Objective To assess the reliability and validity of measurement instrument of nurses' humanistic practice ability (MIHPA).Methods By means of literature analysis, interviewing with experts and two rounds of Delphi with 17 nursing management and nursing education experts,we got preliminary evaluation questionnaire.680 nurses from three level of first-class hospital were selected by convenient sampling, who took part in the survey on nurses' humanistic practice ability. After two weeks,we re-measured 50 nurses.Such methods as exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and reliability analysis were used to screen and assess the questionnaire entries. Results The exploratory factor analysis indicated that the measurement instrument of nurses' humanistic practice ability was composed of five principal components, the five principal components could explain 65.137% of the total variance.Confirmatory factor analysis showed x2/df=2.158,CFI=0.952,NFI=0.915,RFI=0.901,IFI=0.953,TLI=0.944.Cronbach's α of the total scale was 0.933 and retest reliability was 0.822.Reliability of each subscales was 0.782~0.867 and retest reliability was 0.782~0.848.Conclusions The measurement instrument of nurses' humanistic practice ability, which contained 5 dimensions and 23 items, has good reliability and validity.

Objective To develop a questionnaire which measures the nurses' perception on humanistic management of hospital. Methods By means of literature analysis and interviewing with nurses, the perception of hospital's humanistic management questionnaire for nurses was developed and used to assess the perception of 360 nurses.Such methods as correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and reliability analysis were used to screen and test the questionnaire entries. Results The correlation coefficient between each item and total score was 0.523 ~0.792.The exploratory factor analysis indicated that the perception of hospital's humanistic management questionnaire for nurses was composed of five principal components, the five principal components could explain 66.997% of the total variance. The indexes of CFA was CFI=0.983,NFI =0.925,RFI=0.907,IFI=0.983,TLI=0.979.Cronbach' α of the total scale was 0.977.Reliability of each subscales was above 0.860.Correlation coefficient between subscales and total scale ranged from 0.777 to 0.929,and that of among subscales ranged from 0.303 to 0.525.Conclusions Reliability and validity of the questionnaire on the perception of hospital's humanistic management for nurses are both satisfactory enough to meet the evaluation of hospital's humanistic management implementation.

Purpose:
The purpose of this study was to develop a Humanistic Practice Ability of Nursing (HPAN) scale adapted to China and validate its psychometric properties.
Methods:
The original HPAN scale was revised through a literature review. Sixteen experts who met the inclusion criteria were consulted 2 rounds by the Delphi method. According to their suggestions and opinions, the structure, content, and semantics of each item of HPAN were modified, and a HPAN scale was preliminarily developed. The HPAN scale was validated through item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, convergent validity, and reliability. The data came from 406 first-class hospital nurses.
Results:
A 5-dimension, 29-item HPAN scale demonstrated satisfactory fit with significant factor loadings. The split-half reliability coefficient of the scale was .98, the split-half reliability coefficient of each dimension was .86–.99, Cronbach's α coefficient was .96, and the Cronbach's α coefficient of each dimension was .87–.98. The model fit of the scale was good, and the items of the scale showed convergent and discriminant validity.
Conclusion
The HPAN scale indicated that the reliability and validity were good. It is easy to imply factors of HPAN. This scale can be used to assess the HPAN.

Objective:Based on TGF-β1/Smad3 signal pathway, study the effect of Yiqi-Yangyin-Huoxue-Tongluo Recipe in diabetic rat model. Methods:Forty male SD rats were randomly divided into blank group ( n=10) and diabetic model group ( n=30). Diabetic rats were fed with high sugar and high-fat diet combined with low-dose intraperitoneal injection of STZ. The successful rats were randomly divided into model group ( n=10), traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) group ( n=9) and western medicine group ( n=9). The western medicine group was given trimetazidine hydrochloride tablets 4.16 mg/kg, the TCM group was given Yiqi-Yangyin-Huoxue-Tongluo Recipe 19.1 mg/kg, and the blank group and model group were given the same volume of normal saline, once a day for 20 weeks. The level of fasting blood glucose (FBG) in rats were detected by blood glucose meter; Alkaline hydrolysis was used to detect serum hydroxyproline (Hyp); Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to detect serum TGF-β1; Masson staining to observe myocardial fibrosis; Western blotting was used to detect TGF-β1, Smad3, collagen Ⅰ (Col-Ⅰ) and collagen Ⅲ (Col-Ⅲ) protein expression. The mRNA expression of TGF-β1 and Smad3 were detected by real-time quantitative PCR. Results:Compared with the model group, the FBG (19.41 ± 3.65 mmol/L vs. 27.48 ± 2.36 mmol/L), serum Hyp (25.76 ± 1.73 μg/ml vs. 31.71 ± 0.33 μg/ml), TGF-β1 (28.41 ± 0.05 pg/ml vs. 30.82 ± 0.84 pg/ml) of TCM group were significantly reduced ( P<0.05), and myocardial interstitial collagen fibers decreased. The expression of TGF-β1 (0.81 ± 0.02 vs. 0.96 ± 0.08), Smad3 (0.36 ± 0.05 vs. 0.57 ± 0.06), Col-Ⅰ (2.36 ± 0.45 vs. 3.53 ± 0.58), Col-Ⅲ (1.92 ± 0.31 vs. 2.75 ± 0.08) protein in the myocardial tissue of TCM group significantly decreased ( P<0.05), the mRNA expression of TGF-β1 (3.55 ± 0.82 vs. 6.67 ± 1.33) and Smad3 (1.62 ± 0.35 vs. 2.70 ± 0.85) in myocardial tissue significantly decreased ( P<0.05). Conclusions:Yiqi-Yangyin-Huoxue-Tongluo Recipe can effectively treat myocardial fibrosis, and its mechanism may be related to the regulation of TGF-β1/Smad3 signal pathway.
