3.Correlation between the dosage of premixed insulin analogue treatment and continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion treatment in type 2 diabetes
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2011;27(10):828-829
To observe the patients with type 2 diabetes who were injected premixed insulin analogues after short time continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion( CSII ) treatment. It was found that the patients needed premixed insulin analogue injection 2 times daily when the dosage of CSII was less than 45 U/d,and 3 times daily when the dosage was greater than 45 U/d.The relationship of dosages between premixed insulin analogue treatment ( Y ) and CSII treatment(X) was calculated by following equations:2 times daily premixed insulin analogue treatment:Y =13.093 +0.395X,3 times daily premixed insulin analogue treatment:Y =23.114+0.405X.
4.14-3-3 proteins are associated with GLUT4 in rat adipocytes
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(08):-
Objective To investigate the interaction between glucose transporter 4(GLUT4) and the(14-3-3) proteins in rat adipocytes. Methods Isolated primary adipocytes were obtained from the epididymal fat pads of male Sprague-Dawley rats by collagenase Ⅰ digestion.Total cell extract as well as three fractions, referred to as Fraction T,H and L,were obtained from rat adipocytes using hypotonic lysis and glycerol gradient velocity sedimentation.Immunoadsorption of GLUT4 with Trisacryl beads cross-linked with 1F8,a specific monoclonal antibody to GLUT4,was conducted in total cell extract and the three fractions and followed by elution and Western blot analysis.Co-immunoprecipitation of(14-3-3) proteins and GLUT4 was demonstrated by detecting(14-3-3) in the eluates.Results(14-3-3) proteins were co-immunoprecipitated with GLUT4 either in the total adipocyte extract, or in each of the three fractions mentioned above. The co-precipitated(14-3-3)s were identified as two bands in Western blot analysis, the molecular weights of which were approximately 29kDa and 60kDa respectively, indicating that they might be in the state of homo-or hetero-dimers while interacting with GLUT4.Conclusion There is a physiological interaction between(143-3) proteins and GLUT4 in rat adipocyte.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2012;28(7):544-547
Within the KABP model as a framework, the authors studied these behaviors at the following three levels, namely knowledge and learning, beliefs and attitude, and behavior.Such aspects as the education background and training, drug expertise, drug infonmation sources, personal experience and habits, attitudes, needs of physicians and patients',socio-demographic characteristics were discussed among others to probe into how physicians' personal behavior affects their prescription behavior.Recommendations raised include education and training, provision of correct drug information, greater publicity, better compensation mechanism of public hospitals, strengthened supervision, establishment of the system of prescription audit, etc.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2007;32(8):823-825
Objective Valsartan, the angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 receptor blocker, is recently proved to reduce urinary albumin at the microalbuminuria stage in human diabetic nephropathy without altering glucose metabolism. But the pathway is still uncertain. In present study, we examined the changes of adrenomedullin receptor (ADMR) mRNA and protein expressions in the renal cortex of diabetic rats to investigate the protective effects of valsartan on an experimental model of diabetic renal injury. Method The SD rats were randomly divided into following groups: normal rats, STZ-induced diabetic rats, and diabetic rats treated with valsartan. STZ-induced diabetic rats were treated with valsartan (10mg/kg body weight) or vehicle for 8 weeks. The expressions of ADMR mRNA in renal cortex were analyzed by RT-PCR, as well as ADMR protein expressions were detected through western blot. Results We found (1) Valsartan treatments reduced urinary albumin excretion in 24h, compared with the untreated. But no notable difference was seen in HbA1c and blood sugar of diabetic rats between the two groups. (2) Valsartan treatments increased the expressions of ADMR mRNA and protein in diabetic rats renal cortex. Conclusion These results indicate that valsartan treatment can upgrade the expressions of ADMR in the renal cortex of diabetic rats. It may be one of renal protective pathways of Ang Ⅱ type 1 receptor blocker.
10.Signal transduction mechanisms underlying ultraviolet-induced inflammatory responses in keratinocytes
Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2016;49(2):140-143
Ultraviolet (UV) is a kind of important environmental factor that can cause dermatitis, photoaging and skin cancerization. The UV-induced production of inflammatory factors by epidermal keratinocytes has been deemed an important molecular event in occurrence of the above diseases.Various receptors, intracellular signal transduction-related regulatory molecules and nuclear transcription factors are involved in UV-induced inflammatory responses in keratinocytes, which mainly include epidermal growth factor receptor, aryl hydrocarbon receptor, peroxisome proliferatoractivated receptor, protein kinase C family, protein kinase B,mitogen-activated protein kinase family, nuclear factor-κB and transcription factor activator protein-l,etc,and constitute a complex inflammatory signal transduction network.
