Object:To find out college students' perceptions about counseling.Methods:By using a questionnaire about college students' view of counseling,875 college students of Zhejiang University from grade 1 to grade 4 were tested.Results:Most students acknowledged that counseling deals with mental issues and disorders. They were willing to help clients,and prefer counselors who are like their friends and family members.They agreed that counseling is helpful and,prefer one-hour sessions,which are free of charge.

Objective To construct digital operating room in the hospital to enhance the efficiencies of operation and anesthesia.MethodsThe overall architecture of digital operating room was designed based on functional requirements survey,which was composed of an operating and anesthesia management system,an operation demonstration system,an operation information notice system and a department management system.Results Digital operating room realized the connection between all the operating and anesthesia devices and whole-course pre-,intra-and post-operative management of the patients,which implemented integration and data sharing with HIS,PACS,LIS and EMRS.Conclusion Digital operating room enhances medical service,teaching,learning and research during operation and anesthesia,facilitates evidence-based medicine and improves doctor-patient relationship.

OsRacD belonging to rice Rho family of the small GTP binding proteins,is a pivotal gene involved in rice photoperiod fertility conversion of photoperiod sensitive genic male sterile rice,which influences rice fertility via controlling the pollen tube growth.T20N site-directed mutation was introduced into its highly conserved G1 motif by PCR-mediated method to mimic its GDP-binding state based on the sequences alignment and conserved domains analysis.The prokaryotic expression vector of OsRacD and T20N-OsRacD were constructed,and the His6 tag fused proteins were expressed and purified from E.coli.After identified by Western blot,the GTP hydrolysis activities were detected.The results showed that the GTPase activities of T20N-OsRacD were significantly reduced comparing with that of OsRacD,suggested that OsRacD and T20N-OsRacD have different biochemical characteristics.

Objective To discuss the set-up isocenter error based on kilovolt cone beam computed tomography (KVCBCT) and to investigate dose deviation led to set-up isocenter error. Methods 21 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma ( NPC ) treated with image guided intensity modulated radiotherapy (IG-IMRT)were investigated. The online KVCBCT scan, rigid image registration, set-up error was gained for 376 sets before radiotherapy. We sampled ten and fifteen setup isocenter error in the 376 sets randomly. Without changing beam angle,fields size and leaf sequences and dose weight et al. , we only replaced new isocenter and accumulated the new plan for ten or fifteen plans. We compared the percentage deviation between ten,fifteen times accumulated plans and normal ten , fifteen times plans. Results All 376 sets of KVCBCT image were analyzed for 21 cases. Under the condition of non-correction, the setup isocenter errors are 0. 75mm ± 1.13 mm, 0. 92 mm ±2. 15 mm,0. 82 mm ± 1.24 mm in left-right, superior-inferior and anteriorposterior directions respectively. So, we developed the margins which were 4 mm,6 mm、4 mm in three directions respectively from clinical tumor volume to planning tumor volume (PTV) calculated by two parameters model. In the fifteen accumulated plan, the deviation in the dose of 95% PTV (D95) was -7. 5% - - 11.9%, and the deviation in the D50 was -5. 1% - -8. 2%. Conclusions It is possible of small effects to normal organs and targets because of small error of patient displacement in one fraction.However, many small errors can led to considerable dose difference in targets and normal tissue in thirty fractions of all treatments period. So, according to two parameters model, PTV margin can be designed new planning and depended on IG-IMRT technique, which it will be significantly reduced these dose differences.

Objective To determine the planning target volume margins of head and neck cancers treated by image guided radiotherapy (IGRT).Methods 464 sets cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) images before setup correction and 126 sets CBCT images after correction were obtained from 51 head and neck cancer patients treated by IGRT in our department.The systematic and random errors were evaluated by either online or offline correction through registering the CBCT images to the planning CT.The data was divided into 3 groups according to the online correction times.Results The isocenter shift were 0.37 mm±2.37 mm, -0.43 mm±2.30 mm and 0.47 mm±2.65 mm in right-left (RL), anterior-posterior (AP) and superior-inferior (SI) directions respectively before correction, and it reduced to 0.08 mm±0.68 mm, -0.03 mm±0.74 mm and 0.03 mm±0.80 mm when evaluated by 126 sets corrected CBCT images.The planning target volume (PTV) margin from clinical target volume (CTV) before correction were:6.41 mm,6.15 mm and 7.10 mm based on two parameter model, and it reduced to 1.78 mm,1.80 mm and 1.97 mm after correction.The PTV margins were 3.8 mm,3.8 mm,4.0 mm;4.0 mm,4.0 mm,5.0 mm and 5.4 mm,5.2 mm,6.1 mm in RL, AP and SI respectively when online-correction times were more than 15 times, 11-15 times,5-10 times.Conclusions CBCT-based on online correction reduce the PTV margin for head and neck cancers treated by IGRT and ensure more precise dose delivery and less normal tissue complications.

Objective To avoid medical mistake,improve service quality of medical care,insure the security of patients. Methods The wireless Lan was deployed in ward to implement the scheme of using wireless Lan and avoid medical mistake,and then use wireless nursing system to prove it. Results This scheme can reduce the work intensity of medical staff,decrease the probability of medical mistake,and improve the service quality of medical care. Conclusion The wireless technology can avoid medical mistake effectively.

