1.Utilization of Anti-osteoporosis Drugs in 177 Hospitals of 6 Cities along the Yangtze Valley During 2004~2008
China Pharmacy 2007;0(29):-
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the status quo and the tendency of the utilization of the anti-osteoporosis drugs in hospitals along the Yangtze valley. METHODS: The utilization of the anti-osteoporosis drugs in 177 hospitals of 6 cities along the Yangtze valley during 2004~2008 was analyzed statistically in respect of the orders of consumption sum and defined daily dose (DDD). RESULTS: The total amount of the drugs used for osteoporosis in the hospitals of the Yangtze valley showed year-on-year increase, and its proportion in the total remained at around 1.16% on the consumption sum list. The consumption sum of Diphosphonates showed sharp increase, many of its subcategories had forced into the top 10 places on the list of consumption sum and their rankings were moving forward steadily. Alfacalcidol and Calcitonin dominated the first two places over the 5 years. The top 10 manufacturers in terms of the sales sum of the drugs for osteoporosis were mainly foreign investment manufacturers and joint ventures. CONCLUSION: With the aging of the population and the strengthening of public awareness on health, the drugs used for osteoporosis enjoy a potential market, especially to domestic products and domestic manufacturers.
3.An information system evaluation tool built with customer satisfaction model theory
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2010;26(5):361-364
This research applied the theory of customer satisfaction model in the evaluation of the clinical information system. By means of qualitative and quantitative methods, it made validity and reliability measurement on the measurement tools in use. In addition, it extracted the structure validity of the factor regulating scale via a factor analysis, and developed the scale for clinical information system measurement These efforts provided the hospitals with the useful measurement tool to improve their information system, promoting positive and practical hospital informationziation.

9.Study on Optimization of Nano-silver Prepared by Method of Liquid Reduction
Journal of Environment and Health 1989;0(06):-
Objective The various influencing factors in the process of nano-silver preparation were studied in order to prepare nano-silver that has uniformity particle size distribution and good crystallinity. Methods Through the method of liquid reduction at room temperature, the nano-silver powders were prepared directly using silver nitrate as raw material, water as the reactive medium, polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) as protecting agent and ammonium formate as reducing agent. By means of EDS and TEM(transmission electron microscopy),the prepared silver particles were characterized. The various influencing factors in the process of preparation were also discussed. Results With the increasing concentration of AgNO3,the particle diameter of nano-silver changed obviously. When the concentration of silver nitrate was 0.25-0.30 mol/L,the size of product is the smallest. With the increasing concentration of reductant, the diameter of nano-silver decreased gradually. While at the concentration of 0.70 mol/L HCOOH,the average diameter of nano-silver is not more than 10 nm. Smaller and more well-distributed silver powder could be prepared at ratio of concentration of PVP to AgNO3 with the value of 1.5-1.0,at which PVP presented effective protection. Conclusions This method can prepare particle of nano-silver which revealed well dispersed and uniform size. The process is stable and reliable, easy to operate, high yields and suitable for industrial production.
10.EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF REMIFENTANIL ON THE EXPRESSION OF ADHENSIVE FACTORS IN LUNG INJURY IN RATS
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(06):-
To determine the effects of Remifentanil on the expression of adhesive factors during acute lung injury, we used immunohistochemistry and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) technics to measure the expression levels of ICAM 1, and P Selectin in the lung in a rat model of hemorrhagic shock. We duplicated modified Wigger hemorrhagic shock model in healthy SD rats. The rats were divided into three groups: control group, resuscitation group, resuscitation and drug using group. The positive ratios of ICAM 1 and P Selectin in the lungs at different time points, namely preshock, shock, resuscitation 2 hours, and resuscitation 4 hours were determined. There were 6 rats in each group and each time point. The degree of pulmonary injury in the drug using group was less than that in other two groups. Resuscitation with lactated Ringer's solution led to most serious injury in the resuscitation group. In drug using group, the expression of ICAM 1 and P Selectin was far less than that in the other two groups ( P
