Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(09):-
Objective To investigate the recent prognosis of stress hyperglycemia for the emergency percuta- neous coronary intervention(PCI)with ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods 410 pa- tients treated by emergency PCI were chosen.According to a history of diabetes and blood glucose levels, they were randomly divided into four groups:group 1(n = 288):random blood glucose normal and non-diabetic patients;group 2(n = 30):random normal blood glucose in diabetic patients;group 3(n = 54):random plasma glucose level and non- diabetic patients;group 4(n = 38):high random plasma glucose level in diabetic patients.Age,gender, hospital within 24 hours with random glucose, glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),peak creatine kinase,TIMI flow recovery and 30-day mortality of the patients were compared. Results Mortality of four groups were 4.2%,3.4%,7.5% and 5.9% re- spectively(P

Objective:To optimize the extraction technology of volatile oil in myrrh. Methods: Using the extraction quantity of volatile oil as the index, the volatile oil was extracted by an essential oil extractor, and U6 (64 ) uniform design was used to investigate the influencing factors such as the immersion time ( A) , the mesh number ( B) , the extraction time ( C) and the additive water amount ( D) . Results:The optimized extraction technology was as follows: myrrh was crushed to obtain 10 mesh powder, soaked for 10 mi-nutes with 8-fold amount of water, and then extracted 3 hours. Conclusion:The quantity of volatile oil extracted from myrrh is accu-rate, the technology is reasonable, and the research provides scientific basis for the extraction of volatile oil in myrrh.

Objective To investigate effect of tacrolimus on renal function, blood lipids, cytokines and peripheral HMGB-1 and NF-κB in nephrotic syndrome patients. Methods From January 2012 to January 2014 in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, 127 cases of patients with nephrotic syndrome were included based on random number table, and divided into two groups (n=65) and control group (n=62).Control group with conventional symptomatic treatment, observation group in combination with tacrolimus treatment on the basis of control group, which were treated for a total of two courses, eight weeks for a course of treatment.Serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen levels, TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C levels, serum IL-1, TNF-αlevels and serum HMGB-1 and NF-κB levels were evaluated. Results The serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen levels after treatment was significantly lower than that of control group, respectively ( P<0.05 ) .TG, TC and LDL-C levels after treatment in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group respectively (P<0.05).Serum IL-1 and TNF-αlevels after treatment in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group respectively (P<0.05).Serum HMGB-1 and NF-κB levels after treatment in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group respectively (P<0.05).Conclusion Tacrolimus can reduce blood lipid levels, inflammatory reaction and serum HMGB-1, NF-κB levels in nephrotic syndrome patients, and significantly improve renal function.

Objective To investigate effect of alprostadil on serum levels of inflammatory cytokines and nutritional biochemical indexes in patients with chronic renal failure. Methods According to the random number table, 129 patients with chronic renal failure patients were included in this group and randomly divided into observation groups (n=67) and control group (n=62).Control group were given conventional symptomatic treatment, and the observation group were given alprostadil treatment on the basis of control group with a course of four weeks of both groups. The Scr, BUN, IL-6, TNF-α, CRP, Ca2 +, ALB, P3 +, Hb, RBC, hemorheology changes were compared before and after treatment. Results The Scr, BUN levels after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05), and Scr, BUN levels in observation group after treatment was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05).Serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α, CRP after treatment significantly decreased than before treatment (P<0.05), serum IL-6, TNF-α, CRP after treatment was significantly lower than control group ( P<0.05 ).After treatment, Ca2 +, ALB levels of observation group was significantly higher than control group and P3 +was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05), while there were no significant differences of Hb, RBC.The hemorheology of observation group before treatment was significantly lower than control group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Alprostadil can significantly improve renal function, and the possible mechanism may be associated with reducing serum levels of inflammatory factors and improving blood rheology, which delay progression of chronic renal failure effectively.

Objective To find the cells in myocardium controlling in cardiomyogenic differentiation of marrow derived-mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs).Methods Rat marrow derived-MSCs,cardiomyocytes(CM)and endothelial cells(EC)were isolated and cultured, then MSCs were incubated with the CM or EC or cultured alone after labeled by 5-Bromo-2-deoxyuridine(BrdU)for 72 hours. The cells were identified by morphology, immunocytochemistry and double immunocytochemistry. Results More than 95% of the cells isolated and cultured belonged to MSCs,CM or EC.Incubated with CM,most MSCs labeled by BrdU showed cardiomyocyte-like morphology. After 4 weeks of cultivation, positive staining of double immunocytochemistry of BrdU and Sarcomeric Actin or Connexin-43(CX-43)were observed in 44% cells. However, there was no obvious change in morphology and no positive staining of double immunocytochemistry was recorded in MSCs incubated with EC or cultured alone after 1、2、3 and 4 weeks of cultivation. Conclusion MSCs can differentiate into cardiomyogenic cells in cardiomyocyte microenvironment and cardiomyocytes may play a crucial role in the differentiation.

Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(09):-
Objective To develop a gas chromatography-mass spectrometric method(GC/MS) for simultaneous determination of environmental estrogens including 4-nonylphenol,bishphenol A,diethylstilbestrol and 17?-ethinylestradiol and endogenic estrogens including 17?-estradiol,17?-estradiol,estriol and estrone in mutton. Methods Mutton samples were extracted using a mixture of acetonitrile-ethyl acetate(3∶2,V/V) and cleaned up by florisil cartridge. Derived with pentafluoropropionic anhydride(PFPA) ,the derivatives were determined by GC-MS. Results The linear range of determination was 0.2-5.0 ?g/kg. The intraday relative standard deviations of the peak area were 1.25%—5.85% and the detection limits ranged from 0.024 to 1.40 ?g/kg,and the rates of recovery ranged from 71.5%—111.0% except for 17?-ethinylestradiol( 55.4%) . Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, accurate and applicable to the determination of trace environmental estrogens in mutton
