1.On the Principles of Chinese—English Translation Applied to the Abstracts of Medical Papers
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(04):-
The failure of existing principles of translation applied to Chinese - English translation of medical paper abstracts has directly affected the exchange and popularity of the author's academic achievements by impressing readers with numerous mistakes and low quality. This thesis, by analyses of more examples of medical paper abstracts, again puts forward the three principles of translation, namely-faithfulness, conciseness and consistency, and further emphasizes the variation of translation principles resulted from stylistic features of medical English.
2.Comparison of Efficacy Between Acupuncture and Drug Treatment of Chronic Gastritis
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2005;3(2):12-13
To observe the curative effect of acupuncture treatment for chronic gastritis, 50patients with chronic gastritis were treated by acupuncture and another 50 patients as control treated by drugs; the curative effects of total and every therapeutic course were respectively compared between two groups. The total effective rate was 98.0% in acupuncture group and 88.0% in control group, suggesting a significant difference (P<0.01) between two groups, the comparison among 3 courses showed that there was a significant difference, P<0.01, for first, second course and P<0.05 for third course between two groups.

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2009;29(7):798-801
Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) is a serious infectious disease caused by human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). Increasing cases of HIV infection have been detected in adolescents. Intravenous drug abuse and sexual behavior, which are affected by various individual and environmental factors, are the major ways of HIV infection. The current situation and influential factors of HIV infection in adolescents are introduced in this paper.
5.Progress and hot topics in clinical management of desmoid tumor
China Oncology 2010;20(3):227-231
Desmoid tumor also known as aggressive fibromatosis, are rare fibroblastic tumors which are derived from deep fascia planes or muscuofascia structures.Resectable extra-abdominal and abdominal desmoid tumor should always be treated with the aim of achieving a negative margin through wide radical resection with margins above 2 cm.Ifthis is not feasible,function-sparing surgical resection is suggested.Adjuvant radiation should be considered for patients with positive margins, recirrent tumors or unresectable diseases.Intra-abdominal desmoid tumor is common in patients with familial adenomatous polyposis. It has a high recurring rate after surgical resection and therefore a high dosage of tamoxifen and sulindac are recommended as first-line treatment.Due to the variable nature of the outcome and vague reaction to drug therapy, individualized treatments, including the wait and see policy, has been widely investigated and thought to be a promising strategy for the future.
6.Patients participation in promoting health care workers to improve hand hygiene compliance
Chinese Journal of Infection Control 2017;16(5):449-452
Objective To carry out patients' participation in promoting health care workers(HCWs) to improve hand hygiene (HH) compliance in the outpatient transfusion room, obtain real data of HH, and further provide basis for performing the activity in the whole hospital. Methods HH compliance of nurses in outpatient transfusion room during four stages was observed by using the healthcare-associated infection control toolkit mobile phone APP.Intervention was not implemented at the first stage, HH promotion was implemented at the second stage, simulation of patients participated in promoting HCWs to improve HH compliance was performed at the third stage, and patients actually participated in promoting HCWs to improve HH compliance at the fourth stage.A questionnaire about patients' willingness to participate in the promotion of HCWs to improve HH compliance was developed and filled out by patients and nurses. Results HH compliance rates of nurses in transfusion room at four stages were 21.43%, 44.27%, 61.48%, and 82.88% respectively, differences was significant(χ2=110.35,P<0.01);HH correct rates at four stages were 44.44%, 74.14%, 81.33%, and 81.82% respectively, differences was significant(χ2=18.50,P<0.01).Conclusion Patients participating in promotion of HH can significantly improve HH compliance of HCWs, which is simple and effective, and worth to be popularized.
7.Causes of Complaint Events in Outpatient Dispensary and Countermeasures
China Pharmacy 2001;0(10):-
OBJECTIVE:To reduce and prevent the incidence of complaint events in outpatient dispensary.METHODS:The causes of patients' complaints were analyzed and the countermeasures were put forward.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:The complaint events mainly induced by the absence of rules and regulations for pharmacists, lack of related information and professional knowledge, unsoundness of internal management, patients' enhancement in self-protection consciousness as well medical knowledge. The countermeasures available include the following:strictly following rules and regulations and operating instruction, reinforcing legal consciousness and self-protection consciousness, shifting one's ideas and concepts,strengthen-ing service consciousness etc.

Journal of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2001;0(03):-
To investigate the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Capsule (YHC) in treating early ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction.Ninety cases of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) were randomized to two groups: YHC group (A) and placebo group (B). Groups A and B were treated with YHC and placebo respectively on the basis of thrombolytic treatment and/or routine western treatment. Interventricular septum (IVS) thickness, left ventricular posterior wall (LVPW) thickness, left ventricular dimension in end-diastole (LVDd), scoring of local ventricular wall function and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) were observed 1 and 8 weeks after treatment. Eight weeks after treatment, IVS thickness, LVPW thickness and LVDd were increased and scoring of local ventricular wall function was also increased in group B as compared with those one week after treatment;no obvious changes were found in group A and the difference was significant between the two groups (P
9.Remodeling of intrarenal small arteries
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 1999;0(04):-
Vascular remodeling is not only the pathologic cause of circulation dysfunction and vascular disease such as hypertension and diabetes, but also can accelerate the process of dysfunction and failure of target organs. To reverse vascular remodeling has been one of the clinical aims.Kidney is one of the critical common target organs of many kinds of diseases such as diabetes and hypertension. The main part of the intrarenal resistance comes from the intrarenal small arteries, and the remodeling of intrarenal small arteries can reduce the blood supply of kidney and lead to excessive activation of neuroendocrine system as well their vicious cycle, resulting a terrible prognosis together with kidney and other target organs failure. This paper reviews the advance of vascular remodeling especially in the intrarenal small arteries.
10.Progress in reguIation of phosphoIipase D mediated by Wnt/β-catenin and NF-κB signaIing pathways and its reIationships with tumorigenesis
Chinese Journal of Pharmacology and Toxicology 2014;(5):779-783
Over the last few years, elevated phospholipase D(PLD)expression and activity found to be mediated by Wnt/ β-catenin and NF-κB signaling axis sharing the same downstream genes have been involved in tumorigenesis, controlling cancer cell invasion and metastasis. New studies have revealed that Wnt signaling/ NF-κB signaling can induce PLD upregulation and increased enzymatic activ-ity. PLD/ PLD-generated phosphatidic acid( PA),as a critical regulator, might positively modulate β-catenin-dependent T-cell factor and NF-κB transcriptional activity via a targeted motif and a positive feed-back loop to reinforce pathway output including cyclin D1 ,c-myc,survivin,vascular endothelial growth factor and cyclooxygenase-2,while PLD/ PA inhibitors can reverse all the effect mentioned above and achieve significantly better anticancer effects. The PLD/ PA signaling pathway can be a novel therapeutic target for the treatment of cancer.
