Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging Technology 2010;26(3):521-524
Objective To compare the diagnostic value of 64-slice helical CT cholangiography and MR cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) for pancreaticobiliary obstructive diseases. Methods Thirty-six patients with pathologically proved pancreaticobiliary obstruction or endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) were examined with MRCP and routine enhanced CT scanning. CT row data of portal venous phase were reconstructed with 0.625 mm thickness and intervals. Then multiplanar reformation (MPR) of intra- and extrahepatic biliary duct, gallbladder and pancreas was generated, and curved planar reformation (CPR) was performed when necessary. The accuracy of MPR (and CPR) and MRCP in evaluating the site and nature of obstruction was compared. Results The accuracy of MPR and MRCP was 97.22% and 94.44% in evaluating the site of obstruction, respectively. In evaluating the nature of obstruction, the accuracy of MPR and MPCP was 83.33% and 80.56%, respectively, and the accuracy of MPR increased to 88.89% in combination with CPR in some patients. There was no statistical difference between the accuracy of MPR and MRCP in evaluating the site and nature of obstruction, while their diagnostic consistency was medium (Kappa=0.471). Conclusion Both MSCT cholangiography and MRCP have high diagnostic value in pancreaticobiliary obstruction, while the former gets some advantages in images review for clinicians.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2006;0(06):-
Objective: To develop parental punishment style the questionnaire. Methods: Based upon previous literature about parental punishment style and expert interview, data were collected for the parental punishment style questionnaire. A sample of 1028 junior high school students were asked to complete the questionnaire and 158 of them was given retest after a month. Results: Taken from the questionnaire by exploratory factor analysis four factors were compatible. The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed a good fit to the data. The internal consistency reliability of father and mother questionnaire was satisfactory, with Cronbach ? coefficient 0.91; and the test-retest reliability was also satisfactory, with test-retest correlation coefficient 0.88 and 0.89, which showed good content validity and high construct validity. Conclusion: The questionnaire has good reliability and validity, and meets the need of psychometrics.

Objective:To develop a UV optical fiber in situ process monitoring method for the dissolution behavior of five cepha-lexin solid dosage forms and compare the drug dissolution behavior of different cephalexin preparations. Methods: The dissolution of five different cephalexin preparations was on-line monitored according to the dissolution method for cephalexin tablets in Chinese Phar-macopeia (2010 edition) combined with a six channel optical fiber chemical sensor in situ dissolution monitor. Results:The dissolu-tion curves could show the drug release characteristics of different cephalexin preparations, and the five different preparations exhibited various drug release features. Conclusion:An in-situ, real time, on-line and process analysis of dissolution can be obtained by optical fiber dissolution test system automatically. The release characteristics of different preparations can be presented through dissolution curves directly, which can provide reference for the overall assessment of drug internal quality and clinical medication.

purpose To construct the expression vector of Hexastatin gene,to express and to purify the recombinant protein for further activity research. Methods The human Hexastatin gene was isolated by RT-PCR from EC9706 cells total RNA and cloned into pMDl8-T for sequencing. Then the Hexastatin gene was subcloned into pMAL-c4x expression vector and induced to express by IPTG.The recombinant fusion protein was purified with Amylose Resin Heads. Results RT-PCR product was about 687 bp and its sequence was the same as that of Hexastatin reported. The recombinant protein was expressed in E.coli BL21 with high level and the soluble protein accounted for 24.8% of the total bacterial protein,The purification of recombinant protein purified with Amylose Resin Heads reached more than 90%.Conclusion The cloning, expression and purification of human Hexastatin have laid a foundation for its anti-angiogenesis therapy for tumor.

Basic & Clinical Medicine 2017;37(2):176-182
Objective To identify whether cisplatin can induce autophagy of bladder cancer T24 cells and the possible mechanism, and to observe the relationship between outophagy and apoptosis. Methods MTT assay was applied to investigate the effects of various concentration of cisplatin( 0 , 10 , 20 and 40 μg/mL) on T24 survival.TEM was performed to detect the autophagosome formation .Western blot assay was used to analyze the expression changes of LC3-Ⅱ, P62 and extracellular signal-regulated kinase ( ERK1/2 ) and p-ERK at the protein level. The effects of autophagy on the survival and apoptosis of bladder cancer cells were investiga-ted.Results DDP observably inhibited proliferation of bladder cancer cells in a dose-dependent manner ( P<0.05), the 50% inhibiting concentration(IC50) was (30.3 ±2.4)μg/mL;DDP induced autophagy of bladder cancer cells, observably increased autophagosome induced by DDP; up-regulated expression levels of LC3-Ⅱproteins ( P<0.05 ) , down-regulated expression of P62 proteins ( P<0.05 );DDP increased the protein level of p-ERK (P<0.05); The inhibitor of ERK pathway U0126 inhibited DDP-induced autophagy, as evidenced by decrease in the expression of LC3-Ⅱproteins ( P<0.05 ) .After inhibition of autophagy by WTM in DDP-treated cells, cell viability was obviously decreased and apoptosis was increased (P<0.05);DDP combined with WTM observably enhanced cleavage of poly ADP-ribose polymerase 1 ( PARP-1 ) and cleaved-caspase-3 which is apop-tosis related proteins ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions Autophagy can protect T24 cells against ciplatin-induced apop-tosis, the possible mechanism of autophagy is the ERK signaling pathway is activated .

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of perforator flap in extended radical vulvectomy of vulvar carcinoma. Methods Retrospectively, twelve cases of vulva carcinoma were treated by radical extensive excision, and the defects were repaired with perforator flap. Results All the flaps were survived and healed with first intention except one infection. The wound infection patient was treated with change of the dressing and antibiotics. The reconstructed vulvae were plump and elastic. It appeared like the normal vulvae and there was no contraction of the vagina. Conclusions Vulvar reconstruction with the perforator flap after the radical vulvectomy could make the patients recover easily, which produces almost normal appearance and function of the vulvae, reduces the time of wound healing, the patient could get the next therapy more quickly and the quality of life improving. It has wide clinical application value.
