Objective To investigate the the operative time of two stage soft ureteroscope lithotripsy for hemorrhagic embolism after percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL).Methods The clinical data of 1 patient with massive hemorrhage after PCNL who treated with superselective renal artery embolization and ureteral soft lens were analyzed. Results The patient with postoperative bleeding after PCNL was treated with superselective renal artery branch embolization, after 30d embolization, the holmium laser lithotripsy under the soft ureteroscope for ureteral calculi was performed, and the renal pelvis mucosa smooth,no bleeding and scar formation were intraoperative visible. After operation, the stone was removed basically, and the double J tube was removed 2 weeks after operation. The patient had no special discomfort and the renal function was normal. Conclusion Postoperative 14-30d is a relatively safe time to perform flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy for super selective renal artery embolization in the treatment of patient with massive hemorrhage after PCNL.

Objective To investigate the associations between the single nucleotide polymorphisms of TERT rs2736098, CLK3 rs11543198 and bladder cancer. Methods 201 bladder cancer cases and 200 healthy controls were included in the research, and the genotypes of TERT rs2736098 and CLK3 rs11543198 were determined using the PCR-RFLP method. Relationship between genotypes and bladder cancer risks was investigated. Results There were statistical significance in the rs2736098 genotype frequencies and allele frequencies between cases and controls (χ2= 6.973, P = 0.031; χ2= 7.412, P = 0.006). Compared with the individuals with the GG genotype , the risk of bladder cancer increased 2.069 times with the AA genotype (OR = 2.069, 95%CI: 1.181-3.624, P = 0.011). And there were no significant associations between the rs11543198 genotype frequencies and allele frequencies between cases and controls (χ2 = 0.202, P = 0.904; χ2 = 0.188, P = 0.665). Rs2736098 and rs11543198 genotype distribution in bladder cancer pathologic grade and stage had no statistical significance (P > 0.05). Conclusion Rs2736098 polymorphism is associated with risk of bladder cancer and rs11543198 polymorphism was not associated with risk of bladder cancer.

Objective: To evaluate 3D imaging technology in the preoperative evaluation of breast conserving surgery. Methods: A ret-rospective analysis was conducted using clinical data from 38 patients who underwent breast conserving surgery that was assisted by 3D imaging technology in Xiaogan Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan University of Science and Technology from April 2017 to January 2019. All 38 patients underwent 3.0-T breast magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination before surgery, and 3D reconstruction of virtu-al images was constructed through 3D modeling of medical digital imaging and communication (DICOM) data. The predicted resected tissue volume was compared with the volume of the actual resected specimen, and the surgical margin and postoperative aesthetics of the breast conserving surgery were evaluated. Results: The reconstructed 3D model clearly displayed the anatomical structures of the breast, tumor, gland, and blood vessels, and their relationship in 3D spaces. The goodness of fit of the 3D model to the practical sit-uation was 97.4% (37/38). In terms of the resection tissue volume, there was no significant difference between the predicted results (PRTV) and actual results (ARTV) [(61.7 ± 20.1) mL vs. (65.1 ± 20.7) mL, P>0.05]. There was a strong positive correlation between ARTV and PRTV (P<0.01). One patient underwent supplementary secondary surgery, resulting in an incidence of 2.6% (1/38). The postopera-tive satisfaction for breast conserving surgery was 100% (38/38). Conclusions: 3D imaging technology clearly displays the anatomical relationship between breast tumor and surrounding tissues, and correctly assesses breast volume, guiding surgical resection.

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum fatty acid binding protein(FABP)1,FABP2 and diabetic kidney disease(DKD)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and its diagnostic value. Methods A total of 170 patients with T2DM diagnosed and treated in this hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to urinary albumin to creatinine ratio(UACR),they were divided into non-DKD group(UACR<30 mg/g,72 cases)and DKD group(UACR≥30 mg/g,98 cases).A total of 60 healthy people in the same hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between serum FABP1,FABP2 and renal function related indicators.Multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing fac-tors of DKD.Receiver operating characteristic curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of serum FABP1 and FABP2 for DKD.Results The DKD group had significantly higher serum levels of FABP1 and FABP2 than the non-DKD group and the control group(P<0.05),and the non-DKD group had significantly higher serum levels of FABP1 and FABP2 than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the non-DKD group, the DKD group had a significantly lower eGFR and significantly higher UACR,serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, and serum uric acid levels(P<0.05).Serum FABP1 and FABP2 levels were positively correla-ted with UACR,serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, and negatively correlated with eGFR(P<0.05).In-creased serum FABP1 and FABP2 levels were independent risk factors for DKD.The serum FABP1,FABP2 joint detection diagnosis efficiency was better than that of serum FABP1,FABP2 detection alone(Z=4.712,4.363,P=0.001,0.002).Conclusion The serum levels of FABP1 and FABP2 are increased in patients with DKD,and they are related to the degree of renal function damage, which are independent risk factors for the occurrence of DKD in patients with T2DM.The combined detection of FABP1 and FABP2 has a high diagnos-tic efficiency for the occurrence of DKD in patients with T2DM.

The treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is limited and the prognosis is poor, which seriously endangers the public health. Results of clinical trials have confirmed the validity of atelizumab plus bevacizumab in patients with advanced HCC. The authors introduce the clinical experience of a patient with stage Ⅲa HCC undergoing local therapy of hepatic artery chemoembolization, and combined with atelizumab plus bevacizumab. The results show that patient with successfully transformational therapy, and receiving surgical resection with a good clinical effect.

Cancer Research and Clinic 2019;31(10):662-665
Objective:
To study the mRNA expressions of various CD97 isoforms in colorectal carcinoma tissues and their clinical significances.
Methods:
A total of 50 colon cancer patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from December 2013 to May 2014 and human colon cancer cell lines SW480 and SW620 were enrolled. The real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was used to detect the mRNA expressions of CD97 human epidermal growth factor (EGF) (1, 2, 5), CD97EGF (1, 2, 3, 5) and CD97EGF (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) in colon cancer tissues, adjacent tissues, normal colon tissues, SW480 cells and SW620 cells. The relationship between the mRNA expression of CD97EGF (1, 2, 5) and the clinicopathological factors was analyzed.
Results:
Compared with those low expressions in adjacent tissues and normal tissues, the mRNA expressions of CD97 isoforms CD97EGF (1, 2, 5), CD97EGF (1, 2, 3, 5) and CD97EGF (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) in cancer tissues were highest, and the differences were statistically significant (0.71±0.20 vs. 0.40±0.09 vs. 0.35±0.07,
