Objective To explore the impact of environment factors and social economic factors(environment interference factors for short)and control measures on the endemic status of schistosomiasis in Poyang Lake Eco?economic Region. Meth?ods The grey relational analysis model was applied to analyze the relationships between the key indexes of schistosomiasis epi?demic status and the environment interference factors and control measures in Jiujiang City of Poyang Lake Eco?economic Re?gion. Results Six environment factors, which included the annual average water level of Poyang Lake, average annual tempera?ture, storm frequency, annual average relative humidity, annual sunshine duration, and annual precipitation, had the most closed relationship with the indexes of schistosomiasis epidemic status(all ri>0.9). Among the socioeconomic factors, the num?ber of health technicians and beds of health facilities were most associated with the indexes of schistosomiasis epidemic status. Among the control measures of schistosomiasis, the number of cattle treated with extending chemotherapy, chemically killing of Oncomelania hupensis snails and eco?renovation were most associated with the indexes of schistosomiasis epidemic status. Con?clusion The various environment interference factors and their interaction should be considered in formulating the comprehen?sive control strategy for schistosomiasis, and the control strategy should be adjusted according to the epidemic dynamic and schistosomiasis?focused targets,so as to further strengthen the scientificity and validity of the control strategy.

Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2015;(2):117-120
Objective To investigate the occurrence trend and risk factors of recurrent respiratory tract infection during the ifrst year after Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP) in children. Methods The clinical data of 133 children complete-ly recoved from MPP and one year follow-up after MPP were included in this study, MPP IgM IgG double antibody titer were measured in different time slots (3 month, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months) after discharge. Information on frequency of recurrent respiratory tract infections, respiratory tract infection site, and drug use within one year were collected. Possible factors affecting the occurrence of recurrent respiratory tract infection were analyzed by means of single factor and multi factor analyses. Results In 133 patients, the recurrent rate was 31.58%in the ifrst year;aged 3-6 years old (OR=2.29,95%CI:1.13~4.64), or continuous positive or negative to positive antibodies (OR=4.47,95%CI:1.47~13.65), or low CD4/CD8 (OR=10.26,95%CI:3.30~31.90), or low IgA (OR=1.90,95%CI:1.06~3.40) is independent risk factor of recurrent respiratory tract after MPP;immune enhancer therapy is an independent protective factor (OR=0.29,95%CI:0.11~0.78). Conclusions Immune function disorders in the ifrst year after MPP were independent risk factors of recurrent respiratory tract infection. MP antibody positive without clinical symptoms and sustained antibody positive can not prevent the recurrence of respiratory tract infection without use of antibiotics. Immune enhancer was advocate to adjust immune function and reduce the incidence of repeated respiratory tract infection.

Objective To observe the postoperative analgesic effects of ultrasound-guided transversus abdominis plane block after cesarean section. Methods Forty patients having underwent cesarean section under intraspinal anesthesia were selected, and they were divided into experiment group and control group by random digits table method with 20 cases each. All the patients were given ultrasound-guided transversus abdominis plane blocks when surgery finished. The patients in experiment group were injected 0.25%ropivacaine 20 ml, and the patients in control group were injected 0.9% sodium chloride 20 ml. All the patients received patient controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA) pump after surgery. The movement and resting visual analog score (VAS), incision VAS at 4, 8, 12 and 24 h after surgery, and the compression time of analgesis pump were compared between 2 groups. The correlated adverse reaction of transversus abdominis plane block were recorded. Results The movement VAS at 4 and 8 h after surgery in experiment group were (4.1±1.7) and (5.3±1.8)scores, and in control group were (6.3±2.0) and (7.0±1.2) scores, and there were statistical differences (P<0.05). The incision VAS at 4 and 8 h after surgery in experiment group were (0.9±0.4) and (1.2±0.8) scores, and in control group were (3.6±2.1) and (6.8±2.4) scores, and there were statistical differences (P<0.05). The compression time of analgesis pump in experiment group was significantly lower than that in control group: (2.8± 1.4) times vs. (4.0±1.9) times, and there was statistical difference (P<0.05). The using dose of tramadol in experiment group was significantly lower than that in control group:(214±12) mg vs. (224±15) mg, and there was statistical difference (P<0.05). All the patients did not appear the correlated adverse reaction of transversus abdominis plane block. Conclusions Ultrasound-guided transversus abdominis plane block is accurate and easy. It provides effectual post-cesarean section analgesia with lower adverse reaction, which is a better choice of multimodal analgesia for cesarean section.
