2.Effect of intra nasally applied fluticasone propionate and levocabastine on the expression of aquaporin 5 in nasal mucosa of rat with experimental allergic rhinitis
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2009;(20):939-941
Objective:To investigate the expression and distribution of aquaporin 5(AQP5) in allergic rhinitis(AR)treated by fluticasone propionate and levocabastine.Method:Forty Wister rats were divided randomly into AR(n=30) and control groups(n=10). After AR models were established, the AR rats were divided evenly into F group, L group and AR control group.Three groups were treated respectively for 28 days, then the expression of AQP5 in nasal mucous membrane were detected by immumohistochemistry assay.Result:The distribution of AQP5 was consistent in all groups. The expression of AQP5 in F group was significantly different from L group and AR group (P < 0.05), while there was no significant difference between that of AR group and L group(P>0.05). The expression of AQP5 in L group was significantly different from that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High expressions of AQP5 in rat with AR indicated the positive correlation between AQP5 and AR. AQP5 might be one of pathological factors of AR concered with gland's excessive secretion and tissue edema. Glucocorticoid can down-regulate the expression of AQP5,but H1-receptor antagonist can not reduce the expression of AQP5.

5.Cause and Treatment of Speech Stunting in Twin Brothers
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2007;13(9):833-834
Objective To report three-year-old twin brothers with speech stunting. Methods The clinical program of twin brothers with speech stunting were reported. Results The development quotient of Neuropsychological Developing Table of 0 to 6 Years-Old Nurselings was 59 for elder brother, and 57 for the younger.PET showed hypogenesis in the frontal lobe.Their linguistic rating showed both speech stunting, and the brain-audition evoked potential and the autistic evaluation(ABC and CARs)were normal. Conclusion The etiology of twin brothers' speech developing disorders is related with heredity, brain development, and speech environment, but the exact cause is being further studied.
6.Research progress on inflammatory immunity related signaling pathway for the pathogenesis of dry eye
International Eye Science 2016;16(6):1084-1088
?Dry eye ( DE) is a multifactorial disease of tear film and ocular surface. Inflammation in the ocular surface plays a main role in the pathogenesis of DE. Accordingly, inflammation and therapies that inhibit immune response may become topic for DE in recent years. Unfortunately, there are few studies about signaling pathway that has changed in ocular surface of DE. It is novel and there are few researches on how inflammation active signaling pathway and how it was regulated by signaling pathway on DE. This paper presents a review about inflammation active signaling pathway and its regulation on signaling pathway of DE.
7.Analysis of Clinical Features and Drug Sensitivity of 67 Newborn Infants with Klebsiella Pneumoniae
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(16):-
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and drug sensitivity of newborn pneumonia of klebsiella pneumoniae, and investigate the positive rate of extended-spectrum ? lactamases(ESBLs)in klebsiella pneumoniae.Method Sixty-seven cases of sputum samples newborn pneumonia of klebsiella pneumoniae from Jan.2003 to Dec.2005 were collected.Bacteria identification and drug sensitivity test were performed. At the same time,ESBLs were detected. Results The clinical characteristics of newborn pneumonia of klebsiella pneumoniae were non special, and the positive rate of ESBLs in klebsiella pneumoniae was 17.91%.The klebsiella pneumoniae was 100%sensitivie to carbopenems, but resistant to commonly used ?-antibiotics such as penicillin and cephalosporin.ESBLs negative strains had higher drug sensitivity than ESBLs strains. Conclusions Partial klebsiella pneumoniae are ESBLs strains and insensitive to commonly used antibiotics. In order to decrease ESBLs strains, the antibiotics treatment shall be used appropriately and the selection of antibiotics shall be guided by the results of drug sensitivity tests.
