OBJECTIVE:To prepare lidocaine liposome gel and to establish its quality control method.METHODS:Li-docaine liposome was prepared using a film dispersion method and the liposome gels were prepared with carbomer-940as base.The concentration of lidocaine was determined by HPLC and the lipsome entrapment efficiency was determined by centrifuga-tion.RESULTS:The linear detection concentration range of lidocaine was2.5～25.0mg/ml(r=0.9996)with average re-covery at(99.83?0.53)%and entrapment efficiency at(82.7?1.83)%.CONCLUSION:This liposome gel is feasible in preparation techniques,stable in quality,convenient and reliable in quality control method.

Objective: To investigate the quality of life among patients with occupational pneumoconiosis in Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, so as to provide insights into improving the quality of life among patients with occupational pneumoconiosis. Methods: Patients with occupational pneumoconiosis in Jinhua City from 2009 to 2021 were retrieved from the National Occupational Disease and Health Risk Factors Monitoring Information System. Participants' demographics, diagnosis of pneumoconiosis, stage of pneumoconiosis, pulmonary function and medical expense were collected through questionnaire surveys, and the quality of life was measured using a Chinese version of the Short-Form Health Survey (SF-36). The quality of life was descriptively analyzed among patients with occupational pneumoconiosis by disease stage, pulmonary function, expense for disease diagnosis and treatment and educational level. Results: A total of 244 patients with occupational pneumoconiosis were enrolled, including 225 men (92.21%). The participants had a mean age of (75.20±9.42) years, and mean duration from dust contact to pneumoconiosis onset of (13.11±9.89) years. The scores for physical functioning, role-physical, bodily pain, general health, vitality, social functioning, role-emotional, and mental health were (64.03±31.22), (45.14±44.22), (56.34±26.60), (40.80±19.80), (59.14±17.35), (68.41±19.67), (47.03±44.08) and (61.15±17.06) points among patients with occupational pneumoconiosis, which were all lower than the national constant (P<0.05). Lower scores were measured for physical functioning [(31.17±23.40) points], bodily pain [(45.21±19.50) points] and vitality [(47.00±20.70) points] among patients with stage Ⅲ occupational pneumoconiosis, for physical functioning [(32.27±24.24) points], role-physical [(12.88±30.70) points], bodily pain [(37.44±20.43) points], general health [(14.76±17.17) points], vitality [(38.79±19.33) points], social functioning [(53.33±17.08) points], role-emotional [(9.09±26.71) points], and mental health [(53.21±17.25) points] among occupational pneumoconiosis patients with severe pulmonary function damages, and for physical functioning [(30.97±27.40) points], bodily pain [(37.77±24.34) points], general health [(19.10±18.62) points], vitality [(38.39±23.78) points], social functioning [(55.89±21.00) points] and mental health [(55.35±20.35) points] among occupational pneumoconiosis patients that had personal payments for pneumoconiosis diagnosis and treatment expenses exceeding 30% of annual household incomes, while higher scores were measured for physical functioning [(66.36±17.33) points] and role-physical [(59.09±45.10) points] among occupational pneumoconiosis patients with an educational level of high school and above (all P<0.05). Conclusions The quality of life was low among occupational pneumoconiosis patients in Jinhua City from 2009 to 2021. Stage of pneumoconiosis, pulmonary function, medical expenses and educational level were identified as factors affecting the quality of life among occupational pneumoconiosis patients in Jinhua City.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the incidence of postpartal depression in the south and north and to comprehensively analyze the changes of sex hormone and neurotransmitter,and their relationship with postpartum depression. METHODS: All published articles on case-control studies on the changes of sex hormone and neurotransmitter,and their relationship with postpartum depression were collected by literature retrieval based on the selection criteria. Meta-analysis was applied to evaluate the data in published papers from 1994 to 2004 in China. RESULTS: The incidence of postpartal depression in the south was 15.63%. The combined P-valve was 0.0874, and 95% CI was 0.14 to 0.17. The incidence of postpartum depression in the north was 7.66%. The combined P-valve was 0.0252, and 95% CI was 0.05 to 0.08. There was significant difference between the incidence of postpartum depression in the south and north (P<0.01). Estrogen and 5-HT in the plasma of the 1st week after childbirth was obviously lower than the controls. Estrogen in the plasma of the 1st week after childbirth and the 6th week after childbirth decreased more quickly than the controls. Progesterone and orphanin FQ in the plasma of the 1st week after childbirth were higher than the controls. CONCLUSION The incidence of postpartum depression in the south is higher than that of the north. Postpartum depression is related to the decrease in the plasma estrogen, 5-HT, dopamine, and noradrenaline, and to the increase in the plasma progesterone and Orphanin FQ.

