China Pharmacy 2016;27(22):3025-3027
OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the implementation of quality risk management in GSP of TCM trading enter-prises. METHODS:The necessity of quality risk management in TCM trading enterprises was introduced;by using the method of quality risk management, based on hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP) tool, according to the actual situation of TCM trading enterprises, four key links including the critical control points during purchasing, receiving and acceptance, storage and maintenance, exwarehouse and transportation were identified and controlled. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:It is recommend-ed that TCM trading enterprises take corrective measures aiming at the above four key links of risk control points like whether the procurement link was lawful and legal;how to control TCM acceptance quality;whether TCM maintenance method was valid;whether transportation and distribution affected the quality of goods. For this purpose, procurement link should be based on the es-tablishment of legal purchase channels;the experience of TCM appearance and property acceptance should be gathered in receiving and acceptance link to guarantee the quality of warehoused drugs based on the requirements of the newly revised GSP;storage and maintenance link should take an effective control of temperature and humidity, and carry out the scientific maintenance;exware-house and transportation link should highlight the“green logistics”,accomplishing quality and non-pollution.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(11):-
Objective:To explore the relations between freshmen's self-identity status, personality characteristics and mental health status.Methods:188 new students were asked to complete the questionnaires of mental health scale and personality scale from the China college students mental health evaluation system, and eollnge students self- identity status scale.Results:①the most status of identity is achievement(43.1%),then the identity diffusion (30.9%);②male students in compare with female, were more likely in achievement status(60.7?13.8/53.9?11.4,P0.406);③the achieve- ment status had obvious negative correlation with depression,dependency(r=-0.17~-0.24),the diffusion status had obvious positive correlation with depression,social-withdrawal,and impulsion(r=0.15~0.34);④active,ac- commodating,tough-minded personality characteristics had obviously negative correlation with mental symptoms(r= -0.16~-0.56).Conclusions:encourage college students to form the achievement ego-identity status,to be ac- tive, accommodating and tough-minded,will be helpful for their psychological health.
4.Clinical Observation of Anxiety after Earthquake by Acupuncture and Hydro-acupuncture
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2010;08(4):242-245
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and hydro-acupuncture in treating anxiety. Methods: Compare between the therapeutic effect of 186 cases of Three Huang Points of DONG's extra points in treating anxiety and that of 139 cases by purely Western medicine buspirone. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.4%, and the rate of the control group was 93.5%. There was statistical difference of Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) scores before and after treatment in both groups (P<0.001), while there was no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture treatment compared favorably to anti-anxiety drug buspirone. Oral administration of buspirone had different degrees of side effects, such as dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, difficulty urinating and acidophilus, while there was basically no side effects of acupuncture and the effect of acupuncture was better than buspirone. This was especially suitable for patients who could not take medications for various reasons.
5.ifferentiation inducing effect of Bifidobacterial surface molecules on human colonic cancer cells
Chinese Journal of Microbiology and Immunology 2001;21(2):186-190
Objective To investigate the direct antitumor effect of several surface molecules of Bifidobacterium bifidum 1101 such as whole peptidoglycan (WPG), lipoteichoic acid (LTA), and polysaccharides (PS) on human colonic adenocarcinoma cell line LoVo. Methods MTT assay and flow cytometry (FCM) were used to evaluate the effect of Bifidobacterial surface molecules on the growth of LoVo cells. Morphological study, fluorescent polarimetry and differentiation-specific enzyme analysis were used to determine whether LTA treatment could induce the differentiation of the cells. Results LTA but not WPG or PS significantly inhibited the proliferation of LoVo cells in a dose and time dependent manner. Cell cycle analysis by FCM revealed that LTA induced changes in cycle distribution resulting in G0/G1 phase commitment. Morphological alterations observed by light and electron microscopy indicated maturity of cytoplasm and nucleus following treatment by 50μg/ml of LTA. Membrane fluidity was also altered, and intestinal alkaline phosphatase specific for the differentiation of LoVo cells roused dramatically during culture in LTA. It was further found that LTA elevated [Ca2+]i which resulted from Ca2+ influx instead of the release of stored calcium. Conclusion These observations indicated that LTA was able to inhibit the growth of LoVo cells and induce the differentiation of the cells. Calcium influx may play an important role in this process.
6.Effects of aspirin in the prevention of cardiovascular events for patients with hypertension
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(12):1880-1881,1882
Objective To study the effect of aspirin in the prevention of cardiovascular events for patients with hypertension. Methods 105 patients with hypertensive disease were randomly divided into group A,B,C, 35 cases in each group, and group A was dealed with nifedipine tablets treatment, group B were treated with nifedipine tablets and aspirin, group C was given nifedipine tablets and dipyridamole. The antihypertensive effects of the three groups were observed, three years through regular follow -up for all patients, the effects of prevention of cardiovascular events in patients with essential hypertension were observed. Results The occurrence probability of myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage in the group B were 2.85%,2.85%,0.00%,respectively, which were statistically significant less than those in the group A and C group(F =19.4,P <0.05).Conclusion The preventive effect of aspirin is better for cardiovascular events in hypertensive patients, which is worthy to be popu-larized and used in clinical studies, aspirin for this kind of disease is a kind of ideal.
7.Factors Affecting Nurse's Health Promoting Behavior: Focusing on Self-efficacy and Emotional Labor.
Korean Journal of Occupational Health Nursing 2014;23(3):154-162
PURPOSE: This study examined self-efficacy, emotional labor, and health promoting behaviors. It also investigated factors affecting health promoting behaviors of nurses working for tertiary and general hospital. METHODS: Between June and July 2013, a convenience sample of 233 subjects was collected from 2 tertiary hospitals and 4 general hospitals. The data analysis was done with ANOVA, t-test and stepwise multiple regression. RESULTS: Emotional labor of the subjects was slightly lower than that of other nurses and the average level of health promoting behaviors was lower than the median. Health promoting behaviors were differentiated by education, hospital type, and monthly income. Self-efficacy showed positive correlation with HPLP-II, but emotional labor showed negative correlation with self-efficacy and HPLP-II. The most significant factor affecting health promoting behaviors was self regulation(16.3%). The combination of self regulation, attentiveness to required display rules, BSN, preference to task difficulty, and monthly income(> or =300) accounted for 25.4% of health promoting behavior. Attentiveness to required display rules was a negative factor of HPLP-II. CONCLUSION: When developing health promotion programs for nurses, self-efficacy should be considered and further research is needed to identify mediating variables between emotional labor and health promoting behaviors.
