Objective To investigate the effects of patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA) with lornoxicam and fentanyl on arrhythmia and the expression of platelet membrane glycoproteins in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) after abdominal surgery.Methods Eighty ASA II or III patients with CAD aged 51-66 yrs weighing 59-68 kg presenting for bdominal surgery participated in this study. CAD was diagnosed by clinical symptoms and ischemic changes on ECG. The patients were premedicated with intramuscular henobarbital 0.1 g and scopolamine 0.3 mg. Anesthesia was induced with fentanyl, droperidol, propofol and vecuronium and maintained with propofol, fentanyl and vecuronium. The patients received PCIA after operation. The PCIA solution contained fentanyl 0.9 mg and droperidol 5 mg in 100 ml of normal saline (N.S. ) in group A ( n - 40) or lomoxicam 56 mg, fentanyl 0.2 mg and dropendol 5 mg in 100 ml N.S. in group B ( n = 40). In group A the loading dose was fentanyl 0.05 mg and in group B lornoxicam 4 mg. PCIA included a background infusion at 2 ml ? h-1 and a bolus of 0.5 ml with a 15 min lock-out. VAS (0 = no pain, 10 = worst pain) was used to measure pain intensity In addition to BP, HR and SpO2 monitoring ECG was continuously monitored with a Holler monitor after operation Blood samples were taken from peripheral vein before and 6h after operation and on the 1st, 2nd, 7th and 8th postoperative days for determination of the expression of CD62p, CD63 and CD41/CD61 on the platelet membrane, platelet count, prothrombin time ( PT) thrombin time (TT) and partial thromboplastin time (PTT) Results The two groups were comparable with respect to sex, age, body weight, severity of CAD, duration of operation and intraoperative blood loss. The patients received no blood transfusion during operation. There was no significant difference in VAS score, platelet count, PT, TT and PIT between the two groups. The incidence of atrial and ventricular premature beat on ECG and the expression of CD41 /CD61 , CD62P and CD63 on the platelet membrane were significandy lower in group B than in group A on the 7th and 8th postoperative days (P

Objective: To review the advances in perioperative pain management of pediatric and adolescent spinal deformity corrective surgery. Methods: Regular analgesics, drug administrations, and analgesic regimens were reviewed and summarized by consulting domestic and overseas related literatures about perioperative pain management of pediatric and adolescent spinal deformity corrective surgery in recent years. Results: As for perioperative analgesis regimens of pediatric and adolescent spinal deformity corrective surgery, regular analgesics include non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, opioids, antiepileptic drugs, adrenergic agonists, and local anesthetic, etc. Besides drug administration by mouth, intravenous injection, and intramuscular injection, the administration also includes patient controlled analgesia, epidural injection, and intrathecal injection. Multimodal analgesia is the most important regimen currently. Conclusion: Heretofore, a number of perioperative pain managements of pediatric and adolescent spinal deformity corrective surgery have been applied clinically, but the ideal regimen has not been developed. To design a safe and effective analgesic regimen needs further investigations.

Objective To studyeffect of different processes for preparation ofβ- cyclodextrin inclusion pericarpium citri reticulatae - Radix Aucklandiae essential oil.Methods Extract pericarpium citri reticulatae-radix aucklandiae essential oil with steam distillation method, conductβ- cyclodextrin inclusion of pericarpium citri reticulatae-radix Aucklandiae essential oil with ultrasonic method, grinding method andsaturated aqueous solution method, and detect inclusion effect respectively by polarized light microscopy observation method and TG-DTA analysis method.Results Polarized lightphenomenon disappears under a microscope for the three inclusion preparation products, and TG-DTA curve of ultrasound method is superior to that of saturated aqueous solution method and grinding method.Conclusion Polarized light microscope observation method and TG-DTA method enjoysa good effect in determination of cyclodextrin inclusion, which provides a new method for determination of cyclodextrin inclusion results.

