The surgical treatment of postinfarct aneurysm on the posterobasal aspect of left ventricle is seldom reported compared to apical aneurysm although the actual incidence is higher than expected, partly because of the complexity of the operation and unpredictable postoperative results. Here, we present a case of postinfarct posterobasal left ventricular aneurysm in which endoventricular circular patch plasty technique was applied successfully. The methodology is described with review of the relevant literature.

5.Surgical treatment of intracardiac myxoma
Journal of Practical Medicine 2002;435(11):74-77
A study on 48 patients with intracardiac myxoma (male:18, female:30; ages of 8-67) in Viet duc Hospital during 1989-2000 has shown that myxoma in the left atria, right atria, left ventricle and right ventricle were 41; 5;1 and 1, respectively. The myxoma in the left atria involved breathing difficulty, faint, palpitation, the ultrasound helped diagnosing and indicating an operation as well as monitoring postoperation without other tests or cardiac X-ray. The operation was an unique treatment as soon as possible, only after diagnosis. The long-term outcome of operation was good.

6.Primarily study of microalbuminuria in patient with hypertention
Journal of Practical Medicine 2002;435(11):15-17
Researchers at Central Army Hospital No 108, who studied 62 patients with primary hypertension, with average age is 66,9 and average determined times is 5,4 years. The results showed that positive microalbuminuria patients are 58%, this is early sign of kidney damage in patients with primary hypertention. Microalbuminuria closely related with time of hypertesion, systolic hypertension and according to creatine and specially sign of left ventricle in patients with hypertension.
