Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1999;0(12):-
Objective:To study the influence of single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) of tumor necrosis factor(TNF) and interleukin-10(IL-10) genes on response to interferon-? therapy in patients with chronic hepatitis B(HBV) infection. Methods: A total of 43 patients with chronic HBV infection undergoing interferon-? therapy were followed up for 6 months, and were divided into responding group(n=26) and non-responding group(n=17).Genomic DNA was extracted from each individual and genotyped using TaqMan assay for 2 promoter SNPs in TNF-? gene(TNF-?-238 and-308),1 in TNF-?(LTA) gene(LTA+723),and 1 in IL-10 gene(IL-10-592).Results: There were no significant differences between responders and non-responders in the distribution of the genotypes or alleles of the SNPs TNF-?-238,TNF-?-308 and LTA+723.However,the A allele of IL-10-592 was more frequent in the responders than in the non-responders(P
2.Correlation between social anxiety and fear of negative evaluation and self-esteem in nurses before practice
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2008;24(7):67-69
Objective To investigate the relationship among social anxiety, fear of negative evaluation and self-esteem and supply reference for psychological health education. Methods We adopted Social Avoidance and Distress Scale(SAD),Fear of Negative Evaluation Scale(FNE)and self-esteem(SES)scale to investigate nursing students in a certain university and college. Then we analyzed the investigation results. Results The scores of SAD and SES of nursing students with different education background were distinctly different(P<0.05).The score of SAD was positively correlated with that of SES(r=0.483,P<0.05)and FNE(r=0.316,P<0.01).Conclusion We should strengthen the cuhivation of serf-esteem for nursing students and help them to get rid of fear of negative evaluation and conquer social anxiety.
3.Clinical observation in application of laryngeal mask airway in gynaecological laparoscopy and its nursing countermeasures
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2010;26(23):33-35
Objective To explore the effect of laryngeal mask airway used in gynaecological laparoscopy and the nursing experience. Methods 80 selected patients undergoing gynaecological laparoscopy were divided into two equal-sized groups for airway management with the laryngeal mask airway group(L group)and the control group(C group). MAP、HR、SPO2、PETCO2 of all patients were observed at before induction, at airway insertion, at pneumoperitoneum, at airway removal. The ratio of postoperative nausea、vomiting、laryngismus、pharyngalgia、cerchnus、back streaming and aspiration were recorded. Results MAP and HR increased significantly in C group than L group at airway insertion and removal. SPO2 and PETCO2 had no significant difference in two groups at any time. The ratio of postoperative nausea、pharyngalgia、cerchnus was respectively higher in C group than L group. The ratio of laryngismus、vomitiong、backstreaming and aspiration in L group was similar with C group. Conclusions Laryngeal mask airway is an effective airway device for gynaecological laparoscopy, it has low incidence of complication, and make nursing care easy during operation.
4.Explore the feasibility of preventive maintenance model of hemodialysis machine based on quality control detection
China Medical Equipment 2014;(11):60-61,62
Objective:To investigate the feasibility of hemodialysis machine preventive maintenance model of based on quality control detection. Methods: Selected sample of 32 hemodialysis machines of two major imported brands, 16 of them using the traditional preventive maintenance mode for maintenance, and the other 16 sets of quality control detection based preventive maintenance hemodialysis machine maintenance mode. That: by use of HDM99XP detector instrument for testing the five hemodialysis machine main indicators, maintenance cycle is 16 weeks, and then the equipment failure rate indicators of two modes of preventive maintenance were compared. Results: The hemodialysis machine preventive maintenance model of based on quality control detection rise superior to the traditional maintenance mode in lower failure rate, quantitative, objective, and less affected by human factors. Conclusion: The hemodialysis machine preventive maintenance model of based on quality control detection was better than the traditional preventive maintenance mode, also a promising preventive maintenance mode.

Objective To study the anti-tumor effect of water extracts from Sophora Moorcroftiana seed(SMSWE) in vivo on mice. Methods S180-bearing mice group were observed. The inhibitory rate of tumor, survival period, indexes of thymus and spleen, the proliferative ability of T lymphocytes were assayed. Results 1.2 and 2.4 g/kg SMSWE could inhibit the growth of S180 tumor in mice and prolonged survival period(P
6.Progress of diagnostic criteria and treatment in systemic lupus erythematosus
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2015;(13):978-982
Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is a common and complicated autoimmune disease. The Sys-temic Lupus International Collaborating Clinics Group undertook a revision of the American College of Rheumatology (ACR)classification criteria for SLE in 2009. The new revision included clinical criteria and immunogic criteria, and had greater sensitivity but lower specificity than ACR - 1997. Kidney Disease:Improving Global Outcomes(KDIGO) clinical practice guideline and ACR guideline elaborated the treatment for lupus nephritis. Children with lupus nephritis should receive the same therapies as adults with dosing based on patient size and glomerular filtration rate. Biological agents could be used to treat refractory SLE or those who were intolerant to traditional immunosuppressant.
7.The importance of extraintestinal manifestations of inflammatory bowel diseases
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2014;(10):901-902
Inlfammatory bowel disease (IBD) is characterized by chronic, relapsing inlfammation of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract. In recent years, the incidence is increasing in the pediatric population. Insufifcient recognition of extraintestinal manifestations (EIMs) of IBD clinically may delay diagnosis. Therefore, improving the recognition of EIMs of IBD has an important signiifcance in its early diagnosis and treatment. The pediatricians should be alerted that renal lesions of EIMs in IBD are mainly immunoglobulin A (IgA) nephropathy and interstitial nephritis.
8.Application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in brain perfusion
Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging Technology 2009;25(10):1909-1911
Ultrasound brain perfusion imaging can evaluate brain perfusion in normal and pathological conditions. After basilar stent implantation, contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) can show normal visualization of color flow within the stent and provide essential functional information by evaluation of blood flow velocities. Furthermore, CEUS can estimate the volume of brain hemorrhage and readily identify residual tumor. CEUS can be used in thrombolysis, and will be applied in cerebral trauma. The value of CEUS in brain perfusion imaging was reviewed in this article.
9.Progress in research on the mechanism of subclinical hypothyroidism in heart failure
Journal of Chinese Physician 2021;23(5):793-797
At present, the prevalence of heart failure (HF) is still high in China, and its mortality and readmission rate have no downward trend. Therefore, the mechanism of its occurrence and development needs to be explored. In recent years, it has been found that about 13%-15% of HF patients have subclinical hypothyroidism (SCH), which can lead to cardiac systolic and diastolic dysfunction, thus promoting the occurrence and development of HF. At present, the curative effect of patients with mild elevation of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) level in HF patients with SCH is not clear, and a large number of prospective studies are still needed. In addition, in the complications of HF, SCH is the only disease that can reverse cardiac function after treatment. Therefore, this paper summarizes the mechanism of SCH in the occurrence and development of HF, and provides the basis for the formulation of clinical HF treatment strategies and the evaluation of prognosis.
