China Pharmacist 2015;(11):1904-1906
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of loratadine combined with pidotimod in the treatment of children with repeat-ed respiratory tract infection and the effect of the combination on immune function. Methods:Totally 78 cases of patients with repeated respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into the observation group ( n=39 ) and the control group ( n =39 ) . Both of the groups were treated with the routine correct treatment, and the control group was treated with pidotimod and the observation group was treated with loratadine combined with pidotimod with the treatment course of 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy, clinical symptoms, signs improvements, changes of immune function markers level and incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups were observed and compared. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P<0. 05);the disappearance time of pulmonary rales and cough, fading time of tonsil swelling and fever clearing time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0. 05). After the treatment, the levels of IgG, IgM and IgA in both groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment (P <0.05); the levels of CD3 +, CD4 + and CD4 + /CD8 + in both groups were significantly higher than those before the treatment (P<0. 05);the levels of immune indices in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0. 05). Comparing with the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the control group, no significant difference was shown in the observation group (P>0. 05). Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of loratadine com-bined with pidotimod in the treatment of children with repeated respiratory tract infection is effective, which can improve the clinical symptom and signs and enhance the immune function of children significantly.

[Objective]To discuss the perioperative management of thoracolumbar fractures fixed with latero-anterior screw-plate system.[Method]The entry point and direction of screw on 30 thoracic and lumbar vertebra specimens were marked based on the principle and demand of implantation of latero-anterior screw-plate system and were determined exactly by anatomic landmarks in order to make reference for operation.Sixty patients with thoracolumbar fractures were treated with anterior decompression, bone grafting and internal fixation from January 2000 to June 2007.Reference data such as the length of vertebral body screw and plate and the height of bracing gotten from the patients'X-ray and CT findings before operation were compared with practical data measured during operation. The entry point and the direction of screw were determined exactly by anatomic landmarks of thoraco lumbar vertebrae and were checked by X-ray during operation.[Result]The judgement of the entry point and the direction of screw was easy and accurate during operation and the reference data were in coincidence with practical data. The effects of operation were satisfactory.[Conclusion]The perioperative management is both scientific and practical. The surgical complications can be reduced in this way.

[Objective]To explore the mechanism of hip joint capsule contracture induced by intragluteal injection. [Method]Thirty young Chinese rabbits were divided into four groups of A(n=6),B(n=6),C(n=6) and D(n=12) at random.Rabbits in groups A,B and C were treated with deep intragluteal injection of penicillin dissolved in 2% benzyl alcohol(group A),2% benzyl alcohol(group B)and penicillin dissolved in physiologic saline(group C).Rabbits in group D were treated with immobilization of unilateral hip joint and deep intramuscular injection of physiologic saline on the homolateral buttock. Each rabbit was injected twice a day for 20 days.Specimens were obtained at 30,60 and 90 days after first injection and the evaluation of the functions of hind limbs was obtained at the same time. The thickness of hip joint capsules were measured with micrometer and sections of joint capsules were stained by Sirius red and were observed with microscope and polarization microscope.[Result]Capsules of hip joint in group A and B became thicker and contractural, and the change of joint capsules was reflected in the change of motion of hind limbs.Sections in groups A and B showed shrinked capsules with thick collagens in disordered arrangement;while there were no gluteus contracture and contracture of joint capsule in the other groups.[Conclusion]Deep intragluteal injection of penicillin dissolved in 2% benzyl alcohol or 2% benzyl alcohol into young rabbits can cause contracture of hip joints. The contracture of joint capsule is largely induced by tissue trauma and repair of joint capsules. The limited locomotion of hip joint induced by the contracture of gluteal muscle does not play an important role in the contracture of joint capsule.

Objective To investigate in evaluation of various capacity requirement of probationer nurs-ing students by nurses in operation room in order to improve clinical teaching work. Methods A self-de-signed questionnaire was applied, 191 qualified teaching nurses from nine grade three A general hospitals in Beijing were invited to fdl the questionaires. The results underwent subsequent analysis. Results The teach-ers had high expectations for various capacity of the probationer nursing students. Conclusions Clinical teachers should establish feasible teaching scheme according to the existing teaching syllabus in order to in-crease teaching quality, make students gain new insights through reviewing old materials, so that they can mas-ter various technique in operation room in short time.

In the process of positron emission tomography (PET) data acquiring, respiratory motion reduces the quality of PET imaging. In this paper, we present a correction method using three level grids B-spline elastic method to correct denoised and reorganized sinograms for respiratory motion correction. Using GATE simulates NCAT respiratory motion model to generate raw data which are used in experiment, the experiment results showed a significantly improved respiratory image with higher quality of PET, and the motion blur and structural information were fixed. The results proved the method of this paper would be effective for the elastic registration.

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1989;0(06):-
AIM: To search for new candidate partners of human cell division cycle gene 14A (hCDC 14A) and explore their functional relationships.METHODS: Yeast two-hybrid screening was employed to find hCDC 14A new partners. Physical interaction between two proteins was verified using Pulldown and co-immunoprecipitation assays. Subcellular localizations were revealed by immunofluorescence. In vivo ubiquitination test implied their potential functional relationship.RESULTS: BRAP2 (BRCA1 associated protein 2) was found to be a new candidate partner of hCDC 14A. hCDC 14A was modified by ubiquitination, and BRAP2 increased this modification in vivo. As expected, hCDC 14A and BRAP2 co-localized on mitotic spindles in HeLa cells.CONCLUSION: BRAP2 may be an ubiquitin E3 ligase of hCDC 14A.

Objective To investigate the value of PCT in the diagnosis of severe infection in children. Methods The clinical data of patients with infectious diseases treated in our hospital from December 2013 to February 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the degree of infection, the patients were divided into local infection group and severe infection group,At the same time, the clinical data of 50 children with non infectious diseases were selected as control group. The differences of serum PCT and cytokine levels were observed between the three groups,at the same time, according to the prognosis of patients with severe infection group were divided into improvement group and deterioration group,The differences of serum PCT and inflammatory cytokines levels in the patients with severe infection in the improvement group and the worsening group,Analysis of the correlation between PCT levels and serum inflammatory cytokines levels in children with severe. Results There were significant differences in the levels of PCT,IL-18,IL-6 and hs-CRP between the three groups, which were from high to low: severe infection group, local infection group and control group; Deterioration of PCT,IL-18,IL-6,hs-CRP and levels were higher than the improvement group(t=-10.099,-8.949,-10.827,-2.088,P<0.05); The level of PCT were positively correlated with IL-18,IL-6 and hs-CRP levels in children with severe infection(r=0.385,0.412,0.408,P=0.012,0.008,0.017).Conclusion PCT has a good diagnostic value in children with severe infection, and it is closely related with the level of inflammatory cytokines in children with severe infection.
