1.Effects of aspirin in the prevention of cardiovascular events for patients with hypertension
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(12):1880-1881,1882
Objective To study the effect of aspirin in the prevention of cardiovascular events for patients with hypertension. Methods 105 patients with hypertensive disease were randomly divided into group A,B,C, 35 cases in each group, and group A was dealed with nifedipine tablets treatment, group B were treated with nifedipine tablets and aspirin, group C was given nifedipine tablets and dipyridamole. The antihypertensive effects of the three groups were observed, three years through regular follow -up for all patients, the effects of prevention of cardiovascular events in patients with essential hypertension were observed. Results The occurrence probability of myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage in the group B were 2.85%,2.85%,0.00%,respectively, which were statistically significant less than those in the group A and C group(F =19.4,P <0.05).Conclusion The preventive effect of aspirin is better for cardiovascular events in hypertensive patients, which is worthy to be popu-larized and used in clinical studies, aspirin for this kind of disease is a kind of ideal.
2.ANALYSIS ON INTRACARDIAC ELECTROGRAM SPECTRUM AND ITS APPLICATION IN CARDIAC PACING
Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1981;0(02):-
The spectrums of intracardiac electrograms, QRS complex wave and T wave which were picked up at the position where pacing electrode is to be located in the endocardia were investigated. Simultaneously, a variety of pacemaker sensitivity testing waves and the load capacities of two kinds of pacing electrode were analysised by a spectral analysis method. The results show that the sp(?)ctral distributions of intracardiac electrograms are below 70Hz, the T waves have lower spectral distributions and the QRS complexs have higher ones, indicating that the frequency band of the QRS wave detection circuit should be 8-45 Hz. The advantages and shortcomings of conventional pacemaker sensitivity testing waves and the load capacities of the pacing electrodes are discussed.
3.QI Hong’s Experience in Treating Piriformis Pain Caused by Subluxation of Sacroiliac Joint by Using Pressing Therapy
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;24(1):119-120
This article aims to conclude the pressing therapy of QI Hong, chief physician in Beijing Massage Hospital. It introduced the therapy from the two aspects of “treating pain with pressing” and “treating dislocation with moving”. It also discussed pressing therapy, the correlation of subluxation of sacroiliac joint and piriformis pain, and “micro” and “mobile” of sacroiliac joints.
4.Review Albert Schweitzer after the Wenchuan earthquake
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(03):-
The Wenchuan earthquake which took place on May 12 impelled people to sense the life for its severity and value and urge them to review the perception and behavior of life. The "in awe of bioethics" by Albert Schweitzer reveals that the basic ethical principle is respecting the life and elaborates the theme of holding, improving and esteeming life.In his theory,he advocates the spirit of sharing common weal and woe in the crisis and criticizes the blind egoism with expanded desires and the limited professional idea that leads to the deviant from the concept of respecting life. All of these show considerable theoretical and practical significance on our understanding of the value the concept "in awe of bioethics" should has in the field of culture, human nature and behavior and lead us to the conscious of respecting life.
5.Questionnaire Analysis on TCM Syndrome Classification of Dysmenorrhea
Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1992;0(11):-
Objective To explore the TCM syndrome classification of dysmenorrhea from the point of view of experts' experience. Methods The questionnaire on the TCM syndromes of dysmenorrhea was made based on the literature consultation and questionnaire survey with Delphi method. The data was analyzed with the SPSS software for the mathematical statistics and evaluation of positive degree, concentrative degree, coordination degree, and authority degree. Results The return-ratio of first round questionnaire was 96.67% and that of the second round was 100%.Of the 28 syndromes, the important ones were 12,occupying 42.86% of the investigation indices. The variation coefficient of 7 syndromes was smaller than 0.25.The mean value of expert authority degree was 0.82.Conclusion The commonly seen syndromes are qi stagnation and blood stasis,qi deficiency and blood stasis, liver qi stagnation, blood stasis,qi and blood deficiency, liver and kidney deficiency.
6.An Analysis on the Attribute of the Value of Early Diagnosis
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(02):-
The early diagnosis is one of the most important problems of medicinal practice.Following we will discuss the exhibition forms of early diagnosis that is the positive value of early diagnosis, the zero value of early diagnosis and the negative value of early diagnosis.Whether to make for improving the life quality of the sufferers is the standard to differentiate them. It is very important to evaluate the attribute value of early diagnosis,to avoid presenting the zero value and the negative value of early diagnosis.
7.Effect of doctors' satisfaction degree evaluation on improvement of nursing in operation room
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2012;28(21):11-12
[Objective] To explore the effect and experience of doctors' satisfaction degree evaluation on improvement of nursing in operation room.[Methods] The satisfaction degree evaluation table for doctors was made by literature review and consulting the doctors for advices. The satisfaction degree of doctors and nursing level of 23 nurses were evaluated before and after the adoption of satisfaction degree evaluation table for doctors.[Results] After the adoption of satisfaction degree evaluation table for doctors, both satisfactiou degree of doctors and nursing level of nurses increased.[Conclusions] The application of satisfaction degree evaluation table for doctors contributes to increase the nursing level of nurses, which is worthy of wide application.
9.Therapeutic effect of glucomanan on experimental diabetic mice
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(01):-
AIM To observe the therapeutic effect of glucomanan on diabetic mice. METHODS The diabetic mice induced by alloxan model was established. The mices were randomly divided into the control and treated group to test level of blood glucose respectively. RESULTS At doses of 100,200 mg?kg -1 ig 1 and 4 h ahead of time,Glucomanan markedly reduced blood glucose level; At doses of 100, 200 mg?kg -1 ig,it markedly reduced blood glucose level of diabetic mice induced by alloxan;Useing glucomanan 100 mg?kg -1 ig bid?3 d constantly reduced amount of water-drinking. CONCLUSION Glucomanan may have significant effect on diabetic mice induced by alloxan.
