1.Thinking of improving management of hospital medical periodicals
Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2009;22(4):247-249
The management of hospital medical periodicals is now facing many realistic problems such as management system of editorial department, ability of editorial team, quality of articles and outside living environment. Co-publishing periodicals with pharmaceutical enterprises, with foreign publications and innovating publishing model of periodicals have been adopted by some domestic hospitals. By studying cases of periodical management innovation, and summing up the latest domestic point of view on medical periodical management, this paper held the view that the hospital medical periodicals management should be grouped into the framework of hospital scientific research management. Basically, the hospital should focus on solving the problem of management system in priority;developing in a way of specialization, collectivization and brand-orientation;establishing of a high-level editorial team;strengthening international communication and publishing periodicals according to international rules.
2.Preparation and Quality Control of Betamethasone Gel
China Pharmacy 2007;0(34):-
OBJECTIVE:To prepare betamethasone gel and establish its quality control method. METHODS: Orthogonal experiment was carried out to optimize the formula of the base material and design the formula technology of betamethasone gel. The content of betamethasone in the gel was determined by UV-spectrophotometry with its stability investigated through centrifugalization,thermostabilization,cold-resistance and long-term tests. RESULTS: The preparation was off-white semitransparent gel, with its property identification in line with the standard specified in Chinese Pharmacopeia (2005 edition). The linear range of betamethasone was 6~36 ?g?ml-1 (r=0.999 9) and its average recovery rate was 98.88% (RSD=0.57%). The stability tests revealed no stratification of the gel. CONCLUSION: The preparation process is simple and the preparation is stable and controllable in quality.
3.Analysis on problems in patent management in hospitals and countermeasures
Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2010;23(3):174-176,200
Patent competition has become one of the key issues of global competitions in economy, science and technology. In hospitals, the patent management strategy provides guidance for and impels knowledge innovation. However, hospital management is quite weak in China, which may have been caused by various reasons, such as the over enthusiasm for published paper and the technological achievement contrasted with negligence in patent application and exploitation. In the paper, countermeasures are proposed, which include the whole process management during the scientific research, setting up detail targets and standard procedures for patent management, training patent management staff, et al.

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(08):-
Objective To investigate the changes of expression of neuronal nitric oxide synthase(nNOS) after sleep deprivation(SD) in rats, and to study the effects of Xingnaojing on them. Methods Rapid eye movement(REM) SD models(SD group,n=40) were established by the modified multiple platform methods. The rats in SD group were subjected to drug intervention group(n=20) and non-drug intervention group(n=20).Xingnaojing injection was administered to the drug intervention group.Rats in SD group were deprived of sleep for 1,3,5 and 7 d. The expression of nNOS in brain tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. The rats without SD were severed as cage control group(n=10) and tank control group(n=10). Results The expression of positive cells of nNOS in brain tissues increased with the time of SD,and Xingnaojing decreased the number of positive cells of nNOS.The area density of positive reaction cells in SD group was significantly higher than those in cage control group and tank control group(P

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2003;0(10):-
Objective To observe whether recombinant human erythropoietin (rhu- EPO) could cross blood- brain barrier (BBB) of premature infants. Methods Thirty - six premature infants, with gestational age 28 - 35 weeks, birth weight0.05).Conclusion Rhu- EPO can cross the BBB of premature infants.
7. An exploring research about preparation technology and released effect of tamsulosion hydrochloride sustained-released capsules
Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 2016;51(18):1586-1591
OBJECTIVE: To study the preparation technology of tamsulosion hydrochloride sustained-release capsules and investigate the release degree in vitro. METHODS: The pellets containing tamsulosin hydrochloride were prepeared in the fluid-bed using bottom gush medicine. Then, it was coated with ethylcellulose aqueous dispersion (surelease), and in the following procedures, water-based acrylic resin enteric system (Acryl-EZE®) was used as coating material, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose E6 (HPMCE6) was considered as porous agent by fluid-bed. Based on the release degree in vitro, prescription influence factors were evaluated, as well as drug releases curve was compared, according to the single factor experiment. RESULTS: The preparation technology referred in our research was available to make tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules, and drug release curve of self-made sustained-release capsules was similar to the commercial one. Additionally, the products reproducibility of intra-batch and inter-batch was excellent. CONCLUSION: The tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules prepared in this study exhibited ideal sustained-release characteristics in vitro. The formulation is reasonable and feasible. It is suitable for industrial production.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2010;26(8):24-27
Objective To describe nursing occupational protection status of clinical nurses in China. Methods We made a survey of 2142 clinical nurses in grade two and grade three hospitals in Fujian from June to December 2006.With self-developed evaluation questionnaire of appropriate protection level of nursing occupation to collect the general information of the status of nursing occupational protection. Results The score of occupational protection level was(121.31±28.26).The occupational protection level was generally optimistic, nearly grade 3 level, the execution of the grade 1 protection, grade 2 protection and grade 3 protection weakened gradually. Conclusions All pertinent sections should pay attention to occupational protection level of clinical nurses. The government should increase financial input, the hospital need to prepare adequate protective equipment and solve the human resources problems in order to improve the level of occupational protection.

Chinese Journal of Nursing 2010;45(5):418-420
This paper summarizes nursing care of a patient with wound infection following systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) accompanied by herpes zoster. Aimed at the patient's characteristics of long-term disease course of SLE,weak immune system caused by long-term use of glucocorticoid and immunosuppressant, big wound area with severe infection, and hard healing, moist therapy was implemented under the theoretical guidance of moist healing environment. The Purilon Gel and Biatain-Ag Foam dressing were applied in the wound combined with systemic use of antibiotics and treatment of SLE. At the same time, psychological nursing and health education were provided for the patient. These measures speeded up the wound healing.
