Chinese Medical Ethics 2015;(1):80-82
In this paper, the importance of using advanced medical equipment to check treatment was ana-lyzed, and then pointed out that nowadays there were the following problems: the medical staff had excessive de-pendence on medical equipment; medical equipment inspection treatment of irrationality; medical equipment in-spection treatment with humanity was not enough; medical equipment management of dereliction of duty. Put for-ward to strengthen medical personnel professional moral education;to strengthen the medical students' ethical edu-cation;regular hospital manage concept;improve the cognitive level of medical staff of medical equipment.
2.Effect of concanavalin A on mouse islet transplantation
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(01):-
To test whether Con A has antirejection effect on mouse islet allograft, 600-700 handpicked islets of C57BL/6 mice was transplanted beneath the kidney capsule of the streptozotocin induced diabetic BALB/C recipients. In control group the mean survival time (MST) of the grafts was 14.1?2.4 days. Treatment with Con A significantly prolong the MST of the islet allografts. In group with Con A treatment of the donor islets prior to the transplantation the MST was 25?5.4 days. The MST increased sigificantly after ip injection of Con A to recipient mice. The combined treatment of islet and recipient with Con A resulted in a prolongation of MST to 25.2?4.4 days. The experiments concerning the mechanisms of the antirejection effect of Con A showed that Con A was able to combine with the islet cell membrane well masking perhaps the histocmpatibility antigen. Furthermore the lymphocytes of mice after i. p Con A injection suppressed the lymphocyte proliferation reaction of the svnergic mice to mitogen.

[Objective]The article summarizes the experience of Professor HE Lingzhi in treating purpura nephritis . [Methods]To collect and analyse the theory of HE's experience of herb pairs in treating purpura nephritis by studying from her for a long time and one medical record. [Results]Professor HE Lingzhi believes that the disease needs stage therapeutics and it is caused by pathogen wind pyretic pathogenic factor and poisonous evil in the stag of onset. Deficiency of both qi and yin in remission period. Syndrome of blood stasis consistently throughout purpura nephritis. Pro. HE treats purpura nephritis by pairing drugs, such as schizonepetae and honeysuckle, caulis sinomenii and saposhnikovia divaricata, astragalus membranaceus and eclipta alba, the root of red-rooted salvia and puccoon. [Conclusion] Professor HE's clinical experience in treating purpura nephritis from pairing drugs is well worth learning for it always gets outstanding effect.

5.Numerical analysis of the effect of capillary geometry on oxygen transport in the microcirculation by MATLAB
Journal of Medical Biomechanics 2009;24(4):263-269
Objective Delivery of oxygen in tissues is limited in the space where oxygen must diffuse between the vascular and the surrounding tissues. Normal capillaries are relatively straight and well spaced, in contrast, the tumor vascular networks usually display more irregularity and the vessel wall shows higher permeability and less elasticity. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of capillary elasticity and tortuosity on the oxygen distribution and make further investigation on the mechanism of the formation of hypoxic regions in tumor. Method One-dimensional capillary model was coupled with the oxygen diffusion model. Oxygen transport was investigated in a Krogh and tortuous tissue model. The capillarygeometrywas obtained bythe one-dimensional model and transferred to the tissue model. Finite element method was employed in the analysis. Result The capillary radii along the flow direction under pressures were obtained for different initial radii and the oxygen distribution in the Krogh cylinder tissue model and the model with a tortuous capillary were computed. Conclusions when the capillary radius is small, the effect of vessel elasticity may have not significant effect on the oxygen distribution. However, with the capillary radius increasing, the effect on the oxygen transport becomes obvious. Moreover, with the tortuosity of the capillary increasing, the oxygen distribution becomes more heterogeneous, which is in agreement with the result in available reference. This work will be helpful to the investigation of oxygen transport within tumor.
6.Ligustrazine inhibited TNF-α-induced TGF-β1 and CTGF expression in human peritoneal mesothelial cells
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2009;29(11):1185-1188
Objective To investigate the effects of Ligustrazine on TNF-α-induced TGF-β and CTGF expression in human peritoneal mesothelial cells (HPMCs). Methods HPMCs were isolated from human omenta by trypsin di-gestion. Then, the subcultured HPMCs were divided into control group, TNF-α-induced (1 μg/L) group and TNF-α-induced plus low-, medium-and high-dose Ligustrazine (10, 20 and 40 mg/L Ligustrazine respectively) groups. The viability of HPMCs was measured by MTT assay. RT-PCR was used to detect the expressions of TGF-β1 and CTGF mRNAs in HPMCs. TGF-β1 and CTGF in supernatants were measured by ELISA. Cell protein concentration was measured by trace bicinchoninic acid (BCA) method to validate the ELISA assay results. Results Ligustrazine significantly decreases TNF-α-induced TGF-β1 and CTGF expression in a dose-dependent manner at both protein and gene levels ( P < 0. 05 ). In addition, medium-and high-dose Ligustrazine injection significantly ameliorates the viability of HPMCs inhibited by TNF-α ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion Ligustrazine inhibits expressions of TGF-β and CTGF of HPMCs in an inflammatory conditions.
7.?-Lactamases Produced by Escherichia coli in Diabetic Patients:Their Classification and Distribution
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(08):-
OBJECTIVE To study the classification and distribution of the ?-lactamases produced by Escherichia coli in diabetic patients.METHODS To detect the ?-lactamases produced by E.coli in diabetic patients with a multi-disk synergy test.RESULTS Forty-nine strains of 60 strains in our study produced the ?-lactamases with total positive rate of 81.67%,From them 5 strains were producing penicillinases,17 strains producing BSBLs(28.33%),and 27 strains were producing ESBLs(45.00%),no carbapenem-hydrolyzing ?-lactamases were detected. In 27 strains producing ESBLs,the sensitivities to the ceftazidime, aztreonam and cefotaxime were similar.CONCLUSIONS The types of ?-lactamases produced by E.coli in diabetic patients are mainly BSBLs and ESBLs,without carbapenem-hydrolyzing ?-lactamases;the sensitivities to the ceftazidime, aztreonam and cefotaxime are similar.

9.Progress on tumor angiogenesis and gene therapy for antiangiogenesis
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(06):-
Tumor angiogenesis, resulting from the imbalance of angiogenic cytokines and angiogenesis inhibitors, is crucial for tumor growth and metastasis. As a new field of cancer therapy, tumor anti-angiogenesis therapy with regard to abrogation of tumor vasculature has become an important anti-tumor strategy. Gene therapies have the potential to provide antiangiogenic mediators specifically targeted to organs containing tumors and make a great improvement in this therapy. This article reviews the current understanding of tumor angiogenesis, with a focus on gene therapy in this field.
