1.Clinical Observation of Anxiety after Earthquake by Acupuncture and Hydro-acupuncture
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2010;08(4):242-245
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and hydro-acupuncture in treating anxiety. Methods: Compare between the therapeutic effect of 186 cases of Three Huang Points of DONG's extra points in treating anxiety and that of 139 cases by purely Western medicine buspirone. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.4%, and the rate of the control group was 93.5%. There was statistical difference of Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) scores before and after treatment in both groups (P<0.001), while there was no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture treatment compared favorably to anti-anxiety drug buspirone. Oral administration of buspirone had different degrees of side effects, such as dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, difficulty urinating and acidophilus, while there was basically no side effects of acupuncture and the effect of acupuncture was better than buspirone. This was especially suitable for patients who could not take medications for various reasons.
2.Analysis of Hearing screening in 6 150 infants
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(5):797-798
Objective To investigate the results of hearing screening in newborns and infants so as to explore the appropriate clinical strategy of hearing screening among newborns and infants. Methods Transiently evoked otoacoustic emission(TEOAE) was used to examine the hearing of newborns and infants. Those who fail the initial screening underwent secondary screening with TEOAE. Acoustic brain-stem response(ABR) was used to monitor the hearing of those who failed the secondary screening. Results A total of 6 150 infants were taken hearing screening but only 5 597(91%) passed the first screen,A total of 103 newborns were hearing screening but only 93(90. 29%)for the first screen. Conclusion Hearing screening in the procedure with TEOAE helps identify infants with hearing loss as early as possible so as to conduct appropriate intervention and pormote development of speech and language.
4.Change of retrobulbar artery hemodynamics and bulbar conjunctival microcirculation indexes of patients with optic atrophy
International Eye Science 2015;(7):1217-1219
AlM:To study and observe the change of retrobulbar artery hemodynamics and bulbar conjunctival microcirculation indexes of patients with optic atrophy.METHODS: Seventy patients with optic atrophy in our hospital from April 2013 to October 2014 were selected as observation group, 70 healthy persons with the same age at the same time were the control group. Retrobulbar artery hemodynamics and bulbar conjunctival microcirculation indexes of two groups were compared, those detection indexes of observation group with different types and severity degree were compared too.RESULTS: The retrobulbar artery hemodynamics and bulbar conjunctival microcirculation indexes of observation group were all worse than those of control group, and the detection results of observation group with severe optic atrophy were worse than those of patients with mild and moderate optic atrophy, and the detection results of patients with moderate optic atrophy were all worse than those of patients with mild optic atrophy ( all P < 0. 05 ), there were all significant differences, while the detection results of patients with different types of optic atrophy had no significant differences (all P>0. 05). CONCLUSlON: The change of retrobulbar artery hemodynamics and bulbar conjunctival microcirculation indexes of patients with optic atrophy are great, and the influence of the disease severity degree for the detection results are great.
5.Promote Actively the Development of Medical Law by Overlapping Medicine with Law and Emphasizing Characteristic
Journal of Kunming Medical University 2007;0(S2):-
With the development of medicine and health, the experts who have a good command of medicine and law are in great social need,so the major of medical law was introduced. This article, based on the experience and construction of medical law major in Kunming Medical College, put forward that the major of medical law must establish the cultivation goals curriculum system and projects of internship. It emphasizes the approaches to improving the students' knowledge of Arts and comprehensive abilities.

Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 2013;48(10):777-781
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of Whole Plant to the whole plant of Veronicastrum axillare(Sieb. et Zucc.)Yamazaki. METHODS: The compounds were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques, and their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULTS: Twenty-three compounds were identified as 5-hydroxy-7, 4'-dimethoxyflavone(1), acacetin(2), 5, 7, 4'-trihydroxy-8-methoxyflavone(3), 5, 7, 3'-trihydroxy-4'-methoxyflavone(4), luteolin(5), oleic acid(6), syringaresinol(7), glyceryl ferulate(8), cinnamic acid(9), p-hydroxycinnamic acid(10), caffic acid(11), ferulic acid(12), 3, 4-dimethoxycinnamic acid(13), p-hydroxybenzoic acid(14), protocatechuic acid(15), vanillic acid(16), isovanillic acid(17), protocatechuic aldehyde(18), hydroquinone(19), 1, 2, 4-benzenetriol(20), D-mannitol(21), sucrose(22), and β-sitosterol(23). CONCLUSION: All the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time except for compounds 2, 5, 19, 21 and 23, and from the genus Veronicastrum for the first time except for compounds 2, 5, 6, 12, 13, 19, 21 and 23. The 13C-NMR data of compound 8 is reported for the first time.

The Journal of Practical Medicine 2015;31(16):2759-2762
Objective To improve the phacoemulsification (PHACO) technical level and management level for hospitals and to support the health decisions of health administration departments , we establish an index system of PHACO quality control of Guangdong province. Methods We determined the critical value , screened indicators and calculated the weight value with a method of literature analysis , Dephi method , percentile method, correlation coefficient and so on. At last, we tested the content validity through literature research and expert opinions and tested construct validity of the indicator system using factor analysis. Results An index system of PHACO assessment of 5 first grade indicators , 11 second grade indicators and 20 third grade indicators was established. Reliability analysis showed that three rounds of positive coefficient were 80.00%, 90.00% and 92.59%. Experts' authority coefficient was ranged from 0.710 to 0.921. Coefficient of concordance were 0.400 , 0.395 and 0.278 (P < 0.01). The standardized Cronbach α was 0.837 and the construct validity was good. The corresponding rate between simulation results and expert assessment was 94.55%. Conclusions It is reasonable and practical to use Delphi method to construct the index system of PHACO assessment. Reliability and validity of the index system and empirical application indicate the feasibility of its practical application.
