OJBECTIVE:To provide reference for realizing talents internationalization of pharmaceutical enterprises in China.METHODS:Applying the related theory of human resources management,the necessity and situation of Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises in talents internationalization were analyzed,and the development strategy was put forward.RE?SULTS&CONCLUSION:Against the background of world-wide competition of talents in pharmaceutical industry,only through adoption of the corresponding development strategy and active advancement of talents internationalization,will the pharmaceutical enterprises dominate in the new competition.

OBJECTIVE:To discuss the necessity and strategies to establish credibility in drug retailing stores.METHO- DS:The general meaning of credibility and its particular meaning in medicine were explained.The significance of establishing credibility in drug stores was analyzed,and the relevant strategies were suggested.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:Now in the vigorous market competition, only through establishing credibility can drug stores survive and develop.

Addendum was added to designing thought of sleep cognition information module of thought imprint psychotherapy under low resistant state (TIP) in this paper on the basis of past treatment experience.The main added contents included expected treatment information module,and cognitive information module according to the next sleep situation and possible future events.We hoped to provide some help to the psychotherapy of insomnia or better use of TIP.

OBJECTIVE:To establish an HPLC method for determination of gentiopicroside in Gentian liver-purging pill. METHODS:The chromatographic separation was carried out on VP-ODS(150 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(15∶85) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1.The UV detection wavele-ngth was set at 270 nm and column temperature was kept at 25 ℃.RESULTS:The liner range of gentiopicroside was 0.355 4～5.331 ?g(r=0.999 8) and the average recovery was 100.05%(RSD=2.2%,n=6). CONCLUSION:The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and it is applicable for the quality control of Gentian liver-purging pill.

Based on the advanced experiences drawn from American, together with the practicality, we should formulate bio-pharmaceutical industry development policy that tailored to our own specific condition.

Objective To establish the system of statistic index of health examination information. Methods The items of health examination were screened, the valuable indexes for guiding the health condition were selected and standardized, and then the system of statistic index of health examination information was constructed. Results The 42 items for male clients and 74 items for female clients were selected as the statistic index of health examination information system. Standardized the statistic index with international classification of diseases system, including the criterion of name, diagnosis and data collection.The standard statistical tables were constituted. Conclusions Health examination information system can be statistically added up by standard index system.

Objective To explore the changes of amount and function of V?24-V?11 natural killer (NKT) cells in peripheral blood of patients with systemic lupus erythematous (SLE). Methods The amount of V?24-V?11NK T cells and expression rate of cluster of differentiation (CD) 69, interleukin4 IL-4 and interferonr (IFN)-?on these cells in 32 cases of SLE and 30 healthy persons were tested by flow cytometry.Results The amount of V?24-V?11NK T cells in SLE group was 0.44%?0.25% and that in control group was 1.07%?0.23%. The expression rate of CD69 in SLE group was 5.26%?2.12% and that in control group was 11.47%?2.86% before cell activation. It was 56.61%?0.47% and 96.71%?~0.33% respectively after cell activation.
