Nowadays a large number of domestic researches have shown the degree of learning burnout,the causes,manifestations and the distribution,but there are only one or two cases focusing on empirical research of Group Counseling.In Eriksson's view,the university period is a critical stage to obtain a sense of intimacy and avoid isolation,and the group counseling have great significance in helping students improve the character and get a sense of intimacy.Therefore,based on the literature and interviews,the author use in this study the cognitive-behavioral group therapy to help the students form a new cognitive concepts,behavior and attitude,and improve their self-efficacy.

Objective Valsartan, the angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 receptor blocker, is recently proved to reduce urinary albumin at the microalbuminuria stage in human diabetic nephropathy without altering glucose metabolism. But the pathway is still uncertain. In present study, we examined the changes of adrenomedullin receptor (ADMR) mRNA and protein expressions in the renal cortex of diabetic rats to investigate the protective effects of valsartan on an experimental model of diabetic renal injury. Method The SD rats were randomly divided into following groups: normal rats, STZ-induced diabetic rats, and diabetic rats treated with valsartan. STZ-induced diabetic rats were treated with valsartan (10mg/kg body weight) or vehicle for 8 weeks. The expressions of ADMR mRNA in renal cortex were analyzed by RT-PCR, as well as ADMR protein expressions were detected through western blot. Results We found (1) Valsartan treatments reduced urinary albumin excretion in 24h, compared with the untreated. But no notable difference was seen in HbA1c and blood sugar of diabetic rats between the two groups. (2) Valsartan treatments increased the expressions of ADMR mRNA and protein in diabetic rats renal cortex. Conclusion These results indicate that valsartan treatment can upgrade the expressions of ADMR in the renal cortex of diabetic rats. It may be one of renal protective pathways of Ang Ⅱ type 1 receptor blocker.

Objective To investigate the effect of epidural morphine for analgesia on the number of interstitial cells of Cajal (ICC) in the rabbit colon.Methods Thirty healthy rabbits of either sex,weighing 2.0-2.5 kg,were randomly divided into 2 groups (n =15 each):control group (group C) and morphine group (group M).The animals were anesthetized with iv 20% urethane 4 ml/kg.The epidural analgesia was performed at L3,4 interspace.In group M morphine 9.2 ug· kg-1 · h-1 was infused into the epidural space for 7 consecutive days,while the equal volume of normal saline was infused instead in group C.The characteristics of excrement and constipation were recorded during morphine infusion.Normal saline or Chinese ink mixture 5 ml was administered via a gastric tube inserted through the mouth 1 day after the end of administration.The rabbits were sacrificed 30 min later and laparotomy was performed.The intestinal segment numbered from the pylorus to the ileocecal region of the bowel was removed and the length of the intestinal segment and propelled distance of the ink within the intestinal tract were measured in the tension-free state.The rate of propelled distance was calculated.The proximal and distal colon tissues were taken for measurement of the expression of c-kit (by immunohistochemisty) and ICC count,and stained with haematoxylin and eosin for examination of pathological changes.Results Compared with group C,the incidence of constipation was significantly increased,and the rate of propelled distance,and expression of c-kit and ICC count in proximal colon tissues were decreased at 3-7 days of morphine infusion (P ＜ 0.05),and no significant change was found in the expression of c-kit and ICC count in distal colon tissues in group M (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Epidural morphine for analgesia can inhibit the motor function of the intestinal tract in rabbits,and reduction in the number of ICC count in proximal colon is involved in the mechanism.

Objective To investigate the awareness rate of health knowledge,health behavior formation rate and psychological state before and after retirement intervention,analyse comprehensive psychological intervention and general psychological intervention to health behavior formation and improve the negative emotion in retired population.Methods By using cohort study method,206 retired people were randomly divided into comprehensive psychological intervention group (experimental group) and only given general psychological intervention group (control group),and each group included 103 cases.Comprehensive psychological intervention group were given health behavior and cognitive intervention,psychological intervention,psychological intervention in general family and social family care intervention,and the control group was given healthy behavior and cognitive intervention,psychological intervention.The staff were treated within 1 weeks of first assessment,2 weeks after the second assessment,4 weeks after the final.Health behavior was surveyed by Ministry of finance,the Ministry of health on public health subsidies special funds notice in city community health education pilot project in the questionnaire.Health status and quality of life were assessed with the family APGAR index (APGAR).Mental state evaluation and assessment of the treatment effect by using Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD),MBI index method was assessed with activities of daily living.The effect of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention of health knowledge rate and formation rate of different intervention methods and psychological state of health behavior.Results The results showed that there were no significant differences between experimental group and control group in age,sex,level of education and other social,and there was no significant difference in HAMD,MBI and APGAR scores at baseline.Through the implementation of the comprehensive of psychological intervention,subjects have varying degrees of improving the awareness rate of health knowledge,and the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The two group of healthy behavior of subjects in the chopping board monitoring,physical fitness,blood pressure to separate raw and cooked on such projects had different degrees of improvement,at the same time,although no intervention,in the monitoring of blood pressure.The control group increased compared with the baseline significantly (P＜ 0.05).Intervention group had significant difference in APGAR score increased (P＜ 0.05).HAMD score and MBI score decreased and the differences were statistically significant (P＜ 0.01),while the control group had no significant difference before and after intervention.Conclusion Comprehensive psychological intervention can significantly improve the rate of formation from the awareness rate of health knowledge and health behavior of retirees,and improve the state of negative emotions from retiree.

