The improvement of hypoxia of tumor cells can effectively reduce their resistance to radiation and chemotherapy and im-prove the cure rate of the tumor. Recently, the compounds which are used to improve hypoxia of tumor cells and reduce radiation resist-ance are no longer just the original electrophilic radiosensitizers, and many potential targets as radiosensitizer for hypoxia also become research focus. Based on the mechanism of tumor hypoxia, the paper summarized the study progresses in four different radiosensitizers including new targeted agents, electrophilic radiotherapy sensitization agents, biological reductants and natural plant extracts.

OBJECTIVETo research the distribution characteristics of Chinese medicine (CM) syndrome and syndrome elements of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) by analyzing literature in recent 20 years.
METHODSRelevant literature on treating CFS by syndrome differentiation of CM at home were retrieved by computer and manual ways. Database were established by using EpiData 3.1 to conduct frequency analysis of syndrome and syndrome elements.
RESULTSThe most common clinical syndromes were Xin-Pi deficiency syndrome, Gan stagnation Pi deficiency syndrome, Gan-Shen yin deficiency syndrome, Gan qi stagnation syndrome, and Pi-Wei qi deficiency syndrome. Disease locations were sequenced as Pi, Gan, Shen, and Xin. The clinical pathogenesis of CFS was characterized by deficiency of vital energy, complicated with intermingled excess and deficiency. Asthenia of healthy energy was mainly manifested as qi deficiency, blood deficiency, and yin deficiency, while excess of sthenia was mainly manifested as qi stagnation, phlegm dampness, and static blood.
CONCLUSIONSResearch of CM syndrome starting from syndrome elements can better unify and standardize clinical syndrome differentiation. Results of literature analysis can provide reference for further studies.

Objective To investigate the level change of glucose excursion , 8-iso prostaglandin F 2α( 8-iso-PGF2α) in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM), and its effects on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).Methods A total of 62 inpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus including T2DM group(DM, 30 cases) and T2DM with NAFLD group(DM+NAFLD, 32 cases) were recruited from October 2012 to November 2013 , normal glucose tolerance group had normal glucose tolerance ( NGT;30 cases ) with normal physical examination results. The age, gender, duration, blood pressure, body mass index (BMI), and blood lipid among three groups were no statistical difference .The clinical data of each patient were collected by professional people .Blood lipids and glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) were detected.Oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) were taken in all groups. The Postprandial glucose excursion (PPGE), blood glucose standard deviation (SDBG), mean blood glucose and (MBG) and HbA1c were used to evaluate the glucose excursion.Serum 8-iso-PGF2αwas detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent (ELISA) to evaluate oxidative stress.Inter-group com-parison was conducted with analysis of variance ( ANOVA) .Correlation analysis was used to evaluate the factors of influence .Results⑴The levels of PPGE[(7.34 ±2.23) mmol/L vs (8.52 ±2.43) mmol/L],SDBG[(2.43 ±0.90) mmol/L vs (2.80 ±0.78) mmol/L], MBG[(11.06 ±1.76) mmol/L vs (13.65 ±2.83) mmol/L], and HbA1c [(7.59 ±1.02)% vs (8.05 ±1.52)%] in T2DM group and T2DM with NAFLD group were significantly higher than that in NGT group (both P <0.05); and that in NAFLD group have significantly rise than that in DM group ( P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in HbA 1c between groups.⑵ The level of serum 8-iso-PGF2αwas gradually increased from NGT group [(33.45 ±8.60) pg/ml], DM group [(47.33 ±15.30) pg/ml], to DM +NAFLD group [(56.07 ±13.10) pg/ml], with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05);⑶The Person corre-lation analysis showed that the content of serum 8-iso-PGF2αwas positively correlated with PPGE, SDBG, and MBG ( r =0.796, 0.778 , 0.712 , P <0.01 ) .Conclusions Serum 8-iso-PGF2αis a better parameter to reflect the status of body oxidative stress .The level of oxidative stress is increased with the increase of glucose excursion in T 2DM, which is the important mechanism of its complica-tions of NAFLD.

National Journal of Andrology 2016;22(2):171-174
The folate metabolic pathway plays important roles in cellular physiology by participating in nucleotide synthesis, DNA repair and methylation, and maintenance and stability of the genome. Methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) is a key regulatory enzyme involved in folate metabolism. Polymorphisms of MTHFR may change the level of homocysteine and affect DNA synthesis and methylation, leading to an increased oxidative stress and disturbed methylation reactions and consequently affecting reproductive function. This article presents an overview on MTHFR gene polymorphisms, proposing that multicentered, large-sample and long-term prospective studies are needed to reveal the relationship between MTHFR gene polymorphisms and infertility.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(23):-
Objective To study the present situation of legionella pneumophila(Lp) infection of low respiratory tract infection in children less than 5 years old. Methods Three hundred hospitalized patients with the diagnosis of low respiratory tract infection were enrolled in the study,191 males,109 females, aged 27 d to 5 years old, course from 1 d to 6 months.Serum antibody(IgM,IgG) of Lp serogroup 1-7 was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results In the patients,17 cases were positive, and the positive rate was 5.67%.Of the 17 children, the males(n=11) and females(n=6) did not significantly influence the positive rate(5.76% vs 5.50%).Four of them were between 27 days and 1 year old;7 were 1 to 3 years old,6 were 3 to 5 years old.The positive rates were significantly different among the 3 groups(2.53% vs 7.37% vs 12.77%) and tendentially increased following the increase of age(?2=7.8164 P

Triamcinolone acetonide is one of adrenocorticotropic hormones. Its anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects are strong and lasting. However, due to its poor water solubility and systemic side effects, researchers try to transform and create its new formula constantly. The paper reviewed the research progress in new formula of triamcinolone acetonide at home and abroad in recent years, including solid dosage forms, emulsion, particle dispersion system and the other new formula which have been researched in or-der to provide information for the improvement of bioavailability and safety.

OBJECTIVE:To optimize the formulation of Methotrexate thermosensitive hydrogels, and to study the in vitro re-lease property of it. METHODS:Taking PLGA-PEG-PLGA as matrix and mannitol as viscosity modifiers,Methotrexate thermosen-sitive hydrogels were prepared. Using the absolute value of the deviation of gelation temperature between 35 ℃,its formulation was optimized by orthogonal test using the concentrations of PLGA-PEG-PLGA,methotrexate and mannitol as factors. The dialysis bag method was used to investigate accumulative release rate of Methotrexate thermosensitive hydrogels and methotrexate solution within 336 h in vitro. RESULTS:The optimal formulation was as PLGA-PEG-PLGA of 20%,methotrexate of 0.10% and mannitol of 0.10%;gelation temperature were 35.1,35.0,35.0℃. The average drug-loading rate was more than 90%. 12 d accumulative re-lease rate was more than 90%(r=3). Methotrexate solution has been substantially completely relased within 240 h. CONCLU-SIONS:Methotrexate thermosensitive hydrogels with sustained-release are prepared successfully, and the preparation technology is simple and practical.
