1.Study on the preparation and in vitro release characteristics of super paramagnetic isoniazid sulfate-loaded PELA microsphere
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(07):-
Objective:To prepare super paramagnetic SPI-loaded PELA microsphere, study its release characteristics in vitro with the effect of oscillating magnetic fields. Methods:The nanospheres of super paramagnetic were prepared by chemical coprecipitation and then the super paramagnetic SPI-loaded PELA microspheres were prepared by double-emulsion/solvent evaporation method. Some factors affecting preparation technic, such as concentration of PVA,PELA concentration, speed of viscolizer and so on were studied. In addition, the drug release of super paramagnetic SPI-loaded PELA microsphere with the effect of oscillating magnetic fields was studied. Results: Factors for the optimal preparation technic included:speed of viscolizer of 13 000 r/min,inter water phase/oil phase of 1/20,volume ratio of water and magnetic fluid in inter water phase of 1/2,PELA concentration of 40 mg/ml,ultrasonic efficiency of 600 W,concentration of PVA of 1.5%.Oscillating magnetic field could improve the speed of drug release. Conclusion:Super paramagnetic SPI-loaded PELA microsphere were successfully prepared according to double-emulsion/solvent evaporation method.SPI-PELA-MS had the characteristics of sustained-release.The oscillating magnetic fields could promote drug release of SPI-PELA-MS.
2.Analysis on Processing Methods of Dioscorea opposita Thunb. from the Aspect of Formula
World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(8):1866-1868
This study was aimed to analyze the influence of Dioscorea opposita Thunb. by processing methods from the aspect of formula. The search was made on formulae containing Dioscorea opposita Thunb. from the classic book For-mula Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Processing methods were analyzed and shown with charts by EXCEL. The results showed that the most frequently used processing methods for Dioscorea opposita Thunb. were stir-heating, dry and crude in the clinical practice. Among them, the stir-heating Dioscorea opposita Thunb. was good at reinforcing the spleen and the kidneys. The crude produce was good at tonifying the lungs. And the dry product was good at rein-forcing the kidneys. It was concluded that the processing methods had obvious influence on the clinical function of Dioscorea opposita Thunb., which can be used as reference of more value for the clinics and health cultivation.
3.Analysis on Compatible Mechanism of Shanyao, Fuling and Baishu in TCM Cosmetology
World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(1):207-209
This study was aimed to explore the compatible mechanism of Shanyao, Fuling and Baishu in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) cosmetology. Based on compatible principles, combination characteristics and modern relat-ed researches, the authors made an in-depth analysis on the modern scientific meaning and clinical application of Shanyao, Fuling and Baishu. The results showed that the compatibility of Shanyao, Fuling and Baishu was mainly used as a compatible group in TCM cosmetology. It was concluded that the compatible mechanism of Shanyao, Fuling and Baishu was flexible, which can be widely used in the clinical practice.
4.Research progress in the anti-cancer effect of metformin
Tianjin Medical Journal 2017;45(7):767-771
The incidence of malignancy tumors has increased significantly recent years in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).As the first-line oral medicine of T2DM,in addition to the safe and effective hypoglycemic effect, metformin can reduce the incidence and mortality of cancer, and improve the prognosis in T2DM patients. While the exactly anti-tumor mechanisms of mefformin is not yet clear, which might be the inhibition of proliferation and promotion of apoptosis of tumor cells mainly by acting on an adenosine monophosphate activated protein kinase (AMPK) and microRNAs (miRNAs).And metformin can inhibit migration and invasion of tumor cells,as well as strengthen the effects of chemotherapy drugs. This article reviews the recent research progress of clinical and epidemiological studies and anticancer mechanisms of metformin.
5.The cognitive-behavioral group therapy design on the college students of learing burnout
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(04):-
Nowadays a large number of domestic researches have shown the degree of learning burnout, the causes, manifestations and the distribution, but there are only one or two cases focusing on empirical research of Group Counseling. In Eriksson's view, the university period is a critical stage to obtain a sense of intimacy and avoid isolation, and the group counseling have great significance in helping students improve the character and get a sense of intimacy. Therefore, based on the literature and interviews, the author use in this study the cognitive-behavioral group therapy to help the students form a new cognitive concepts, behavior and attitude, and improve their self-efficacy.
6.Clinical Characteristics of Headache in Emergency Department: 1735 Cases Report
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2011;17(11):1043-1045
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of patients with headache in the emergency department. Methods The clinical data of 1735 patients in the emergency department suffered from headache were analyzed retrospectively. Results and Conclusion Secondary headache was common in the patients with headache in the emergency department, which was headache attributed to cranial or cervical vascular disorder, infection, or non-vascular intracranial disorder.
7.Analysis and Treatment in Multiple Sclerosis with Pain Symptom
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2010;16(8):733-735
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment in multiple sclerosis with pain symptom.MethodsThe clinical data of 362 patients suffered from multiple sclerosis with pain symptom from January 1999 to December 2009 were analyzed retrospectively.ResultsPain symptom could result from different causes. Acute radicular pain and Lhermitte's sign were common in the acute pain syndromes as dysaesthetic extremity pain and painful spasticity in chronic pain syndromes. Individual therapy of selected cases showed a benefit of decreased pain symptom.ConclusionPain is a common clinical symptom of multiple sclerosis. Individualized therapeutic decisions could relieve symptom and improve outcome.
