Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(10):-
The authors first describe their preparation for and implementation of the assessment of candidates to be fostered as leaders in various fields of learning, viz. selecting assessment methods, identifying an assessment index system, and specifying the index weight and ways to keep the score and implement the assessment. Then they give an account of the assessment results. Finally they analyze the clinical abilities and research capacities examined in the assessment and sum up their practical experience as: ①emphasis by the leading group on the creation of the right environment and mechanism for the growth of leaders in various fields of learning; ②transformation of concepts regarding the use of personnel; ③specification of the function of the assessment; ④identification of strengthened assessment as the key to guaranteeing the quality in fostering leaders in various fields of learning.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(11):-
Objectives:In order to prevent and control hospital infection efficiently, comprehensive management is put into effect on the quality of disinfectant and sterilization. Methods:The management model which spot-supervision, bacteria monitor and scientific modification are integrated has been applied in hospital. Results and Conclusions:The sterilization mind of staffs has been steadily strengthened and the qualified ratios of various monitor items has increased annually.

Objective Investigation of the significance for applying the percentage of neutrophils, neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio combined with contrast enhanced ultrasonography in the diagnose of coronary artery disease through examining the percentage of neutrophils, neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio on peripheral blood. Methods 130 patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS group) , 90 patients with stable angina (SAP group) and 50 nonCAD patients (control group were observed. The neutrophils counts of all the patients were detected and Neut%, NLR were calculated; all the patients were asked to examine enhanced carotid contrast echocardiography. The plaque enhancement (DE) , and luminal enhancement ratio (Ratio) were recorded. The differences in neut%, NLR and CEUS were compared among the three groups. The Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between Ratio and Neut%, NLR. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to evaluate the predictive value of Neut%, NLR and CEUS for ACS. Results (1) The value of Neut%, NLR of the peripheral blood, DE, and Ratio in both ACS group and SAP group were higher than those in control group, and the value of ACS group was higher than that in SAP group (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01); (2) The analysis of Linear correlation showed that the ratio of CEUS in ACS patients was positively correlated with Neut% (r = 0.422, P = 0.001) and NLR (r = 0.407, P = 0.001). (3) The ROC results showed that circulating Neut%, NLR and DE, Ratio play a significant role in the diagnose of unstable plague in CAD patients; (4) Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that Neut%, NLR, DE, Ratio were independent indicators of the ACS patients (P< 0.05 or P < 0.01).Conclusions Contrast enhanced carotid examination combined with leukocyte analysis on peripheral blood were useful to detect plaque instability and inflammatory response in CAD patients, and it also provide lots of objective evidence for predicting and intervening unstable plaque in CAD patients.

【Objective】 To evaluate the screening efficacy and practical value of the portable microfluidic biochemical analyzer in the detection of blood donors before blood donation. 【Methods】 Blood donor samples, clinical blood samples and constant quality control products were collected. Referring to the documents of ISO15189 and National Health Industry Standard, the precision and accuracy of hemoglobin (Hb) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) were verified and compared with other detection systems. 【Results】 The MS200 biochemistry instrument has an intra-batch precision of 1.40% to 1.46%, inter-batch precision of 1.91% to 1.94%, and correctness bias of -0.9% to -1.3% for Hb test, and an intra-batch precision of 3.77% to 4.86%, inter-batch precision of 4.92% to 6.02%, and correctness bias of -3.0% to -4.8% for ALT test, which were within the range of quality requirements of industry standard. Comparison of Hb test results between MS200 biochemistry and Hb201 analyser on 1 189 peripheral blood samples from donors showed no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). 65 samples showed positive correlation between MS200 biochemistry and XS-900i automated hematology analyzer on Hb test results (R2=0.986, P=0.000). Correlation analysis of all the results of ALT detection by MS200 biochemical analyzer and AU480 biochemical analyzer in 1 065 samples showed a positive correlation (R2=0.965, P=0.000). The elevated ALT samples did not affect the Hb test results, and the samples with abnormal Hb value did not affect the ALT test results, with no interference between the two items in the detection. 【Conclusion】 The MS200 biochemical analyzer based on microfluidic technology has reliable methodological performance and can meet the need of pre-donation testing.
