1.Evaluation of obesity by body mass index,waist-hip-ratio and percentage body fat in adolescent
Chongqing Medicine 2014;(34):4637-4639,4642
Objective To compare the sensitivity of body mass index (BMI),waist-hip ratio (WHR)and percentage body fat (PBF)in the evaluation of the obese adolescents population, and find a more sensitive evaluation method. Methods In this study,2 045 adolescents were recruited in the city of Chongqing by using multiple-stage random cluster sampling, and they were identified as overweight or obesity on the base of BMI,WHR and PBF.Results There was significant difference among the detection rate of the three methods (P<0.05),the detection rate of PBF was the highest (12.9%),then BMI (7.2%)and WHR (6.0%).consistency test showed that the concordance of three methods was poor and Kappa (BMI and WHR)=0.199,Kappa (BMI and PBF )=0.441,Kappa (WHR and PBF)=0.187;comprehensive evaluation was chosen as the gold standard and compared with three meth-ods respectively by ROC curve, the analysis showed that area under curve (AVC):PBF(0.954)>BMI(0.918)>WHR (0.694). Conclusion The sensitivity of PBF and BMI was higher.Although the WHR sensitivity was lower,WHR is a good predictor asso-ciated for chronic diseases, which suggests that the development of appropriate adolescent WHR standard is necessary.
2.Clinical application of minimally invasive hip replacement
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(52):-
Artificial hip replacement is an effective therapy to eliminate hip pain, correct deformity and restore function. With population aging and improving of people life quality, artificial hip replacement has been widely conducted.Over the past 40 years, artificial hip replacement technique has rapidly developed, and minimally invasive technology presents development direction of future artificial hip replacement.Skilled operation experience and instrument application are two key factors to ensure surgery success. The minimally invasive technology arouses more attention from clinical doctors and patients due to minimal invasion, little blood loss and fast recovery. However, not all patients can undergo minimally invasive hip replacement. This paper summarized related studies on minimally invasive hip replacement in domestic, and discussed the indications, surgical approach, complications and prevention.
3.Soft and hardware design of automatic infrared handwash basin used in sterilization
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(03):-
This paper introduces primarily the design of hardware and software systems in infrared automatic handwash basin including the working process of the electric circuit. At the same time, in order not to act mistakenly suffering from exterior interference, the anti-interference function is added to the software, which is also the design technique of this software.

6.Combined implantation of auto-limbal epithelium and amniotic membrance for treatment of symblepharon
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(9):1478-1479
Objective To observe the auto-limbal epithelium and amniotic membrance transplantation in treatment of Symblepharon. Methods Transplant with auto-limbal epithelium and aminiotie membrance including 23 patients (31eyes) some of them are recurrentcd pterygium, most of them are symblepharons.[ Result ] In the followup period for 3~12 months,Ocular surface reconstruction was successful in 26 of 31 eyes with symb|epharon, but five of them recurrented three months later with lees than pre-transplantation in degree. Conclusion The transplantation with auto-limbal epithelium and membrance transplantation is an effective method for the symblepharon.
7.Expressions and significances of sICAM-1 and sCD44v6 in peritoneal lavage fluid after laparoscopically assisted radical gastrectomy
Journal of International Oncology 2014;41(11):872-874
Objective To explore the expressions and significances of sICAM-1 and sCD44v6 in peritoneal lavage fluid after laparoscopically assisted radical gastrectomy,in order to evaluate the risk of laparoscopically assisted radical gastrectomy for the peritoneal plant transfer. Methods Ninety-two patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control group was treated with open laparotomy and the experimental group was treated with laparoscopic surgery. The concentrations of both sICAM-1 and sCD44v6 were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The positive rates of tumor cells in the two groups were compared. Results The expressions of sICAM-1,sCD44v6 in the two groups before operation had no significant difference (t =0.198,P =0.543 ; t =0.897,P =0.429).After operation,sICAM-1 and sCD44v6 levels increased significantly, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (t =0.766,P =0.312 ; t =1.092,P =0.129).The positive rates of tumor cells in the two groups before and after operation have no significant differences (x2 =0.789,P =0.287 ; x2 =0.912,P =0.198).Conclusion Laparoscopically assisted radical gastrectomy does not increase the expression of sICAM-1 and sCD44v6 in peritoneal lavage fluid and the risk of peritoneal metastasis. It is worthy of clinical poptdarization and application.

9.Perspectives on Legal Guarantee of Licensed Pharmacists in Medical Service
China Pharmacy 2005;0(16):-
OBJECTIVE: To enhance the quality of pharmaceutical care of licensed pharmacists in medical services, and to ensure safe, effective, economical, and rational use of drugs. METHODS: The status quo and the problems existing in the legal guarantee of licensed pharmacists in medical service were analyzed, and the necessity of reinforcing legal guarantee for licensed pharmacists in medical service and the feasible measures were discussed. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: It is urgent to set and enforce "Licensed Pharmacist Law" to safeguard the legal rights of licensed pharmacists in medical service in the mo-de of law, facilitate the implementation of licensed pharmacist system in medical service, consummate management on licensed pharmacists, reinforce licensed pharmacists' consciousness of legal guarantee, and enhance the quality of pharmaceutical care.
10.STUDIES ON SPLENOCYTES NK ACTIVITY TO B CELL HYBRIODMA FROM DIFFERENT ORIGINS IN IMMUNODEFICIENT MICE
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(05):-
10 kinds of normal and immunodifi-cient mice were used and they were found to have different levels ofNK activity. The NK activity toHuman to Human,Human to Mouseand Mouse to Mouse hybridomacells was much lower thanthat to YAC-1 cells in all mice andthere were no significant differencesbetween the two kinds of human Bcell hybridomas in susceptibility toNK cells. The results showed thatNK cells had no obvious effects onxenografts of human B cell hybri-domas.
