Based on the CT data and the structure characteristics of the femoral fractures during different healing stages, medical FE models of fractured femur treated with locking compression plate (LCP)were built. Under the physiological load of a standard body weight (70 kg) and the constraint condition, the stress distributions of LCP and fractured femur during healing were calculated by means of three-dimensional finite element analysis (3D-FEA). The results showed that the stress distribution in the LCP and the fractured femur was similar, during the initial stage which there was no newly formed bone or soft tissue in fracture site. The maximum von Mises stress (371.23,272.76 MPa) in the fractured femur was much higher than that in natural femur, and the intensive stress was concentrated mainly in the proximal area of the fractured femur. With the growth of bony callus bone in fracture site, the intensity of stress in proximal femur decreased. Contrasted to the two cases mentioned above, the value of the maximum von Mises stress (68. 17 MPa) in bony callus bone stage decreased significantly, and was lower than the safe strength of natural bone. Therefore, appropriate training which is benefitial for the growth to new bone could be arranged for the better rehabilitation.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of injectingPSby Scalp needle-induced tra-cheal catheter on treatment of neonatal hyaline membrane disease. Methods 26 cases were chosen as control group who were treated in our hospital NICU department during January,2013 to December,2013;the other 31 cases as improved group during January,2014 to January,2015.After administration therapy of drug, the injection time, chest X-ray and blood gas analysis were researched as observation indexes respectively. Results The amelioration of chest X-ray:29 cases in the improved group and 19 cases in the control group after 48 hours treatment,χ2 =4.457, P=0.035;The amelioration of blood gas analysis:pH:(7.38 ±0.08) in improved group and (7.26 ±0.04) in the control group,t=4.981,P=0.030;PaCO2 (mmHg):(39 ±6) in the improved group and (50 ±10) in the control group,t=5.897,P=0.019;PaO2(mmHg):(77 ±6) in the improved group and (67 ±10) in the control group,t=8.026,P=0.006.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of improved group is obviously better than the control group.

Objective To advocate the importance of central venous access(CVA), and compare the technical characteristics and clinical values of central venous access constructed trans right subclavian vein (TSCV) and trans the right internal jugular vein (TIJV). Methods Between March 1999 and June 2001, we operated 348 cases of CVA, including 270 TSCV and 78 TIJV. The durations of reserving the accesses were 13~75 day, average 23 days. Results In 270 TSCV, 268 cases were successful, the successful rate was 99%. 11 cases had critical complications, including: 2 cases of pneumothorax, 1 access was constructed into subclavian artery, 3 accesses obstruction, 3 accesses of anomalous transfusion caused by catheter shift, infection of puncture site 2 cases. In 78 TIJV, 75 cases were successful, the successful rate were 96%. The critical complications occurred in 1 case. Conclusions The CVA is safe, easy, and practical, which would provide the special and immediate medical therapy for the tumorous and critical patients. In emergency, the TSCV procedure would be the choice.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(03):-
Objective To research a pure capacitance sensor for acquisition of cardiac phonocardiogram. Methods Under the phantom power supply (48V), the faint vibration signal of the heart was processed into electric signal by larger pre - treatment circuit module, shielded cable and the sensor pre-amplifier of circuit module. Results With some experiments, it can be proved that the sensor won't have affect on the sound field which frequency band under 1 000Hz and can detect the level of sound field like 20dB:30dB and 150dB or higher. Conclusion So with the sensor, the precise signal which can exactly reflect the status of patients' hearts can be detected, and it suits to work in complex condition for its high sensitivity, wide frequency band and low distortion.
8.Multi-Slice Spiral CT Angiography of the Celiac Trunk in Preoperative Evaluation of Laparoscopic-Assisted Gastrectomy for Advanced Gastric Carcinoma
Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2005;0(12):-
Objective To evaluate the ability of multi-slice spiral CT angiography(MSCTA)in showing the celiac trunk and its degree branches, and the value of MSCTA in preoperative evaluation of laparoscopic-assisted gastrectomy for advanced gastric carcinoma. Methods A total of 25 consecutive patients scheduled for laparoscopic-assisted gastrectomy with D2 lymph node dissection were evaluated by MSCT,CT angiography(CTA)were reconstructed separately using a volume rendering algorithm(VR).The space anatomy characteristics of celiac artery and its degree branches were evaluated according to the CTA results, and with anatomy information,laparoscopic-assisted gastrectomy with D2 lymph node dissection was processed with references to anatomy. Results In all the 25 cases, the left gastric artery and gastroduodenal artery were accurately identified on MSCTA.In 12 of them, the right gastric artery was accurately identified. The origin of the spleen artery is relatively constant.Laparoscopic-assisted gastrectomy with D2 lymph node dissection was successfully completed without conversion to open surgery in all the cases. The reconstructed celiac trunk and branches are identical with anatomy. Conclusions Three-dimensional CTA using MSCT clearly reveals the anatomy of celiac artery and their space structure. It plays an important role in guiding lymph node dissection during laparoscopic-assisted gastrectomy for advanced gastric carcinoma.

Objective To observe effects for exercise and diet on learning and memory ability in mice with encephalon aging induced by D-galactose(D-gal).Methods The model of mice with encephalon aging was made by D-gal.The learning and memory ability of mice was determined by Morris water maze. Results There was significant difference between high fat feed encephalon aging group and restrict food on normal feed encephalon aging group, normal feed and exercise encephalon aging group, high fat feed and exercise encephalon aging group, high fat feed normal group, normal feed and exercise group, normal feed group(all P<0.05).In spatial probe test, there was significant difference between restrict food on normal feed encephalon aging group and normal feed encephalon aging group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise and restrict food can improve the learning and memory function in the mice;feed with high fat can promote encephalon aging.

ObjectiveTo investigate the inhibitory effect of dacarbazine and an oncolytic adenovirus carrying interleukin-24 (IL-24) on transplanted melanoma in nude mice.MethodsNude mice were inoculated with human A375 melanoma cells to establish a model of malignant melanoma. Then, the mice were divided into 4 groups to be treated with an oncolytic adenovirus carrying interleukin-24 (ZD55-IL-24),dacarbazine,the combination of ZD55-IL-24 and dacarbazine, and phosphate buffer(PBS),respectively, for 3 days.Seven days after the end of the treatment, some mice were sacrificed followed by the determination of IL-24 and E1A protein levels in tumor tissue by Western blot. The tumor volume was measured on a daily basis for 30 days.ResultsIL-24 and E1A were highly expressed in melanoma cell-bearing nude mice treated with ZD55-IL-24 and dacarbazine. At 30 days after the inoculation, the average volume of transplanted melanoma was (2346.5 ± 576.0) mm3 in the combination group, significantly different from that in the ZD55-IL-24 group((4141.6 ± 1348.2) mm3,P < 0.05),dacarbazine group((5230.1 ± 922.8) mm3,P < 0.05),and the control group ((7135.1 ± 1002.3) mm3,P < 0.05).ConclusionThe ZD55-IL-24 in combination with dacarbazine exhibits a remarkably inhibitory effect on the proliferation of melanoma transplanted into nude mice.
