International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;(8):999-1000
Objective To investigate pathogens of hepatitis B virus (HBV) ,hepatitis C virus(HCV) and treponema palladium (TP) current infection situation and trend among voluntary blood donors in Pingdingshan city .Methods The testing results of HB-sAg ,anti-HCV and anti-TP among voluntary blood donors were investigated and analyzed .Results Six-year total positive rates of HBsAg ,anti-HCV and anti-TP were 1 .24% ,0 .55% and 0 .48% ,respectively .Positive rates of HBsAg ,anti-HCV and anti-TP were going downward year after year ,in recent three years especially .Conclusion The initial effects of establishing a safe and fixed voluntary blood donor group have been shown .
2.Evaluation of application effect of permanent deep venous catheter in hemodialysis and nursing
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2012;28(12):26-27
ObjectiveTo investigate the nursing scheme to prevent infection, thromboembolism, accidental shedding during application of permanent deep venous catheter in hemodialysis. Methods28 patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis from January 2007 to February 2009 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 14 patients in each group. The control group took conventional care only, the observation group was given pertinent nursing intervention. After treatment the number of patients with infection and thromboembolism were compared in both groups. ResultsAll patients were successfully placed catheters.Number of patients with infection, thromboembolism and accidental shedding in the observation group were less than those in the control group. But there was no significant difference in average indwelling time of catheters between two groups. ConclusionsApplication of permanent deep venous catheter in hemodialysis shows good effect,it can decrease the incidence of complication and should be widely applied.
3.Treatment and progress of the fixation of ribs of flail chest
International Journal of Surgery 2011;38(1):63-65
Flail chest is the common chest trauma, which causes abnormal respiration and mediastinal swing affecting the respiratory and circulatory function after injury. Fixation of ribs of flail chest has been used for half a century, methods and equipment of which varied, and domestic and foreign scholars have verified its efficacy in clinical practice. This article summarizes its main great progresses.
4.Research progress in liver pit cells
Acta Anatomica Sinica 2010;41(2):326-327
Pit cells (PCs) are hepatic natural killer cells(HNKCs), and play an important role in resisting tumor, resisting virus, regulating hepatocyte growth and differentiation, inhibiting liver fibrosis and so on. In the paper, research progress in liver pit cells is briefly summarized.
5.16-slice Spiral CT Analysis of the Inflammatory Pseudotumor of the Liver
Journal of Practical Radiology 2010;26(1):46-49
Objective To study the CT characteristics of inflammatory pseudotumor of the liver(IPL).Methods 16-slice spiral CT findings of IPL in 16 cases were analysed retrospectively. The CT values of IPLs and the liver tissue surrounding the lesions were measured on plain and contrast-enhanced CT scans. Results Totally 18 lesions in 16 cases were detected by CT,most of them(16 lesions) located in the right lobes of liver. The lesions appeared as low-density,round or round-like,or irregularity in sharp.Dynamic enhanced CT scan showed the lesions no or slight enhancement in arterial phase, slight to moderate enhancement in portal vein phase.A part of the lesions showed ring enhancement surrounding the lesions, nodular or fiber stripped enhancement in the center of lesions, and the branches of the portal vein passesed through the lesions. In enhanced degree of the lesions, there was not statistical difference in arterial phase compared with plain CT scans, but there were statistical differences in portal-venous phase compared with plain scan and arterial phase. In the liver around the lesion, the enhanced degree had statistical difference in artery phase and portal-vein phase compared with plain CT scans. Conclusion Dynamic enhanced CT scan shows that IPL is of hypovascularity,it's of characteristic in the portal-venous phase and delayed phase.

8.Relationship between Cytosol Estrogen Receptor Level in Uterine Leiomyoma and Sex Steroid Level in Plasma, Leiomyoma and Myometrium
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1983;0(03):-
This study was designed to evaluate the effect of estrogen to the growth of leiomyoma and the mechanism of testosterone propionate action on leiomy-oma.The levels of estrogen receptor in uterine tissud and those of estradiol and progesterone in uterine tissue and plasma were determined in 47 women with leiomyoma. The levels of estrogen receptor and estradiol in leiomyomatous tissues were 37.6?4.0 fmol/mg protein and 401.7?92.6 pg/g tissue, respectively. Both of them were higher than the corresponding levels in normal uterine tissues (P
9.Effect of Oxymatrine on Glucose、Fat and Activity of Peroxisome Proliferator Activated Receptor
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(08):-
Objective To observe the effect of oxymatrine on the Absorption of carbohydrate and fat and the activity of peroxisome proliferator activated receptor ? and ?.Methods 64 masculine SD rats were randomly divided into three groups,20 sugar tolerance test,20 triacylglycero Absorption test and 24 oxymatrine effecting on triacylglycero and cholesterin test, and observed the effect of oxymatrine on glycosidase activity, blood sugar and activity of peroxisome proliferator activated receptor ? and ?.Results ① The depressant effect of oxymatrine on the activity of glycosidase was strengthened by the increased dosage.② Oxymatrine could suppress the upgraded level of blood sugar after took amylon and cane-sugar,and inhibit the upgraded level of triacylglycerol after feed by olive oil and hypso-cholesterol,but did not suppress the upgraded level of blood sugar after took glucose and hardly influence the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol.③ Oxymatrine could obviously activate the activity of peroxisome proliferator activated receptor ? and ?,the activity of peroxisome proliferator activated receptor ? and ? increased gradually by the augment of the oxymatrine, and expressed evident dose-response relation. Conclusions Oxymatrine could not only directly inhibit the Absorption of triacylglycerol and depress the elevated level of postprandial triacylglycerol, but also activate peroxisome proliferator activated receptor ?,moreover possess dose-response relation.
10.Clinical analysis of right colon cancer complicated with acute appendicitis:a report of 51 cases
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1997;0(04):-
Objective To summarize our experience in the diagnosis and treatment of right hemicolon carcinoma combined with acute appendicitis. Methods A respective analysis of clinical data of 51 cases of right colon cancer complicated with acute appendicitis and confirmed by surgical operation and pathology was made. Results In 2400 cases of right colon cancer,51 cases(2.1%)complicated with appendicitis. There were medical complications in 39 cases(76.5%).The diagnosis before operation was made in 13 cases(25.5%),and diagnosis of colon cancer was missed in 38 cases(74.5%).Colon adenocarcinoma was found in 40 cases, mucous adenocarcinoma 7 cases(13.7%),undifferentiated carcinoma 4 cases(7.8%);and Dukes B,C,D stages were in 2 cases(3.9%),29 cases(56.9%)and 20 cases(39.2%)respectively.The simple appendicitis, suppurative appendicitis, gangrenous appendicitis and phlegnomous appendicitis was found in 28 cases(54.9%),11 cases(21.6%),8 cases(15.7%)and 4 cases(7.8%)respectively.3-5-year survival was 95.2%,40.0%,respectively.Conclusions Occurrence rate of right colon cancer combined with appendicitis is low,but misdiagnosis rate is high, and 5-year survival rate is low.Middle and old age patients with appendicitis and accompanied with emaciation, anemia, digestive symptoms and right lower abdominal mass should have appropriate examination to avoid missing the diagnosis of right colon cancer.
