OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for antibiotics use. METHODS:A retrospective study was conducted to analyze the detection of pathogens and antibiotics use in 93 children with bronchiolitis in our hospital between Jan. 2013 to Dec. 2014. Pathogens detection mainly included respiratory virus, pneumonia mycoplasma IgM antibody and pneumonia chlamydia IgM anti-body and sputum culture. RESULTS:Among 93 cases,22 cases (23.66%) were positive in respiratory virus IgM antibody test, mainly for respiratory syncytial virus;17 cases(18.28%)were positive in sputum culture test, mainly for the Moraxella catarrha-lis,Haemophilus influenza and Streptococcus pneumonia;10 cases(10.75%)were positive in Atypical pathogens test, mainly for mycoplasma pneumonia. There were 47 cases(50.54%)of antibiotics;Among them, only 12.77%(6/47)had clear indications for using antibiotics;the children who were 1-3 months old had the highest percentage of antibiotics, accounting for 81.82% at the same age;the duration of disease was significantly prolonged in the cases who used antibiotics, with average duration of(8.27± 3.32) d. CONCLUSIONS:Bronchiolitis is still usually caused by virus infection in our hospital, the ratio of antibiotics use are high and most of them don't have bacterial infection indications.

Objective To study the changes of detrusor microvessel density and apoptosis related factor PCNA and Bax in different phase of partial bladder outlet obstruction. Methods Forty Wistar rats were divided into control(n =10), sham-operation(n =10) , two-week obstruction( n = 10) and five-week obstruction group(n = 10). The expression of detrusor microvessel density and apoptosis related factors PCNA and Bax were evaluated with immunohistochemistry method. Results The average weight of bladder was (125.5?10. 1) ,(128.5?8.9) ,(380.0?12.4) ,(400.0?12.5) mg in control, sham-operation, two-week obstruction and five-week obstruction group, respectively. The difference between control, sham-operation group and obstruction group was significant (P 0. 05 ) . The expression of microvessel density was 2. 1?1.3,13.3?2.3,36.4?4. 1 and 37.3?5.6 in control, sham-operation, two-week obstruction and five-week obstruction group, respectively. The difference between control, sham-operation group and obstruction group was significant ( P 0. 05 ). The expression of PCNA was (38. 2?17. 2)% , (39. 4?11.4)% , (64. 1?11. 5)% and (46. 2?9. 6)% in control, sham-operation, two-week obstruction and five-week obstruction group, respectively. The difference between control, sham-operation group and obstruction group was significant (P

Objective Overexpressing gax gene in vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMC) mediated by adenovirus transfection. Methods Replication defective adenovirus type 5 (Ad5) vector encoding the rat gax gene (AdCMV gax) was constructed via site specific recombination and amplified in 293 cells. The resulting adenovirus was purified for a high viral titer. The expression of gax mRNA and protein was evaluated by a series of methods such as reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR), flow cytometry and immunocytochemical technique after gax gene was transferred to VSMCs. Results When AdCMV gax was transfected to VSMCs, the expression of gax protein increased significantly in VSMCs, and reached 80% in 24 hours. High expression of gax protein could keep for over 5 days. Before AdCMV gax was transfected to VSMCs, gax mRNA and protein could be down regulated by platelet derived growth factor (PDGF) BB. After AdCMV gax was transfected to VSMCs, the level of gax expression was significantly higher than that before transfection, and no correlation with the stimulation of PDGF BB.Conclusions gax gene can be transfected to VSMC by AdCMV gax and translated to protein, which is advantageous to exploring the effects of gax gene on biological behaviour of VSMC.
