Objective To investigate the effect of pidotimod combined with antiviral drugs on immunologic function and myocardial enzyme spectrum in children with infectious mononucleosis.Methods 94 cases of children with infectious mononucleosis selected in Wenzhou Children's hospital were randomly divided into control group and research group,47 cases in each group.The control group were given conventional antiviral treatment; On this basis,the research group were given pidotimod,2 weeks for one period of treatment.Before and after treatment,immune function,cell factors and myocardial enzyme spectrum were tested,the clinical symptoms,signs,the curative effect and complications were observed and compared.Results Compared with before treatment,after treatment,serum CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ IgA and IgG increased,CD8+ decreased,TNF alpha,IL-6,AST,LDH,CK,CK-MB decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,in the research group,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,IgA and IgG content is higher,CD8+ content is lower,the TNF alpha,IL-6,AST,LDH,CK,CK-MB content is lower(P<0.05).The time of antipyretic,angina fade,narrow lymph nodes,liver and spleen shrinks and length of hospital stay in the research group were shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate was 74.47％in the control group,lower than 91.49％of research group(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative is exact that pidotimod combined with antiviral drugs on the treatment of infectious mononucleosis.It could improve immune function,reduce myocardial enzyme spectrum and inflammation.

Objective To systematically review the myocardial protective effect of ischemic preconditioning in patients undergoing open heart surgery.Methods PubMed,EMBASE,Highwire,CENTREN and its affiliated clinical trial registration data center,CBM and CNKI were searched to identify all randomized controlled trials involving the myocardial protective effect of ischemic preconditioning in patients undergoing open heart surgery under general anesthesia.The quality of the studies was evaluated by the method recommended by Cochrane Collaboration.Evaluation indexes included the incidences of postoperative cardiac death,myocardial infarction and ventricular arrhythmias and postoperative inotropic drug requirement.Meta-analysis was conducted using the Cochrane Collaboration's RevMan 5.0 software.Results Twelve randomized controlled trials (8 high-quality trials and 4 medium-quality trials) involving 626 patients were included in our Meta-analysis.Meta-analysis indicated that ischemic proconditioning significantly reduced the incidence of postoperative ventricular arrhythmias and postoperative inotropic drug requirement (P ＜ 0.05) and had no effect on the incidences of postoperative cardiac death and myocardial infarction (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Ischemic preconditioning can reduce the postoperative ventricular arrhythmias and have no effect on postoperative cardiac death and myocardial infarction in patients undergoing open heart surgery.

Objective To observe the effects of compound lidocaine cream on patients with tracheotomy during recovery from general anesthesia.Methods Fifty-four patients scheduled for radical oral cancer resection and tracheotomy under general anesthesia were randomly allocated into two groups:control group (group C,27 patients) and compound lidocaine cream group (group L,27 patients).Compound lidocaine cream was uniformly smeared on the airway segment of tracheotomy tube in group L,and no drug was coated on tracheotomy tube in group C.Hemodynamic parameters before induction (To),at the end of surgery(T1),at the moment of awake(T2) and 1 min after awake(T3),respiration recovery time,awake time,time spent in the postanesthetic care unit (PACU),coughing,and agitation after surgery were monitored.Results There were no difference in the operation time,sevoflurane inhale time,respiration recovery time and awake time between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).The time spent in the PACU in group L was less than that in group C [(27.3 ± 6.9)min vs.(34.9 ± 6.6) min] (P ＜ 0.05).The HR and MAP of T3 in group C were significantly higher than those ofT0 [(113.5 ± 18.0) bpm vs.(82.2 ± 13.1) bpm,(112.7 ± 15.7) mmHg (1 mmHg =0.133 kPa) vs.(87.5 ± 12.7) mmHg] (P ＜ 0.01).The HR and MAP of T3 in group L were lower than those in group C [(92.6 ± 12.8) bpm vs.(113.5 ± 18.0) bpm,(98.3 ± 13.5) mmHg vs.(112.7 ± 15.7) mmHg] (P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05).Degree of coughing in group L was lower than that in group C (Z =-2.409,P ＜ 0.05).Degree of agitation in group L was lower than that in group C (Z =-2.013,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Topical anesthesia of tracheal mucosa using compound lidocaine cream can effectively alleviate hemodynamics fluctuations,coughing and agitation after tracheotomy during recovery for general anesthesia.

Objective To investigate the dose-response and its mechanisms of preventive effect of 103 Pd radioactive stent on restenosis in rabbits after balloon injury. Methods The abdominal arteries of the rabbits randomized into common or radioactive stent groups (including 5 Gy, 15 Gy, 25 Gy, 35 Gy groups) were balloon injured, and then stented. Intravascular ultrasound and angiography on abdominal arteries, immunohistochemical study of PCNA, and TUNEL assay were performed 8 weeks after stenting. Results Both the minimal lumen diameters and in-stent lumen areas in 103 Pd radioactive stent groups [(1.94?0.21) mm and (5.99?0.43) mm2, (2.17?0.12) mm and (7.01?0.93) mm2, (2.43?0.22) mm and (8.09?0.89) mm2, (2.56?0.27) mm and (8.49?0.54) mm2 in turn in 5 Gy, 15 Gy, 25 Gy, 35 Gy groups, respectively]were significantly improved with increases of the doses at the end of 8 weeks,revealing a dose-response effect. Objective:To study the long-term stability of 6MV photon beam on TrueBeam, which is a new linear accelerator introduced by Varian Medical System. Methods:QA BeamChecker Plus (QABC+, Standard Imaging Inc., Middleton, USA) was used to measure 6MV X-ray on TrueBeam linac as daily quality assurance (Daily QA). Dosimetric parameter, including output Constancy, flatness and symmetry, were employed to evaluate the dose delivery stability of TrueBeam linac. Results: Daily QA results of 18 months showed the dose output delta was (0.0%±0.7%), only once out of tolerance of 2%. The constancy of Flatness was excellent with the delta of (0.1%±0.1%). The symmetric of axial and transverse varied within 1%. Conclusion:The output constancy of TrueBeam with 6MV is very stable, as well as flatness and symmetry. It’s stable and reliable to implement Truebeam linear accelerator in clinical.

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of auricular point sticking in managing functional dyspepsia.Methods:Seventy patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 patients in the treatment group receiving auricular point sticking therapy,and the other 35 patients in the control group managed by taking Domperidone orally.The therapeutic effects were evaluated 4 weeks later.Result:The total effective rate was 85.7% in the treatment group and82.9% in the control group.Although the difference of the total effective rate between the two groups was not significant,the treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvement of several symptoms(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular point sticking therapy is effective in treatment of functional dyspepsia,and compared to Domperidone,it is better in managing gastric pain,abdominal bloating,and belching.

Objective To investigate the principles of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of early postoperation inflammatory small bowel obstruction(EPISBO).Methods 93 cases of EPISBO were randomly divided into two groups including group A,47 cases received combined traditional Chinese and west- ern medicine treatment,and group B 46 received only western medicine treatment.Results 93 patients were all cured through nonsurgical treatment.The combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment was better in symtom improvement and reduce of expense.Conclusion The principle treatment of EPISBO is mainly nonsurgical. The traditional Chinese medicine and somatostatin are very important.
