8.Some opinions of emergency of cardiac arrest
Journal of Practical Medicine 1998;347(4):32-37
There were 2 major works in emergency of cardiac arrest, including artificial respiratory and circulation. The procedures involved compression of thymal bone flattened about 3-4cm, with frequency of 80-100 times/ a minute, intubation, prompt and proper combination of press and compress of heart, catheterization in the carotid venous for using adrenaline, electric shock. The resuscitation after returned cardiac rhythm was remainly hemodynamic stability, good ventilation for full oxygen supply for brain to prevent from intracranial hyperpressure.

9.Postoperative resuscitation and renal preservation among corpses with cardiac arrest
Journal of Vietnamese Medicine 1999;233(2):70-73
A study was carried out the renal lesions after cardiac arrest among corpses to prepare the renal transplantation that the kidney donated by carpses. Donor was a woman suffered the traffic accident had cardiac arrest. The study also was carried out on a dog with cardiac arrest by blood loss induced shock. The results have shown that the removal of the kidney was only at good within 15 minutes after cardiac arrest and the duration of renal blood insufficiency was less than 15 minutes to obtain the kidney with good functions.
