Objective To study the risk factors, methods of etiologic diagnosis and treatment of disunion of fracture due to delayed infection after the internal fixation. Methods The clinical data including bacterial tests, clinical manifestation and the administration of antibiotics , of 24 cases of disunion of fracture due to delayed infec-tion after the internal fixation were retrospectively analyzed. Results 22 strains of pathogenic bacteria were distin-guished with a detection rate of 91.67% in the 24 cases. 16 strains of these bacteria were gram-positive,and 6 gram-negative. The gram-positive ones were all sensitive to vancomycin and teicoplanin. The gram-negative ones were all sensitive to imipenem and meropenem. It was common for patients to take antibiotic after operation. Conclusion More infection is caused by gram-positive bacteria than by gram-negative ones. Antibiotic therapy based on the bacte-rial test is reasonable and necessary besides surgeries.

Objective To explore the application value of the modified hypotonic method of intestinal system contrast ultra-sonography in elder patients with small intestinal diseases .Methods Group A were 28 patients with small intestine disease and 8 patients who was found abdominal mass suspected source of intestinal tumors by routine abdominal ultrasound inspection .We con-trast the mannitol intestinal system contrast ultrasound with modified hypotonic method of intestinal system ultrasound contrast , and compare with gastrointestinal ,gastrointestinal barium meal contrast ,then contrast the results of pathology .Group B were 37 patients ,with definite diagnosis with duodenal ulcers ,polyps ,the descending part of the diverticulum ,who respectively treated with drinking water method and modified hypotonic method of intestinal system ultrasound contrast ,then carry the two methods into comparison .Results The nidus detection increase from 9 to 12 in group A ;the nidus detection increase from 13 to 33 in group B . The modified hypotonic method of intestinal system contrast ultrasonography ,which eliminate intestinal gas more obvious and relax the intestinal lumen more sufficient than conventional contrast ,can improve the nidus detection rate .Conclusion The modified hy-potonic method of intestinal system contrast ultrasonography could be as a routine inspection method for elder small intestinal dis-ease paitents .

Objective To explore the expression and prognostic significance of histone demethylase JMJD2B and HIF-1α in rhabdomyosarcoma(RMS) tissues. Methods A total of 78 RMS patients were followed up to obtain survival time, and immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of JMJD2B and HIF-1α in RMS tissues and analyze their relation with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis. Results Among the 78 samples, there were 46 (59.0%) and 44 (56.4%) cases of positive expression of JMJD2B and HIF-1α, respectively. The expression of JMJD2B and HIF-1α were positively correlated (

Objective:To evaluate the short-term outcomes of all-inside endoscopic running locked stitch technique for acute Achilles tendon ruptures. Methods:This is a retrospective case series study. Forty-eight cases with acute Achilles tendon rupture were treated with the all-inside endoscopic running locked stitch technique from April 2020 to March 2022 at Department of Orthopaedics, General Hospital of Central Theater Command. There were 44 males and 4 females, aged (34.8±7.4) years (range: 24 to 50 years). Body mass index was (21.2±2.4)kg/m 2 (range: 18 to 26 kg/m 2); There were 29 cases (60.4%) on the left side and 19 cases (39.6%) on the right side. Under endoscopic control, the proximal tendon stumps were stitched with the running locked method using a semi-automatic flexible suture passer. The threads of the high-strength suture were grasped through the paratenon sub-space and then fixed into calcaneal insertion with a knotless anchor. MRI of Achilles tendon was performed to observe the regeneration of Achilles tendon during follow-up. Surgical time and complications were assessed. Achilles tendon total rupture score (ATRS), Achilles tendon resting angle, and heel rise height were utilized to evaluate final clinical outcomes. The differences of bilateral limbs were compared using the paired sample t test. Results:The follow-up time was (24.1±3.5)months (range:18 to 32 months). Appropriate tendon regeneration was observed on MRI at 12 months after operation. The median ATRS score ( M(IQR)) was 95.0 (4.7) points. Furthermore, there was no significant difference between the injured and contralateral side in the Achilles tendon resting angle ((17.1±2.4)° vs. (17.4±2.6)°, t=1.92, P=0.062) and heel rise height ((14.2±1.7)cm vs. (14.4±1.5)cm, t=1.71, P=0.094). No nerve injury, infection, deep vein thrombosis and re-rupture was encountered. Sports activity resumed six months postoperative in 46 patients. One patient had a slight anchor cut-out, due to an addition injury, which was removed after 5 months. Conclusions:All-inside endoscopic running locked stitch technique for acute Achilles tendon ruptures shows promising results. It provides stable connection of the tendon stumps with a low risk of complications.

Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics and spatial distribution of hepatitis B in children in Kaizhou District of Chongqing from 2018 to 2019, and to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of hepatitis B. Methods The prevalence of hepatitis B in Kaizhou District of Chongqing from 2018 to 2019 was calculated using Excel2003, and the spatial data was processed by SaTScan9.6. Aggregation of incidence of hepatitis B was investigated by calculating Moran's I coefficient. Aggregated distribution of the incidence of hepatitis B was explored by local spatial autocorrelation analysis. Results From 2018 to 2019, the cumulative number of hepatitis B in children in Kaizhou District of Chongqing was 86, with an average annual reported incidence rate of 3.01 per 100,000. Among 86 children with hepatitis B, 54 were male and 32 were female, with a male to female ratio of 1.69:1. The incidence rate of hepatitis B in 2019 was lower than that in 2018 ( P<0.05 ). The incidence rate of hepatitis B in males was higher than that in females in each year (P <0.05 ). The incidence rate of hepatitis B among children aged 10 to 14 years old was higher than that of any other age groups ( P<0.05 ). The hepatitis B incidence reported in Chongqing from 2018 to 2019 had spatial aggregation (Moran's I=0.4736, P<0.05; Moran's I=0.3915, P<0.05). The high-high (H-H) cluster areas of hepatitis B were mainly distributed in Maliu Township, Zishui Township, and Tianhe Town, while the low-low (L-L) cluster areas of hepatitis B were mainly distributed in Zhaojia Street and Changsha Town. Conclusion In 2018-2019, the incidence of hepatitis B among children in Kaizhou District, Chongqing City had a downward trend. The incidence of hepatitis B among males and children aged 10 to 14 years old was relatively high. There was a positive spatial autocorrelation of the incidence. The prevention and treatment of hepatitis B in high-risk population and hot spots should be strengthened.
