated blood microperfusion on rat hearts preservation. Methods Forty-five Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. The isolated rat hearts were continuously microperfused with oxygenated blood at 4℃in experimental group, those in control group microperfused with St.Thomas solution and those in solution group were preserved with St.Thomas solution. After preservation the hemodynamic indexes of rat hearts were measured using Langendorff system, including the left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP),the left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP),the left ventricular developed pressure (LVDP) and the rate of the left ventricular pressure change (?dp/dt),then the contents of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography and myoeardium ul- trastructures were observed under an electric microscope. Results After 30 min perfusion of Langen- dorff system, the LVSP,LVDP and?dp/dt were (38,25?3.84) mm Hg,(32.54?4.01) mm Hg and (1080?123) mm Hg/s respectively in experimental group;(34.48?4.68) mm Hg,(19.27?4.63) mm Hg and (935?196) mm Hg/s respectively in control group;(32.14?4.95) mm Hg, (16.99?4.85) mm Hg and (825?302) mm Hg/s respectively in solution group. The hemodynamic indexes in experimental group were superior to those in control group and solution group (P
5.Deep acupuncture at Baliao points (eight sacral foramina) by Professor WANG Ling-Ling and its clinical application.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2014;34(3):285-288
With deep acupuncture at Baliao points (eight sacral foramina) as the core, Professor WANG Ling-ling has treated diseases of urinary, digestive and reproductive systems with superior therapeutic effect. The key for efficacy of Baliao points is deep acupuncture. Only deeply insert into acupoints with long needles and directly stimulate at sacral nerves, could Baliao points play a superior role in treatment effect. Searching acupoints is the basis of deep acupuncture, and superficial anatomy should be combined to summarize the methods of searching Baliao points. The premise of deep acupuncture is needling manipulation. The angles of needles must be adjusted according to morphological features of posterior sacral foramina, or it is hard to practice deep acupuncture into Baliao points. The description of location and manipulation on Baliao points in ancient and modern literature was vague, which restricts clinical application of Baliao points. A lot of research on location, manipulation and clinical application of Baliao points has performed by Professor WANG Ling-ling, and its manipulation and clinical cases are introduced to make a positive effect on its application and popularization.

6.Analysis of WANG Ji's moxibustion therapy opinion.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2014;34(4):395-397
WANG Ji's opinion on moxibustion therapy in Questions and answers of acupuncture and moxibustion (Zhenjiu Wendui) was explored and analyzed. With his two contraindications of moxibustion as breakthrough points, the arrangement and discussion was performed. The results showed that based on summary of moxibustion treatment theory before Ming dynasty, WANG Ji could provide characteristic idea, which is of great reference value and guide significance to the inheritance and development of moxibustion.

ObjectiveTo compare costs of combined intravenous and inhalation anesthesia (CIIA) and total intravenous anesthesia (TIA) when lower limbs orthopedics (LLO) performed on cerebral palsy children (CPC).MethodsTo analyze data of 49 CPC who received LLO under CIIA and TIA,and compare costs of two anesthetic styles.ResultsTIA had a significantly lower cost than CIIA (P<0.001),and showed a lower incidence of post-operation nausea and vomiting.ConclusionTIA can decrease cost of anesthesia and post-operation nursing compared with CIIA.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of different doses of glucocorticoid for prevention of postoperative complications in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG).Methods We searched PubMed,EMBASE,Highwire,CENTREN and its affiliated clinical trial registration data center,Chinese Biomedical Database, and CNKI from 2000 to 2010 for randomized controlled trials involving the efficacy of different doses of glucocorticoid for prevention of postoperative complications in patients undergoing CABG.The quality of the studies was evaluated by the method recommended by Cochrane Collaboration.Evaluation indexes included development of fibrillation, requirement for insulin treatment because of hyperglycosemia, infection, and death (during stay in hospital or within 30 days after discharge from hospital) after operation and mechanical ventilation time.Meta-analysis was conducted using the RevMan 5.1 software. Results Twenty-one randomized controlled trials involving 1737 patients were included in our meta-analysis.Different doses of glucocorticoid decreased the risk of fibrillation, and did not increase the risk of various causes-induced infection and death.Moderate and large doses of glucocorticoid increased the risk of requirement for insulin treatment because of hyperglucosemia.Large dose of glucocorticoid resulted in prolongation of ventilation time. Conclusion Different doses of glucocorticoid can decrease the development of postoperative fibrillation without increasing the risk of infection and death, moderate and large doses of glucocorticoid increase the risk of requirement for insulin treatment because of hyperglucosemia and large dose of glucocorticoid increases the risk of prolonged ventilation time in patients undergoing CABG.

As a kind of additive in feed of monogastric animals, the application of natural phytase is limited due to its disadvantages. In this paper, the strategies of phytse reform was introduced. Furthermore, the research and progress on protein engineering of feed phytase was reviewed, including phytase over-expression, phytase thermostability, catalytic efficiency and optimum pH.
