3.Advances of ultrasound elastography to assess liver fibrosis
Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2012;18(2):158-160
Accurate assessment of liver fibrosis plays an important role in its treatment options, monitoring and clinical prognosis.Ultrasound elastography indirectly assesses liver fibrosis by non-invasively detecting the stiffness of liver parenchyma, with the advantages of high accuracy and easy operation, ultrasound elastography is gradually challenging the gold standard fine needle aspiration biopsy to assess liver fibrosis. This paper reviews the clinical value of ultrasound elastography in evaluating liver fibrosis.
4.A Clinical Study on the Relationship of C-reactive Protiein with Diabetic Cardiomyopathy
Chinese Journal of Prevention and Control of Chronic Diseases 2006;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the relationship of serum levels of C-reactve protein (CRP) with diabetic cardiomyopathy (DCM). Method Thirty-six patients with DCM were recruited as DCM group and thirty healthy people as the control. Serum levels of CRP in all subjects were determined by immunoturbidimetry. Results Compared with control group, the serum levels of CRP in patients with DCM were singnificantly increased by about 3.7 folds[(6.95?1.37)mg/dL vs.(1.89?0.38) mg/dL, P

6.Etiology and anti-infection treatment of severe infectious pneumonia in neonate
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2017;24(5):340-345
The morbidity and mortality rate of neonatal infectious pneumonia take the first place in neonatal infectious diseases.Neonatal infectious pneumonia is also one of the main causes of neonatal death.Severe pneumonia could cause multiple organ inflammatory reaction and dysfunction. The etiology of neonatal severe infectious pneumonia is mainly exposure to pathogen and neonatal hypoimmunity. The passways inducing infection include prenatal, intrapartum and postpartum infection.Bacteria is the first pathogen in neonatal severe pneumonia and Gram-negative bacteria is the main pathogenic bacteria. The main bacteria of hospital acquired infection are enzyme production and multiple drug-resistant bacteria.Key treatment is reasonable anti-infection treatment.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2001;9(1):33-35
Objective: To investigate impaired cognitive functions in post-JE pa tients. Methods:32 post-JE patients and 44 non-disabled su bjects were compared on various intelligence and memory measures. Results:25% and 34% post-JE patie nts showed significant cognitive impairments in intellectual and memory function s. Significant differences were found between groups on measures of FIQ,VIQ, PI Q and MQ. Conclusion: Impairment in cognitive functions wa s found to be a frequent sequelae of acute JE, which has often been overlooked.