BACKGROUND: How to reconstruct tissue-engineered bone with structure similar to natural bone iS a problem in the development of tissue engineering. Cell sheet engineering technology enables novel approaches to construction of tissue-engineered bone. OBJECTIVE: To observe the biocompatibility of call sheets to decalcified bone matrix (DBM) and their growth on DBM. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: An in vitro observation was performed at the Central Laboratory, Affiliated Hospital, Qingdao University Medical College between June and September 2009.MATERIALS: Dog bone marrow stromal cell sheets were prepared using temperatura-responsive medium. Dog DBM was prepared by defatting, decalcification, and noncotlagen protein removal procedures. METHODS: DBM surface was covered by call sheets prepared by temperature-responsive technology and cultured with DMEM containing 10% fetal bovine serum and osteoinductive agent.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Under scanning electron microscope, DBM structure, as well as the attachment and growth of cell sheets on DBM surface, was observed. Porosity and aperture size of DBM were calculated. RESULTS: DBM exhibited a three-dimensional latticed structure, with a porosity of approximately 75%. The mean aperture size was (250.11±98.89) μm, exhibiting a normal distribution. Cell sheets well attached to and grew on DBM surface, and rapidly proliferated.CONCLUSION: Cell sheets show good biocompatibility to DBM. DBM/cell sheets complex can be applied in tissue-engineered bones, which promotes the construction of tissue-engineered bone with structure similar to natural bone.

BACKGROUND:Conventional methods,including trypsin digestion and cells transfer using single call suspension,have many drawbacks,which limit the development of bone tissue engineering.OBJECTIVE:To culture bone marrow stromal stem calls,induce osteoblastic differentiation,and prepare cell sheets.METHODS:Canine bone marrow stromal calls were isolated by density gradient centrifugation technique,inoculated into DMEM medium,and induced to differentiate into osteoblasts.Complete call sheets were harvested by call sheet engineering based on the temperature change of temperature-responsive medium.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Immediately after inoculation,primary calls were scattered on the bottom of culture flask,presenting a transparent spherical body with a good refractive capacity.At 12 hours,calls exhibited a long shuttle shape,reached complete confluency,and grew in a whirlpool-like fashion.After osteoblastic induction,the majority of bone marrow stromal stem calls appeared tetragonal,polygonal,and squamose.At 21-28 days,round or oval-shaped calcified nodules formed.When the bone marrow stromal stem calls in the temperature-responsive culture dishes were cooled below the critical temperature 32℃,cells were gradually detached from the bottom of culture flask and formed complete bone marrow stromal stem call sheets.These findings indicate that density gradient cantrifugation technique can be used to successfully isolate and culture canine bone marrow stromal stem cells to differentiate into osteoblasts and call sheet engineering enables to harvest complete bone marrow stromal stem call sheets.

BACKGROUND:There are some disadvantages in harvesting and transferring cells in the traditional tissue engineering technique,and it is difficult to form dense tissues,which significantly limits the development of tissue engineering.OBJECTIVE:To explore the culture and fabrication of dog bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell(BMSC)sheet in vitro.METHODS:Bone marrow was extracted from dogs following anesthesia.BMSCs were isolated with the method of density gradient centrifugation in vitro.BMSCs at passage 4 at a density of 1×10~9/L were incubated in the temperature-responsive culture dishes with a diameter of 3.5 cm,and cultured in an incubator at 37 ℃,5% CO_2 and saturated humidity.The temperature of the incubator was changed from to 37 V to 20 ℃ to prepare BMSCs cell sheet for 20 minutes.Cell morphological changes and cell sheet formation were observed under an inverted microscope.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Dog BMSCs following 24 hours of primary culture presented ellipse or polygonal shape.Most cells adhered at hour 72,and cell colonies were visible at day 7.Cells showed long spindle and completely confluence at day 12,with unclear boundary.BMSCs in the temperature-responsive culture dishes presented short spindle shape,and gradually separated from the dish bottom,forming entire cell sheet containing extracellular matrix at 20 V.These verified that dog BMSCs can be effectively obtained with method of density gradient centrifugation.Complete cell sheet layer can be fabricated with temperature-responsive culture dishes.

Cytomegalovirus (CMV) retinitis (CMVR) is a common opportunistic infection of the eye after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in patients with hematological diseases. It often occurs within 3 months after the operation, with CMV activation and high blood CMV peaks. It often occurs on patients with long-term CMV viremia, human leukocyte antigen incompatible transplantation, unrelated donor transplantation, haploid transplantation, childhood hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, delayed lymphocyte engraftment, acute and chronic graft-versus-host disease after surgery. The visual prognosis of patients is related to the area of CMVR lesions on the retina, the number of quadrants involved, whether the macula is involved, and the CMV load of the vitreous body is involved, and it is not related to whether the Epstein-Barr virus infection is combined with blood and vitreous humor. The incidence of CMVR is increasing year by year. It is helpful that paying attention to systemic risk factors and epidemiology can provide more effective guidance for ophthalmologists during diagnosis and treatment, help patients improve the prognosis of vision, and reduce or even avoid the occurrence of blindness caused by CMVR.

Based on the needs of healthcare system reform, Australia has implemented activity based funding(ABF) payment mode nationwide, and established the Independent Hospital Pricing Authority as the specific implementation agency in 2011. The main responsibilities and functions of the ABF payment mode covers pricing of medical services, classification of healthcare services, collection of clinical data and cost accounting of healthcare services. ABF payment mode presents outstanding advantages in promoting the capacity of healthcare service, maintaining fairness of healthcare service supplies and carrying out cooperation across different institutions. These efforts provide important references for China in its top-level design of payment method, pilot project of classification system, medical service items and price dynamic adjustment, informationization and information standardization construction among public hospitals.
