Objective To observe the improvement of Salmeterol fluticasone propionate and Tiotropium bromide for inhalation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD ) with bronchial asthma patients. Methods 89 patients were randomly divided into the observation group with 46 cases and control group with 43 cases, both groups were given conventional therapy. The control group was given Salmeterol fluticasone propionate 50μg/500μg,twice a day;the observation group was given Tiotropium bromide 18μg, twice a day, based on the therapy of control group. The two groups were treated for 14 days, and then curative effect, score of SGRQ,pulmonary function and blood gas analysis index were evaluated, and adverse reactions were recorded. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 86.1%,higher than that of the control group(68.6%) (Z=2.68,P<0.05);Compared with the control group after treatment, functional parameters[ FEV1 ( L) ,FEV1 (%) and FEV1/FVC(%) ] of the observation group increased significantly, and the observation group were all higher than that of the control group [(2.27 ±0.45) vs (1.92 ±0.36),(64.27 ±16.11) vs (53.64 ±15.55),(54.85 ±14.81) vs (45.33 ± 13.23)],the differences were all statistically significant(t=4.20,3.16,3.19,all P<0.05);PaO2 of the two groups patients were increased and PaCO2 were decreased, scores of SGRQ were decreased obviously, and the change of the observation group was obviously[(47.61 ±3.64) vs (49.34 ±4.23),(67.33 ±5.56) vs (63.66 ±5.21), (45.34 ±3.72) vs (50.65 ±4.16)],the difference was statistically significant(t =2.13,3.32,6.54,all P<0.05) .Conclusion Salmeterol fluticasone propionate and Tiotropium bromide for inhalation can improve lung func-tional parameters and respiratory conditions of the parents with COPD and bronchial asthma obviously, reduce the score of SGRQ,curative effect is distinct, worthy of clinical popularization and application.

Chinese Journal of Epidemiology 2005;26(3):187-189
OBJECTIVETo explore the effect of SF-36 scale being applied in different countries under different culture and to describe the quality of life of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in China and Thailand.
METHODSSF-36 scale was applied to pulmonary tuberculosis patients in both countries using face to face interview.
RESULTSMany coefficients among domains were greater than 0.5 when quality of life of tuberculosis patient in both countries was measured. Cronbach's coefficient of all domains were greater than 0.7 for tuberculosis patients in China while cronbach's Coefficient of most domains were equal or greater than 0.7 for tuberculosis patients in Thailand except for vitality and social domains. The score of social domain for patients in Thailand was greater than that of China.
CONCLUSIONStructure validity was not good for tuberculosis patients in both countries since there were some items overlapped in different domains. However, the reliability was good for measuring quality of life of tuberculosis patients both in China and in Thailand.

Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2015;24(1):79-84
Objective:To compare the therapeutic effects between Shensongyangxin capsule combined metoprolol and metoprolol monotherapy in treating ventricular premature beats. Methods:The related literature of Shensongyangxin capsule combined metoprolol in treatment of ventricular premature beats published from Aug 2005 to Aug 2013 were searched by computer from Cochrane Library,MEDLINE,EMbase,Wangfang Data,China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI)and Chinese biomedical literature database (CBM),and were searched manually.RevMan 5.0 software was used to perform Meta analysis on data. Results:Symptomatic relief in treatment group was signifi-cantly better than that of control group [(Z=8.28,P <0.00001;OR=6.17,95%CI (4.01,9.48)];dynamic ECG improvement in treatment group was significantly better than that of control group [Z=9.37,P <0.00001;OR=3.41,95%CI (2.64,4.40)];there was no significant difference in incidence rate of adverse drug reaction be-tween two groups [Z=1.47,P =0.14;OR=0.70,95%CI (0.43,1.13)].All funnel schemas were symmetry in general,so there was small possibility of bias. Conclusion:Shensongyangxin capsule combined metoprolol possesses better therapeutic effect than metoprolol monotherapy in treating ventricular premature beats, and it doesn′t in-crease adverse drug reactions.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2014;(2):193-198
BACKGROUND:Some studies have indicated that different genes in tooth germ tissue play a role at different time, contributing to tooth germ development.
OBJECTIVE:To observe the expressions of dentin matrix protein 1, enamel protein, col agen I and homeobox gene 1 at different stage of in vitro culture of tooth germ cells.
METHODS:RNA from tooth germ cells was extracted at days 1, 3, 6 of in vitro culture. After reverse transcription, real-time quantitative PCR detection was adopted to measure relative expression of dentin matrix protein 1, enamel protein, col agen I and homeobox gene 1 mRNA.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Dentin matrix protein 1, enamel protein, and col agen I mRNA expressions increased with culture time, and reached the peak at day 3 (P<0.05), whereas homeobox gene 1 mRNA decreased with culture time (P<0.05).

China Oncology 2016;26(8):704-711
Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is a class of RNA molecules, transcripted by RNA polymeraseⅡ, which consists of more than 200 nucleotides and protein-coding function. Many studies have indicated that lncRNA plays an important role in epigenetics, transcription and post-translational processing. The abnormal expression of lncRNA significantly correlates with occurence, development, and metastasis of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and prognosis of the patients with RCC. This paper summarizes the advances in the research on lncRNA in RCC to reveal the mechanisms of the disease at the molecular level, in order to provide new methods of prevention, diagnosis, treatment and prognostic assessment of RCC.

One hundred and twenty four patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) admitted to the Department of Endocrinology of Chuzhou First People's Hospital from April to October 2019 whose blood glucose levels were not controlled after treatment with metformin (2.0 g/d) for more than 3 months were enrolled in the study. The patients were randomly divided into oral drug group and liraglutide group with 62 cases in each group. On the basis of metformin, the oral drug group was treated with acarbose (300 mg/d); the liraglutide group was treated with liraglutide (1.2 mg/d). The course of treatment was 3 months. The body weight, fasting blood glucose (FPG), 2-h postprandial blood glucose (2 hPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and the gastrointestinal symptoms and the incidence of hypoglycemia were analyzed. After 3-month treatment the body weight, FPG, 2 hPG, HbA1c of the two groups were lower than the baseline levels ( P<0.05). Compared with the oral group, the body weight, FPG, 2 hPG, HbA1c and TG in liraglutide group were more markedly decreased ( P<0.05). The gastrointestinal reaction of liraglutide group was significantly higher than that of the oral drug group, and there was no hypoglycemia in both groups. The data indicate that liraglutide combined with metformin can significantly improve the blood glucose, blood lipid and body weight of T2DM patients and no hypoglycemia occurs during the treatment.
