ObjectiveTo observe the effects of treating cerebral hemorrhage by the brain-located mild hypothermia therapy. Methods40 patients were divided in to two groups randomly, treatment group (20cases) and control group (20cases). Drugs were used in both groups, and the located mild hypothermia therapy was just applied in treatment group. After 7 days ,the volume of hydrocephalus and the Nerve Function Deficiency(NFD) score of hemiplegic limbs were compared.ResultsThe volume of hydrocephalus of treatment group was significantly smaller than that of control group(P<0.01). There were significant differences on the neurological impairment score between two groups (P<0.01).Conclusions The brain-located mild hypothermia therapy can reduced hydrocephalus in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.

Objective To analyze the correlation of prognosis and early gastrointestinal nutritional intervention of critically ill ICU patients.Methods 378 cases of critically ill ICU patients from June 2010 to December 2011 were selected.260 cases of critically ill ICU patients were set as the treatment group,who were given appropriate care and nutritional support (early nutritional intervention was implemented within 24 hours) on the basis of conventional drug therapy.The remaining 118 cases were named as the control group,who received conventional therapy and conventional care.The nutritional items and their correlation were analyzed.Results After treatment,the items such as serum pre-albumin,protein intake,hemoglobin,and cholesterol were significantly different from those before treatment in both groups,and the improvement degree was higher in the treatment group than those in the control group.The cholesterol level was correlated with protein intake.Conclusions The application of early gastrointestinal nutritional intervention in critically ill ICU patients can effectively improve the hemoglobin level,reduce mortality and the incidence rate of complications,so it is necessary to be applied in clinic.

Objective:To give clinical evaluation to the caesarean section caused by social factor and get information for raising the quality of obstetric. Methods:The retrospective analysis was practiced on the obstetric quality index of the caesarean section caused by social factor and non-social factors in our institution from 2003.01 to 2003.12. The caesarean birth rate, social factor causing caesarean birth rate and forceps birth rate in 1994, 1999 and 2003 in our institution were compared. Results:The caesarean birth rate was 54.53% and the social factor causing caesarean birth rate was16.08% in 2003. The operation duration, postoperative fever days and bowel movement recovery duration of social factor group were longer than those of non-social factor group significantly(P0.05). Objective:To evaluate the role of the retinoic acid receptor ?(RAR?),retinoic acid receptor ?(RAR?) in the devel-opment and prognosis of the endometrial carcinoma by detecting the expression of these receptors. Methods:48 cases of paraffin-embedded tissues were selected, including 42 cases of adenocarcinoma and 6 cases of adeno-squamous carcinoma of endometrium. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the level of RAR? and RAR?. The relation between the expression of these receptors and the clinical pathological parameters was evaluated. Results:The positive expression ratios of the RAR? and RAR? were 47.92%(23/48)and 25.00%(12/48),respectively. The level of RAR? was significantly higher than that of RAR?(P0.05). The level of the RAR? decreased with the increasing of the malignancy extent of the endome-trial adenocarcinoma(P0.05)respectively. Conclusion:There is close relation between the ex-pression of the RAR? and the development of the endometrial carcinoma. The defect of the RAR? and the high expression of the RAR? indicates a bad prognosis of the endometrial carcinoma. Detection of these two is benefited receptors together for us to estimate the prognosis of the carcinoma.

Objective To develop an ion chromatography (IC) for simultaneous determination of chlorite,chlorate and bromate in drinking water. Methods The IC separation was carried out with the IonPAC AS23 column by using 4.5 mmol/L Na2CO3-0.8 mmol/L NaHCO3 at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The injection volume was 250 ?l,the temperature of conductivity detector cell and column were 30 ℃ and 35 ℃,respectively. The pressure upon the bottle of mobile phase was 40 kPa. The current of auto-regenerating suppressor was 25 mA. Results The results showed that in the range of 0 to 1 000 mg/L, the calibration equation for chlorite was y=0.009 6+1.600 0 x (r=0.999 3),for bromate was y=0.003 2+3.184 7 x (r=0.999 9),for chlorate was y= 0.001 8+1.788 9 x(r=0.999 9).The detection limit of chlorite,chlorate and bromate were all 5 ?g/ L,the recovery rates were 89.0% -108.0% and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were 0.21%-2.70%. Conclusion The method is simple,fast,accurate, sensitive,little interference and is applicable to the simultaneous determination of chlorite,chlorate and bromate in drinking water.

Objective: To investigate the proportion of high-risk population for cardiovascular diseases (CVD) among residents at ages of 35 to 79 in Nanjing City, and establish a prediction model of high-risk population for CVD. Methods: Residents at ages of 35 to 79 years were selected from Nanjing City using a multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method from 2020 to 2021. Participants' demographic information, characteristics of lifestyle and blood biochemical index were collected using questionnaire surveys, physical examination and laboratory testing. The high-risk population for CVD were determined according to the Chinese Guidelines for Cardiovascular Disease Risk Assessment and Management, and the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Adult Dyslipidemia (2016 Revision). Predictive factors for high-risk population for CVD were screened using a multivariable logistic regression model. A nomogram was established and verified with receiver operation characteristic (ROC) curve. Hosmer-Lemeshow goodness of fit test was used to evaluate the fitting effect and Bootstrap method was used for internal verification. Results: A total of 38 428 individuals were surveyed, including 17 970 males (46.76%) and 20 458 females (53.24%), and 25 714 individuals aged 35 to 59 years. There were 8 905 high-risk population for CVD, with a detection rate of 23.17%. Multivariable logistic regression analysis identified 9 factors affecting high-risk population for CVD. A prediction model was established for ln[P/(1-P)]=-7.305+2.107×age-0.366×gender+0.299×marital status-0.297×educational level+0.631×body mass index+0.013×sleep duration+0.096×edible salt intake+0.444×smoke-0.069×alcohol consumption. The area under ROC curve was 0.799 (95%CI: 0.794-0.805), the sensitivity and specificity were 0.731 and 0.753, indicating good differentiation. The nomogram based on the above factors indicated good calibration and stability. Conclusion The nomogram constructed by age, gender, marital status, educational level, body mass index, sleep duration, edible salt intake, smoking and alcohol consumption can be used to predict high-risk population for CVD.