Objective To verify the reliability of dose parameters of radiotherapy under reference and non-reference conditions by using TLD.Methods Dose parameters were verified by using TLDs under reference and non-reference conditions,including the maximum dose in axel of 5 electron beams with energy of 9 MeV and the variations of dose by depth,source-skin distance,exposure field and 45° wedge for 10 photon beams with energy of 6 MV in 5 hospitals.Results The average relative deviation of 6 MV photon beam measured between TLDs and finger ionization chambers were 4.45％,within ± 7％ as required by IAEA.The average relative deviation of 9 MeV electron beam measured between TLDs and plane parallel chambers were 2.45％,within ± 5％ was required by IAEA.Conclusions Measuring dosimetric parameters by using TLDs under reference and non-reference conditions was reliable and feasible.

Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) with high selectivity to tilmicosin (TIM) were prepared using tylosin(TYL) as dummy template, methacrylic acid(MAA) as monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as cross-linker.The effects of 4 porogens including dimethyl formamide, methanol, acetone, and chloroform on the recognition capability of MIPs were investigated.Orthogonal test was used to optimize the preparation of MIPs, and the optimal composition was as follows; 1.0 mmol TYL, 8.0 mmol MAA, 20.0 mmol EGDMA, 6.0 mL chloroform, 20.0 mg azobisisobutyronitrile.The solid phase extraction condi tions and characteristics of MIPs as adsorptive material for the selective extraction and enrichment of TIM were also studied.The recovery of TIM was above 90% when the following procedure was applied to MIPs cartridge: conditioning with methanol and water(pH 9.0), loading with acetonitrile, cleaning with methanol and chloroform respectively, and eluting with 3 mL methanol-ammonia(95:5, V/V).The recovery of TIM on non-imprinted polymers cartridge was only 32%.

Objective To investigate the inhibition of Eriobotryae Folium from twenty different districts towards phosphodiesterase 4(PDF4) in vitro.Methods The Eriobotryae Folium were extracted with 95％ ethanol reflux and the inhibition rates against PDE4D2 were carried out by liquid scintillation counting method.Results All the samples exhibited inhibitory activities towards PDE4 at 5 mg/L.Among them,nine samples were of the inhibition rate less than 80％,eleven samples were of more than 80％ inhibition and eight samples were of more than 90％ inhibition.Conclusion The Eriobotryae Folium shows significantly different inhibitory activities towards PED4.

Objective To investigate the clinical features and treatment strategy of brain arteriovenous malforma-tions(AVM) associated with arterial aneurysms. Methods The clinical manifestation, imaging data, treatment and out-come of the patients with AVM were retrospectively analyzed in 38(10.4%) of these 364 patients. Results Hemorrhage was the most common clinical manifestation (60.5%). The hemorrhage risk was higher in AVM associated with arterial an-eurysms than in single AVM(χ2=5.956,P<0.05). The most common type of associated aneurysms was feeding artery an-eurysm (69.4%). Hemorrhage more frequently occurred within the aneurysm.(χ2=8.869,P<0.05). The bleeding lesions and 43 associated aneurysms of the 37 patients were treated effectively by endovascular treatment and/or craniotomy. Thirty-four patients had excellent or good outcomes, six patients had complications, 3 patients had neurological deficits. Postoperative digital subtraction angiography (DSA) examination showed the complete disappearance of arteriovenous malformation and aneurysm in sixteen cases. Conclusions The AVM associated with aneurysms is common in patients with AVM. AVM associated with aneurysms has a higher risk of hemorrhage than single AVM. The aneurysm within AVM has a higher rate of hemorrhage. The treatment priority should be given to the bleeding lesions and aneurysms.

By means of comparing biomasses of biodegradation fungi,Fusarium sp.HG-P-01 for ?-cypermethrin,a synthetic pyrethroid insecticide used widely in China,in five different media,the Czapek-Dox medium was selected as the best medium for mycelia growth.Furthermore,an experiment of central composite rotatable design(CCRD) was used to optimize the content of nutrient components.The optimal composition of C,N and P in media for HG-P-01 were 20.94 g/L,1.82 g/L and 1.66 g/L,respec-tively,in which an expectant or real rate of ?-cypermethrin-degradation got to 96.34% or 93.78% by HPLC for a concentration of 50 mg/L after 24 h treatment.The predicted value in degradation rate model was con-sistent with that from HPLC method.
