Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2012;18(9):881-883
Objective To explore the effect of individual nursing care on persistent headache in patients with intracranial aneurysm who accepted interventional embolization. Methods 100 patients with intracranial aneurysms were divided into observation group (n=50) and control group (n=50). The routine headache nursing care was taken in the control group and the individual nursing care was applied in the observation group. They were assessed with Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). Results The score of VAS reduced more in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05), and the headache endurance and the satisfaction for nursing care were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The individual nursing may relieve the pain, and improve the endurance of headache and the satisfaction for nursing care.

Objective:To accumulate dendritic cells(DC) into the peripheral blood and induce the specific cytotoxic T lymphocyte against tumor.Methods:B220~-CD11c~+ cells were sorted from the peripheral blood of C57BL/6 mice injected i.v.with P.acnes, and cultured for about six days in the presence of GM-CSF,IL-4 and mTNF-?.Phenotype and mixed leukocyte reaction(MLR) of these cells were assayed.CTL to anti-tumor,which was developed by cultured B220~CD11c~+ cells loading tumor antigen, was detected.Results:B220~-CD11c~+ cells were rapidly accumulated in the circulation of the mice after P.acnes injection. These cells could differentiate into mature DC when cultured in the presence of cytokines for several days. Moreover, cultured B220~-CD11c~+ cells loading tumor antigen could stimulate naive splenic CD3~+T cells generate high level of IFN-? and tumor specific cytolytic reactivity in vitro.Conclusion:B220~-CD11c~+ DC precursors rapidly accumulated in the peripheral blood after injection of(P.acnes) in mice.T cells could develop specific CTL to anti-target tumor cells in vitro when stimulated with P.acnes-mobilized DC loading tumor antigen.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(15):1367-1371
OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the effect and potential mechanisms about apoptosis induction and migration suppression of photodynamic therapy with a new photosensitizer, 9-hydroxypheophorbide-α (9-HPbD), and diode laser on HN-3 human laryngeal squamous cancer cells.
METHOD:
The attached HN-3 cancer cells were photosesitized with 0.29 μg/ml and 0.59 μg/ml 9-HPbD for 6 h and irradiated by 664 nm diode laser for 15 min at an energy density of 2.0 J/cm for activating 9-HPbD. Wound healing assay and photographing was respectively performed immediately after laser irradiation. Photographing focusing on the same location was repeated 12 h, 24 h and 36 h after PDT and cells migration distance counted respectively. H2DCFDA staining was used to assess accumulation of reactive oxygen series (ROS) 1 h after PDT. MTT assay, Hoechst33342/PI double staining, western blotting were respectively performed to assess cellular viability, apoptosis and the expression of Enos, p-c-Jun, EGFR.
RESULT:
Phototoxicity and apoptosis on HN-3 cells induced by 9-HPbD-PDT was exhibited in a dose-related manner. Neither 9-HPbD alone nor laser alone was cytotoxic to HN-3 cells. Generation of ROS was initiated immediately after PDT. The apoptotic cells, marked with condensed/fragmented blue or pink nuclei, and up-regulated expression of eNOS, p-c-Jun were subsequently induced 24 h after PDT. Coupled with a down-regulated expression of EGFR, a photosensitizer dose-ralated cell migration suppression was initiated by PDT. After pretreatment of GSH or ascorbic acid, a kind of antioxidant, the efficacy of PDT-induced apoptosis and migration suppression was partially inhibited.
CONCLUSION
Activation of p-c-Jun, eNOS and down-regulated expression of EGFR may respectively involve in the apoptosis induction and cell migration suppression after 9-HPbD-PDT. Generation of ROS may play an important role in the course of apoptosis induction and migration suppression of HN-3 cells initiated by 9-HPbD-PDT.

China Pharmacy 2017;28(21):2915-2918
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the protective effects of insulin-glucose on myocardium in patients receiving cardiac valve replacement under cardiopulmonary bypass. METHODS:Totally 120 patients receiving combined cardiac valve replacement under cardiopulmonary bypass were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table, with 60 cases in each group. All patients were given routine operation. Control group was given Thomas cardioplegia and oxygenated blood with a ratio of 1:4(V:V)to protect myocardium at 4 ℃. Besides that, the observation group was additionally given Insulin injec-tion 10 IU/L and Glucose injection 10 g/L added into Thomas cardioplegia at 4 ℃ to protect myocardium. The levels of plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and cardiac troponinⅠ(cTnⅠ)before anesthesia induction(T0),at the end of cardiopulmonary by-pass(T1),12 h(T2),24 h(T3),48 h(T4),and 72 h(T5)after surgery, the rate of recovery of automatic heartbeat after opening aor-ta,the application of vasoactive agent(dopamine)at T1 and the occurrence of postoperative complications were observed and com-pared between 2 groups. RESULTS:At T0,there was no statistical significance in the levels of plasma BNP and cTnⅠ between 2 groups(P>0.05). The levels of plasma BNP and cTnⅠin 2 groups at T1-5 were significantly higher than T0,with statistical signifi-cance(P<0.05);the levels of cTnⅠ began to decrease at T4 and cTnⅠbegan to decrease at T5. However, the levels of BNP and cTnⅠwere significantly lower in observation group than in control group at T1-5,with statistical significance(P<0.05). After open-ing aorta, there was no statistical significance in the rate of recovery of automatic heartbeat between 2 groups(P>0.05). The dos-age of dopamine (at T1) and the incidence of complications in observation group were statistically lower than control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). No severe ADR was found in 2 groups during or after surgery. CONCLUSIONS:Insulin-glucose can alleviate myocardial damage, reduce the dosage of vasoactive agent and the incidence of postoperative complications in pa-tients receiving combined cardiac valve replacement under cardiopulmonary bypass with significant protective effect on myocardium with good safety.

Objective To investigate the anticancer effects and detailed mechanisms of Saikosaponin D (SSD) in human hepatoma HepG2 cells. Methods Cell proliferation and apoptosis were tested by MTT assay and Annexin-V/PI assay respectively. The expressions of CCAAT enhancer binding protein β(C/EBPβ) and p53 were detected by RT-PCR and Western blotting. Results SSD inhibited cell proliferation in a dose-dependent manner and induced apoptosis at the concentration of 5.0mg/L. SSD significantly increased the mRNA and protein levels of C/EBPβ and p53 in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion SSD exerts its anticancer effect by inhibiting cell proliferation and inducing apoptosis partly through C/EBPβ-p53 signal pathway in HepG2 cells.
