After the necessity of using medical news information and the advances in its automatic indexing were analyzed, a novel automatic controlled indexing method of medical news text was put forward. The method intro-duced translated MeSH vocabulary as the main indexing words, merging Chinese commonly used word segmentation dictionary, then calculated word frequency for document text which added split token and sorted it, choose top 5 high-frequency words in MeSH vocabulary indexed document after deleting high-frequency words not in MeSH vo-cabulary.

The strategies for automatic extraction of key words from medical news were put forward by adding the MeSH terms into the general classification table in combination with the length of MeSH terms and location-weigh-ted MeSH terms.The key words randomly selected from 100 papers reporting medical news on 10 Websites were in-dexed and verified by machine indexing.The extraction accuracy was 0.34 and the recall rate was 0.30, showing that the strategies can be used for automatic extraction of key words from medical news.

Purpose:Investigate the clinical value of tumor markers CEA, CA50, CA199 and CA242 for the diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods:The 223 serum sample included 41 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 46 cases of adenocarcinoma, 14 cases of small cell lung cancer, 16 cases of unclassified carcinoma, 6 cases of metastatic carcinoma, 100 cases of benign lung disease. The levels of CEA, CA50, CA199 and CA242 in the plasm were measured by ELISA. Some data were analyzed by t and ? 2 test. Objective To observe the changes of intracerebral amino acid transmitters in the periventricular leukomalacia (PVL) of newborn rats with microdialysis and so as to explore the role of excitotoxicity in PVL.Methods Replicated the model for PVL at the age of postnatal day 5 (P5) by intracerebral injection of 3-nitropropionic acid (3-NPA).Before injection of 3-NPA,and 15 min,30 min,45 min,60 min,75 min,90 min after injection of 3-NPA,collected the sample of extracellular fluid (ECF) at the corpus callosum above the left ventricle through microdialysis,respectively.After microdialysis,the experimental rats were allowed to survive to P6-P14,and then they were killed and the brains were prepared for HE stain.The amino accids of dialysate were quantified through high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and then the excitotoxic index (EI) was calculated.Results Fifteen min to 45 min after injection of 3-NPA,the concentrations of glumate (Glu) and aspartic acid (Asp) of ECF elevated significantly,and then returned to the normal levels.Fifteen min to 75 min and 15 min to 30 min after injection of 3-NPA,the concentrations of glycine (Gly) and GABA significantly elevated,respectively,and returned to normal levels at 90 min and 45 min after injection of 3-NPA,respectively.But the EI,which indicated the balance of excitatory amino acids(EAAs) and inhibitory amno aciols(IAAs),significantly elevated 15 min to 75 min after injection of 3-NPA,then retured to normal level after 90 min.Sub-cortical and periventricular white matter rarefaction and significant lateral ventricle enlargement were observed in HE staining.Conclusions Changes of intracerebral amino acid transmitters in the PVL of newborn rats show regularity:EAAs,IAAs of ECF and EI elavate in the early stage,and then return to the normal level quickly.It indicates that excitotoxicity play a great role in PVL,especially at the early stage.Therefore,the preventions of PVL must be executed at the early stage.

Stilbene glucoside is one of major active constitutions in Polygoni Multiflori Radix. Stilbene glucoside contributed markedly to resisting caducity, protecting nerve, reducing serum lipids, and protecting liver and antitumor activity. The extraction and purification technology is the key issue to obtain stilbene glucoside. Through research, extraction and purification technology has made a certain progress. The stilbene glycoside could be extracted by water boiling, diacolation, and backflow; then it could be purified by the method of chromatography, recrystallization, and extraction. In this article, the technologies in extracting and purifying stilbene glucoside were reviewed, and the prospect of stilbene glucoside preparation was discussed to lay the foundation for further research and application.

Objective:To explore the effect and mechanism of AMPK on apoptosis of alveolar epithelial cells induced by endoplasmic reticulum stress in COPD rats.Methods:the rats were divided into three groups:control group,model group,AICAR intervention group,establishment of rat model of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by smoking smoke inhalation and intratracheal instillation of lipopolysaccharide.The HE staining of rat lung tissue pathological observation,immunohistochemical detection of p-AMPK /AMPK,western blot the expression of Caspase-3,ORP 150,and CHOP.Apoptosis were detected by TUNEL method.Results:the HE staining showed that the model group of pulmonary bullae formation,inflammatory cell infiltration,inflammatory ceils in AICAR group was lower than that of model group.Compared with the normal control group,immunohistochemistry and Western blot showed that p-AMPK/AMPK and ORP150 protein expression decreased in the model group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05),and AICAR in the intervention group p-AMPK/AMPK and ORP150 protein expression were significantly increased compared with the model group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Endoplasmic reticulum stress related apoptosis The expression of CHOP and caspase-3 apoptosis index increased significantly in the model group,there was significant difference compared with normal group (P＜0.05),while in group AICAR,apoptosis index down significantly compared with the model group.Conclusion:AMPK can protect alveolar epithelial cells from cigarette smoke induced endoplasmic reticulum stress and apoptosis,it was possible to achieve its protective effect the increase of ORP150.