Objective To compare the differences between measured resting energy expenditure calculated by the indirect calorimetry with the resting energy expenditure calculated by the Harris-Benedict formula and weight formula in the mechanically ventilated surgical critically ill patients in SICU.Methods Patients mechanically ventilated in SICU of Xuanwu Hospital,from April 2014 to April 2015 were measured resting energy expenditure by the indirect calorimetry with the resting energy expenditure calculated by the Harris-Benedict formula and weight formula in the 1st,the 3rd and the 5th day.There were twenty-nine patients enrolled,thirteen males and sixteen females,measured the resting energy expenditure 188 times.The distribution of metabolism level was studied,and the resting energy expenditure measured by three methods were calculated and evaluated by paired sample t test.Results There were 177 times(62.24％)of low metabolism level,59 times(31.38％)of normal metabolism level,and 12 times(6.38％)of high metabolism level.Eighteen patients used these three methods to calculate the energy expenditure on 1st,3rd and 5th day:indirect calorimetry (1 627.11 ± 323.63) kcal,(1 614.67± 308.93) kcal,(1 576.11 ± 263.96) kcal;Weight formula (1 479.44 ± 200.24) kcal,(1 488.40 ± 227.72) kcal,(1434.14 ± 216.56) kcal;Harris-Benedict formula (1 777.43 ± 253.00) kcal,(1 730.08 ± 265.18) kcal,(1 689.33 ± 236.69) kcal.The results calculated from Harris-Benedict formula and the weight formula were significantly different fiom calculated from indirect calorimetry (P ＜ 0.05).Resting energy expenditure by Harris-Benedict formula was significantly higher than calculated from indirect calorimetry (All P ＜ 0.05).Resting energy expenditure by weight formula was significantly lower than calculated from indirect calorimetry(All P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Although Harris-Benedict formula and weight formula is convenient in clinical use,while the results calculated by them is significant different from the results calculated by indirect calorimetry.So clinical nutrition support should rely on indirect calorimetry as far as possible.

Objective To analyze the Brucellosis incidence and to predict the trends of the disease in Shanxi province and the national in recent years,which could provide the reference for surveillance,prevention and control of the disease.Methods Brucellosis data which was reported monthly during January 2006 and December 2010 in Shanxi province and the data released by Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention during January 2005 and December 2010 were collected.Several indexes,such as the annual increasing number,the development rate,growth rate and other indicators were applied to compare Shanxi province with the national Brucellosis epidemic in recent years.What's more,the seasonal autoregressive integrated moving average model (ARIMA) was fitted respectively with the data of Brucellosis incident number reported monthly,so as to predict the prevalence status in the coming two years by verifying the fitting effect.Results Brucellosis prevalence of Shanxi province reached the peak in 2008,and the incidence number was 5397,which was 900 more than 2007.From the onset of decline after 2008,the prevalence decreased by 17.67％ (906/5128) in 2010.However,national incidence of Brucellosis kept increasing before 2009 and the prevalence increased rapidly from 2007 to 2008,and the growth rate reached 39.16％ (8442/21 560).Although the number of Brucellosis fell by 2041 cases in 2010 than in 2009,the rate of decline was only 5.14％(2041/37 734).The fastigium of Brucellosis was from May to July yearly whether Shanxi province or the country.The ARIMA models of Shanxi province and the nation were ARIMA [(1,0,1)(1,1,0)12] and ARIMA[(1,0,1)(0,1,1)12],respectively,according to the incidence numbers reported monthly.The fitting effect of models showed that the predicted values of the two models were both consistent with the actual situation and all predicted values fell within the 95％ confidence limits,which depicted that they both fitted well.The predicted values depict that the incidence of Brucellosis overall trend was basically stable in Shanxi province,while the numbers in the nation would increase in a small extent in 2011 and 2012.The fastigium of Brucellosis was still from May to July yearly.Conclusions Brucellosis control measures are effective in Shanxi province,incidence of Brucellosis declining.The ARIMA model could predict the number of Brucellosis well,which can provide a valuable reference for the predication and evaluation of Brucellosis epidemic in the future.

Objective To assess the effect of three-grade nursing clinical-rounds implemented on new patients with mental disorders.Methods 360 new patients with mental disorders who were selected from ward one to six in our hospital were divided into the experimental group and control group,patients in experimental group who were selected from January to December in 2010 were given three-grade nursing clinical-rounds and patients in control group who were select from January to December in 2009 were given ordinary nursing clinicalrounds.Passing rate of health education,incidence of accident and satisfaction to nursing care in two groups were evaluated.Results Passing rate of health education in experimental group was 96.7％ and 89.4％ in control group,the difference was obvious( x2 =7.264,P ＜ 0.05 ).there was statistically significant difference in the incidence of accident,2.8 ％ in experimental group and 10.6％ in control group ( Z =- 2.726,P ＜ 0.05 ).the satisfaction of patients were 98.9％ and 93.3％ in experimental and control group respectively( x2 =6.020,P ＜0.05).Conclusions Three-grade nursing clinical-rounds have a significant effect on the overall quality of nursing care,and it is worthy of spreading in clinical work.

Studies on the variation of amylase, lipase and lrotease activity of Whitmania pigra in 0-6 months old using 3, 5-dinitro- salicylic acid colorimetry, right-nitrophenyl palmitate ester (ρ-NPP) colorimetry and folin-phenol method. The results showed that pro- tease activity remained low before 1.5 months old and with the highest activity in 2 months old, but after showing a small peak in 4 months, alkaline protease rapid declined. Amylase was low at born, then gradually increased the activity of the highest in 2.5 months old. Lipase with a strong vitality at birth, then 1 month with minimum and 2 months peaked, but appeared a small peak in 4 months old. In summary, only lipase exhibits strong activity at birth, lipase with the strongest activity in the digestive tract during develop- ment. Protease, lipase and amylase with the strongest activity at 2-3 months old, but were decreased after 4 months old.
