1.Histological structure of soft tissues surrounding K92 stainless steel plates and screws fixed to the femur of experimental dog
Journal of Practical Medicine 2002;435(11):5-9
15 experimental dogs with stainless steel plates and screws fixed in the femur were enrolled into a controlled study to assess histological outcome manifested surrounding the sites of intervention. Plates and screw were firmly attached to the bone. No abnormal reaction was observed macroscopically and microscopically. No inflammatory cells were found after a 45, 90, 135, and 180 days follow-up. The structure and the thickness of the connective membrane in contact with the fixed material had a tendency to become more and more stable. From the day 90, no differences were noted between the group of experimental animals and the control subjects using Chinese SMIC material.

2.To manage cerebro cranial trauma in case of lacking of modern diagnostic equipment
Journal of Practical Medicine 2004;494(11):66-68
329 subjects (234 males, 94 females) with cerebro cranial trauma were treated at Dien Bien Phu Hospital in Lai Chau province from January 1st 1994 to December 31st 1998. Results: 8/329 cases were refered to other hospital because of various other causes. 283 cases (88.16%) among them underwent internal management. 38 cases (11.84%) surgeried. Mean duration of treatment was 7.4 days. Mean post operative care 12.2 days. 293/312 cases were recovered generally (91%). Post operative recoverd cases accounted for 25/38 cases (65%) among them 22 cases were completely recovered (88%). No negligible trauma was detected at autopsy. In the conditions of basic level health facilities, X ray craniography was necessary, needing an early management.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2004;0(02):-
Objective:To explore the result of application of the clinical nursing pathway on percutaneous coronary interventional patient. Methods:One hundred patients were divided into two groups randomly, each group has 50 cases. We used the clinical nursing pathway based on holistic nursing case in experimental group, and the control group used the holistic nursing care. Results:After use the method of the clinical nursing pathway in the hospital, the medical cost and the rates of the nursing errors were less than that in the comparing group while the patients were more satisfied. Conclusion:As a scientific mode, the clinical nursing pathway could improve the working efficiency, guarantee the nursing quality.
6. Determination of anthraquinones in Dabaidu capsules by quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker
Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 2013;48(23):2039-2044
OBJECTIVE: To establish a auantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker(QAMS) method for determining the content of anthraquinones in Dabaidu capsules(traditional Chinese medicines). METHODS: The relative correction factors (RCFs) of emodin to rhein, chrysophanol, and physcion were determined on a C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5μm) with methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid (85:15) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1. The column temperature was set at 25°C. The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm. The relative retention time (RRT) was used to define the target peak. RESULTS: The calibration curves for rhein, emodin, chrysophanol, and physcion showed good linearity in the ranges of 5.724 × 10-2-0.5724 μg, 4.584 × 10-2 -0.4584 μg, 6.368 × 10-2-0.6368 μg and 6.548 × 10-2 - 0.6548 μg, r(0.9997-0.9999), respectively. The recoveries were (97.8 ± 1.4)%, (100.7 ± 1.0)%, (98.6 ± 0.6)% and (97.0 ± 1.4)%, respectively. The RCFs were 1.19, 1.40 and 1.06. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable. It can be applied to control the quality of anthraquinones in Dabaidu capsules.
7. The application of CT-DCG and 3D reconstruction in Patients with Asymptomatic Lacrimal flow and nasal structural abnomalities
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2011;32(6):650-654
Objective To explore the value of computed tomographic DacryocystographyCT-DCGand computed tomographic three-dimensional3Dreconstruction with lacrimal passages in asymptomatic lacrimal flow patients with nasal structural abnomalities. Method: In 2006-2010, 18 nasal structural abnomalities cases with asymptomatic lacrimal flow and nasal obstruction were enrolled, the lacrimal flow caused by ocular region was obviated. Of all the 18 hypertrophic inferior turbinate cases, there were 12 cases accompanied with nasal septum deviation. The radiofrequency ablation of inferior turbinate and nasal septum deviation surgery under nasaI endoscope were takenThe CT-DCG and 3D reconstruction examines were observed preoperative and postoperative. All the patients were followed-up for 12 months. Result: 18 nasal structural abnomalities were corrected. The nasal obstruction were recoveried and improved in 1477.8%and 422.2% cases respectively. The symptom of epiphora had disappeared and improved in 1372.2% and 5 cases27.8%. Partial obstruction of the internal ostium was found preoperative and resolved postoperative with CT-DCG and 3D reconstruction. Conclusion: CT-DCG and 3D reconstruction can evaluate the asymptomatic alterationsof the normal lacrimal outflow in cases with nasal structural abnomalities, suggesting that they have great value in clinical applications.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(15):-
Objective To explore the possible association between human leukocyte antigen(HLA) allele polymorphism and susceptibility to chlidren's acute lymphocytic leukemia(ALL).Method HLA alleles polymorphism in 38 cases with ALL and 35 healthy controls were determined by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) with sequence specific olignuleotide probe(PCR/SSO).Results The allele frequency of HLA-A01 significantly increased than control group(?2=4.947 P=0.026,RR=10.20),the frequence of A02 significantly decreased(?2=4.187 P=0.041,RR=3.13),the frequcnce of A33 significunt decreased than control group(?2=4.403 P=0.036,RR=0.21).Conclusion These results show that susceptibility to chlidren's ALL is positively related to HLA-A01,A33,especially A01 allele, while HLA-A33 to its genetic resistance.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2008;14(12):1168-1169
Objective To observe the effect of stellate ganglion block on patients with cerebral infarction.Methods36 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the control group and research group. Both two groups were treated with traditional treatment. The research group was added with stellate ganglion block.ResultsAfter 20 days treatment, the Neuro-function Deficit(NFD) scores of both two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01);but the NFD scores of the research group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).The scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA) and Barthel Index(BI) of both two groups were significantly higher after treatment(P<0.01);but the scores of FMA and BI of the research group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).ConclusionStellate ganglion block can improve the nerve function of patients with cerebral infarction.