Objective To analyze relationship between dual-source MDCT and pathology in renal cell carcinoma.Methods 129 patients with pathology were proved renal cell in our hospital from 2009 to 2012.According to the latest 2004 WHO pathological classification,CT features of renal carcinoma were compared with surgical and pathological results.Results The enhancement de-gree of lesions on contrast CT was correlated to the modal of renal malignant cells’ranking.There was no certain correlation be-tween integrity on the edge of the tumor in CT and pathological tumor capsular.The short-hair sign surrounding the margin of tumor strongly indicated renal capsule invasion (P <0.01).Agreement between CT-Robson staging and surgical-pathologic staging was good(Kappa=0.75).Conclusion The CT finding of renal cell carcinoma is correlated with tumor cell characteristic and inter-nal structure.Dual-source MDCT has important clinical value in the diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma.

Objective To provide the experimental basis for the further research of the interacting proteins with Stathmin ,the Stathmin gene Pichia pastoris expression system was constructed ,the expressed Stathmin product was purified and identified .Meth‐ods Stathmin gene was amplified from tumor cell line of SKBR3 by PCR method and cloned into the yeast expression vector pPIC3 .5K .The recombinant vector pPIC3 .5K‐Stathmin was constructed and transformed into Pichia pastoris GS115 .The positive clones were screened by YPD medium containing Geneticin 600 μg/mL .Expression was induced with 0 .5% methanol and expres‐sion products were identified by SDS‐PAGE and Western Blotting .Results DNA sequencing result showed that the gene fragment was consistent with Stathmin gene sequence .pPIC3 .5K‐Stathmin was selected from YPD culture medium containing Geneticin ,and the positive clones were identified by PCR .SDS‐PAGE showed that a 37 × 103 protein band could be seen on the PAGE gel after Coomassie Blue staining ,which was further confirmed and identified as Stathmin protein by Western Blotting .Conclusion Stathmin yeast expression vector is successfully constructed and expressed in Pichia pastoris ,which laid the foundation for the study of inter‐acting proteins with Stathmin ,and for the preparation of the biological treatment drugs of Stahtmin target .

Objective To establish the model for periventricular leukomalacia(PVL) by intracerebral injection of 3-nitropropionic acid (3-NPA) and explore realistic model for concerned studies and investigate the diagnostic method with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination. MethodsSprague-Dawley rat pups of both sexes at the age of postnatal day 5 (P5) were randomized and divided into two groups: NPA group and PBS group , and they were injected the same volume of 3-NPA and PBS with a tip located at the corpus callosum above the left ventricle by stereotaxis instrument, respectively. One day (P6), two days (P7), three days (P8) and nine days (P14) after injection, the injections were transcardially perfused and brains were collected. Then sections of brains were undertaken HE staining; growth and the time of opening eyes of the rats in the two different groups were observed and compared. Neurobehaviorai activity and memory tests were performed on postnatal day 29 (P29) and day 30 (P30). MRI examination was performed on postnatal day 30 (P30). ResultsMore weight increase and slower opening eye time were found in the NPA group compared with PBS group (P < 0.05). In the NPA group, sub-cortical and periventricular white matter rarefaction were observed by HE staining on P6, P7 and P8, significant lateral ventricle enlargement was found on P14, while the same changes were not found in the PBS group, and no histological changes in gray matter were noted in both groups. The outcomes of neurobehavioral tests of NPA group were much more abnormal compared with the PBS group (P < 0.05). MRI examination disclosed the signal changes of brain tissue is worse in the NPA group than that of the PBS group in muscle strength of limbs, autocinesis, capability and white matter. ConclusionsThe model for PVL induced by intracerebral injection of 3-NPA is characterized by damage to the periventricular white matter. The model can stimulate the pathologic change factually in vivo. The neurobehavioral movement is consistent with.clinical symptom. It can be used as a model to investigate some related disease. MRI examination is a feasible diagnostic method to show anatomic changes of white matter injury of the brain.