Objective To provide effective reference for quality analysis of the chemical composition and extraction of astragalus separation process by comparing the extract of astragalus and it’s IR spectra. Methods The saponins and flavonoids in astragalus were firstly extracted by the method of circumfluence with ethanol as solvent and the residue of ethanol-extraction was then used to extract polysaccharides by distilled water. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (IR) combined with second derivative infrared spectroscopy was applied to quickly identify astragalus herbs powder, water extraction of astragalus, astragalus alcohol extraction and water extraction of the residue of ethanol-extraction. Results The powder and 70% ethanol extract, 80% ethanol extract were around at 1 735 cm-1 (carbonyl stretching vibration absorption peak) has a weak, broad absorption, while the absorption peak was less obvious in boiling water extraction. So the maln components of astragalus water extraction are polysaccharides and also contaln a small amount of water-insoluble flavonoids. Alcohol extraction malnly contalns saponins and flavonoids, and flavonoid extract volume increases with increasing alcohol concentration in a certaln range.Conclusion This method can be a quick and easy identification for astragalus and it’s extraction for its chemical composition class, and provide the basis for further research quality.

OBJECTIVETo distinguish the ginseng and American ginseng pieces accurately and rapidly by electronic nose technology and principal component analysis (PCA) method.

METHODThe optimum conditions of electronic nose for ginseng and American ginseng pieces, such as sample size and volume, headspace volume, incubation time and temperature were determined by the orthogonal test, the data were processed by the normalization method and the preprocessed data were analyzed PCA.

RESULTThe detection methods of ginseng and American ginseng pieces was established by electronic nose, and the odor fingerprint figures of ginseng and American ginseng pieces were obtained, and ginseng and American ginseng pieces were distinguished by PCA recognition pattern.

CONCLUSIONA new accurate and rapid method to distinguish ginseng and American ginseng pieces was established by electronic nose detection.

Objective:To explore the possible related factors of Beh?et's disease complicated with tendinitis, in order to better understand the etiology and development mechanism so to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:The clinical data of patients with Beh?et's disease complicated with tendonitis treated at Department of Rheumatology and Immunology of Lanzhou University Second Hospital from October 2018 to September 2019 were retrospectively reviewed and related literature were reviewed.Results:Two patients were diagnosed as Beh?et's disease. Foot pain occurred during the treatment. Ultrasound showed tendonitis, and the corresponding treatment relieved the symptoms.Conclusion:Tendons may be involved and presents as a chronic change in patients with Beh?et's disease. In patients with rheumatic diseases, attention should be paid to the correlation between the disease and tendonitis. Aggressive treatment can prevent adverse consequences.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the effect of 1,2-dichloroethane(1,2-DCE) induced apoptosis on the expression of related proteins in human neuroblastoma cells(SH-SY5 Y cells). METHODS: SH-SY5 Y cells were cultured in complete medium with 1,2-DCE at final concentrations of 0,10,20,30,40,50,60,70 and 80 mmol/L. After being cultured for24 hours,the apoptosis of SH-SY5 Y cells was tested by flow cytometry using annexin Ⅴ-fluorescein isothiocyanate and propidium iodide. Western blot was used to detect the protein expression of P53,B cell lymphoma/leukmia-2(BCL-2)and BCL-2 associated X protein(BAX). RESULTS: At 1,2-DCE concentrations of 0-80 mmol/L,the total apoptosis rate of SH-SY5 Y cells increased with 1,2-DCE concentrations in a dose-dependent manner(P < 0. 01). At 1,2-DCE concentrations of 30-80 mmol/L,the early apoptosis rate and total apoptosis rate of SH-SY5 Y cells increased significantly than the control group(P < 0. 05). Compared with the other groups,the protein expression of P53 was the lowest when the1,2-DCE concentration was 20 mmol/L(P < 0. 05),and the protein expression of BCL-2 and the BCL-2/BAX ratio were the lowest when the 1,2-DCE concentration was 70 mmol/L(P < 0. 05). There is no dose-response relationship in the1,2-DCE concentrations and the protein expression levels of P53,BCL-2 and BAX,and BCL-2/BAX ratio. Linear multiple regression analysis revealed that the total apoptosis rate of SH-SY5 Y cells treated with 1,2-DCE was associated with the protein expression of P53 and BCL-2,and BCL-2/BAX ratio(P < 0. 05). CONCLUSION: 1,2-DCE could inhibit the apoptosis of SH-SY5 Y cells. The mechanisms may be related to the changes of P53 and BCL-2 protein expression,and BCL-2/BAX relative amount.

