2.Research progress of workplace health promotion.
Chinese Journal of Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Diseases 2022;40(9):715-720
Workplace is an ideal environment for health promotion activities. Many countries and regions have carried out many workplace health promotion projects, which have achieved good results in improving the physical and mental health of employees and improving the economic benefits of enterprises. Although the research evidence of long-term effects and economic benefits needs to be strengthened, the workplace health promotion in developed countries has formed a complete theoretical and practical system, which is worthy of reference. In contrast, the theoretical and practical research on workplace health promotion in China needs to be strengthened. This paper summarizes the theory and project implementation experience of foreign workplace health promotion, analyzes its current situation, influencing factors and intervention research, in order to promote the formation of a theoretical system suitable for workplace health promotion in China, and better protect the physical and mental health of occupational groups and ensure the economic benefits of enterprises.

Chinese Journal of Epidemiology 2022;43(3):424-430
Health impact assessment (HIA) system has been listed in the Outline of the Healthy China 2030 Plan and the Law of Basic Health Care and Health Promotion of the People's Republic of China, however, the technique guideline of HIA needs to be established and improved. This paper summarizes the applications of different epidemiological methods in HIA and focus on the introduction of the application of ecology model of health social determinants as theory basis in the establishment of HIA system along with the introduction of HIA cases in the world. The applications of epidemiological methods in domestic HIA research are limited. Therefore, appropriate applications of epidemiological methods should be strengthened in HIA guideline and system development, especially the applications of big health data, mobile health techniques, systems epidemiology and implementation science, to facilitate data collection and potential health hazard evaluation and surveillance for HIA, establishment and improvement of HIA system and the implementation of Healthy China Strategy.

Journal of Korean Academy of Nursing 2003;33(7):972-980
PURPOSE: This study was conducted to define the main factors influencing depression of climacteric women. METHOD: The data was analyzed using a SAS 6.12 PC+ program for descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression. Two hundred seventy climacteric women between 40 and 59 years old were recruited from 6 areas in Korea from Oct. 5, 2002 to Dec. 13, 2002. The reliability of the 7 instruments were tested with Cronbach's alpha which ranged from .82 to .95. RESULT: The results were as follows : The mean depression score was 14.17, which was slightly high. The depression was influenced significantly by occupation, economic status, and menopause status. There were significant correlations between all the predictive variables and the depression(r=.73~ -.17, p <.05). Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that 59% of the variance in depression was significantly accounted by stress(53%), climacteric symptoms(3%), marital adjustment (2%), and health promotion behavior(1%). CONCLUSION: In reducing the climacteric women's depression, the above major influencing factors should be considered.

Korean Journal of Occupational Health Nursing 2017;26(1):1-9
PURPOSE: This study was conducted to evaluate the validity of the ‘ Enterprise Health Promotion Index’, a tool for assessing health promotion activities of worksite developed by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency. METHODS: This is designed a methodological study that evaluates the validity of the Enterprise Health Promotion Index. For this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted for the workplace health professional and safety professional, and a total of 297 data were extracted as final data. We developed the informal health promotion needs and activity measurement tools. The correlation coefficient between the score of the enterprise health promotion index and the score of the informal health promotion tool was analyzed for the criterion validity evaluation. RESULTS: The criterion validity of the Enterprise Health Promotion Index and activity index were supported by finding moderate (r=.597) and high (r=.783) correlation coefficient. However, the requirement index has low levels of criterion validity (r=.364). CONCLUSION: Based on these results, we suggest to improve the utility of the corporate health promotion index by developing user manual, active public relations, and providing briefing sessions.

Journal of Southern Medical University 2011;31(1):33-38
OBJECTIVETo assess the reliability and validity of the Sub-health Measurement Scale Version 1.0 (SHMS V1.0).
METHODSA spot trial sampling of 2000 individuals was conducted to study the test-retest reliability, Cronbach alpha coefficient, split-half reliability, contract validity, content validity and criterion-related validity of SHMS V1.0.
RESULTSThe spot trial results indicated a test-retest reliability of SHMS V1.0 of 0.644 (P<0.001) with a Cronbach α coefficient of 0.917 and a split-half reliability of 0.831. The results showed a close correlation between each item of SHMS V1.0 and its dimension, but a low correlation between a particular item and other dimensions. The dimension score was significantly correlated to its subscale scores, but not to other subscale scores. The results of factor analysis matched the theoretical conception of SHMS V1.0. The correlation coefficient between SHMS V1.0 and SF-36 was 0.664 (P<0.001).
CONCLUSIONSHMS V1.0 has a good reliability and validity, and is a reliable and valid measurement scale for sub-health evaluation.