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of radium-223 in combination with new-generation hormonal agents in patients with bone metastases of prostate cancer.Methods:The clinical data of 17 patients (12 from the First Affiliated Hospital of Airforce Military Medical University and 5 from Xi'an International Medical Center Hospital) with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer(mCRPC) treated by radium-223 combined with new-generation hormonal agents from January 2021 to June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. In all cases, the average age was (73.3±8.5) years old. Before treatment, the median prostate-specific antigen (PSA) was 15.7 (3.2, 36.5) ng/ml, the median alkaline phosphatase (ALP) was 131.5 (79.0, 430.7) U/L. All patients had ≥ 2 bone metastases but no visceral or lymph node metastases. The median number of bone scan lesions was 10(8, 15). Bone pain symptom was present in 16(94.1%) patients. There were 9 cases (52.9%) with Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) score of ≥2, 1 case (5.9%) with ECOG score of 1 and 6 cases (35.2%) with ECOG score of 0. All patients were treated with radium-223 (55 kBq/kg, injected every 4 weeks for a maximum of 6 cycles), of which 5 patients were combined with enzalutamide, 8 patients combined with apatamide and 4 patients combined with bicalutamide. PSA response (PSA decreased by ≥30% from baseline and maintained for at least 1 month), ALP response (ALP decreased by ≥30% from baseline and maintained for at least 1 month) and pain relief rates were analyzed. Imaging evaluation was performed before and after treatment to calculate the objective response rate of metastases. The incidence of treatment-related adverse effects and skeletal related event (SRE) were also recorded.Results:Eleven patients completed 6 courses, 3 patients completed 5 courses and 3 patients completed ≥4 courses. The median ALP after 1 month of last treatment was 83.2 (51.5, 126.5) U/L, which was significantly decreased than baseline. 12 patients (70.6%) showed an ALP response and the other 5 (29.4%) showed varying degrees of ALP elevation. PSA response was observed in 4 patients (23.5%), of which 2 (11.8%) had a continuous decrease and 2 (11.8%) had a late-stage increase in PSA. Pain relief was relieved in 15 cases (88.2%) during treatment, 1 case (5.9%) had worsening pain due to disease progression and 1 case (5.9%) had no change during treatment. The ECOG score decreased in 15 (88.2%) patients. The median number of bone metastases in patients decreased to 5 (4, 9). One patient (5.9%) had complete remission during treatment, 11 patients (64.7%) had a partial response, 4 patients (23.5%) were stable, and 1 (5.9%) showed imaging progression after 4 months of treatment. The overall objective remission response rate was 70.5% (12/17). Treatment-related hematologic adverse effects included anemia (1 case, 5.9%, grade 3), thrombocytopenia (1 case, 5.9%, grade 3) and leukopenia (1 case, 5.9%, grade 2). Non-hematologic adverse effects included fatigue (3 cases, 17.6%, 2 cases in grade 1, 1 case in grade 2), gastrointestinal bleeding (1 case, 5.9%, grade 3), diarrhea (1 case, 5.9%, grade 2) and fever (1 case, 5.9%, grade 1). Patients with grades 1 to 2 relieved with symptomatic management. Three cases (17.6%) were discontinued due to intolerance of grade 3 adverse reactions and 1 case (5.9%) terminated on its own. There was no SRE during treatment and follow-up.Conclusions:Radium-223 combined with New-generation hormonal agents has a high objective remission rate in patients with mCRPC, which could provide pain relief and improve quality of life. The incidence of adverse reactions was low and well tolerated.

Endangered animal medicine is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine， which is distinctive in the treatment of diseases. At present， the rare and endangered medicinal materials such as tiger bone， rhinoceros horn， pangolin， antelope horn， bear bile are listed as national key protected animals， so their clinical application is limited， the current solution is mainly based on the ideas and methods of similar pharmacological effects， close genetic relationships， artificial breeding， and artificial synthesis to find and develop alternatives for endangered animal medicinal materials. Although artificially cultured bear bile and musk， and artificially synthesized tiger bone， bezoar and musk can solve the shortage of endangered animal medicines to a certain extent， there are still some problems such as difficult breakthroughs in breeding technology and incomplete recognition in the substitute industry. According to this， based on summarizing the existing substitutes for endangered animal medicines， our group proposed the concept of homology， homogeneity and equivalent of substitutes， and constructed a new idea to develop and evaluate substitutes by combining frontier biotechnology with multi-omics detection， so as to provide some support for protecting rare and endangered animals and solving the shortage of endangered animal medicines.
